Fady brings 20 years of healthcare consulting and design to his role as Practice Leader of Strategy Advisory Services for Array Advisors. He works with a wide range of healthcare organizations; community and children’s hospitals; and academic medical centers. Fady’s expertise focuses on strategic and capital planning; market assessment and clinical alignment; and real estate and physical asset portfolio optimization.

When not tending to his clients’ asset opportunities, Fady can be found spending time traveling with his wife and three children.

decisions. Mike maintains in-depth knowledge of current codes, standards, and

As Vice President of Facilities Development, Julie Herb oversees all design and development,

construction, and real estate for Virtua Health. Virtua is South Jersey’s largest health system with five

hospitals and approximately 300 additional locations throughout the region. Having worked on a

multitude of projects and negotiations over her career, including the region’s first Proton Therapy

Center, Julie’s current responsibilities include executive oversight for care transformation initiatives at

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Virtua Mount Holly Hospital.

Over the past twenty-five years, Julie has proven to be an industry leader in the health care real estate

and development space. Among the many accomplishments throughout her leadership journey, Julie

has led the facilities efforts for the Epic transformation across the multi-hospital system, the integration

of numerous properties from acquisition activities, the disposition of facilities from a variety of

initiatives, as well as oversight of billions of dollars of capital construction, renovation, and

infrastructure projects. Julie continues to work on facility master planning activities for Virtua, as well as

countless strategic initiatives which will position Virtua well for many years into the future.

As a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the Business Management Program of the Wharton

School of the University of Pennsylvania, Julie holds a professional designation with the Counselors of

Real Estate, serving as Chapter Treasurer, and is also a Member of the Board of Trustees with Oaks

Integrated Care. Julie was recently appointed as a Board Member and Secretary of Association of

Medical Facility Professionals Philadelphia.

Katie Jacoby

Katie Jacoby is Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development for Anchor Health Properties, and is based in the firm's Wilmington, DE, office.

Katie is responsible for leading and managing the Eastern U.S. development team as well as developing and implementing the Company's corporate strategic initiatives across the country. Ms. Jacoby has been with the Company for more than 10 years and in her previous roles has managed all aspects of the development process project concept through building opening.

Prior to joining Anchor, Ms. Jacoby worked for a consulting company in Northern VA in their financial services division. She received a BBA degree in Finance from James Madison University.

Ben is a managing director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and a member of JLL’s national healthcare practice. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes on the sale of and equity placement for medical office buildings, physician and hospital monetization, re-capitalizations and joint venture equity.

Ben has advised on medical office and healthcare transactions of more than $1.7 billion. His clients include core funds, public and private REITs, pension fund advisors, developers, family offices, healthcare systems, fund managers and private equity firms.
