Alicia Wilson is the vice president for economic development at the Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System. She leads a core team driving Johns Hopkins’ strategy and initiatives as an anchor institution in and around Baltimore, and elevating and expanding the institutions commitment to the city through investments in economic and neighborhood development, health care, and education.

Prior to joining Hopkins, she served as the senior vice president of impact investments and senior legal counsel for the Port Covington Development Team, where she was instrumental in securing a $660 million TIF for the $5.5 billion redevelopment. Wilson also held a partnership position at the law firm of Gordon Feinblatt for eight years.

Wilson actively works with charitable organizations and was recently elected chair of the CollegeBound Foundation and, as such, is the first African American and youngest board chair in the 30-year history of the organization.

She holds an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a juris doctor from the University of Maryland Francis Key Carey School of Law.

Ben Ochs is CEO of Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm’s Charlottesville, VA, offices. Mr. Ochs has spent the majority of this career in the Development, Ownership, Operations, Financing, Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Disposition of Healthcare Real Estate to hospitals, physician practice groups, and private and institutional healthcare real estate investors throughout the Southeast. Previous to that, Mr. Ochs served as a Financial and Underwriting Analyst at a boutique consulting firm.

Kevin B. Mahoney is Chief Executive Officer for the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). He assumed this role on July 1, 2019.

Beginning in 1996, Kevin's leadership posts at Penn Medicine have included serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of UPHS, Executive Vice Dean of the Perelman School Medicine, and Senior Vice President of UPHS. He also served as Executive Director of Phoenixville Hospital, as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for Clinical Care Associates, and as Director of Network Development.

Kevin's operational portfolio at Penn Medicine has included information technology, strategic planning, the primary care network, human resources and capital planning. He has led several transformative construction projects which have expanded and enhanced Penn Medicine's clinical care, teaching and research missions, including the Smilow Center for Translational Research and the Henry A. Jordan M'62 Medical Education Center. He oversaw the implementation of a common electronic health record platform across five hospitals, numerous outpatient clinics, and home care – the only comprehensive system of its kind in the Philadelphia region.

He directs the development and construction of a new $1.5 billion hospital, The Pavilion, on Penn Medicine's West Philadelphia campus, which will house inpatient care for the Abramson Cancer Center, heart and vascular medicine and surgery, neurology and neurosurgery and a new emergency department. The Pavilion, which will be the largest capital project in Penn's history, is expected to be completed in 2021.

Prior to joining UPHS, Kevin served as Vice President for Johnson & Higgins, where he provided leadership to the Health Group, including risk transfer and alternative risk management strategies. He also served as Vice President for Administration for nine years at Bryn Mawr Hospital, and as Director of Administrative Services for Episcopal Hospital for three years.

He is a graduate of Millersville State College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics, and he holds an MBA and a doctorate from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Clayton Mitchell (Mitch) is a visionary leader and corporate real estate executive who has consistently built high performing teams capable of delivering transformational real estate portfolio results. His technical and executive acumen were honed through a 25-year career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, serving in various impactful assignments such as; Navy Legislative Fellow to the Senate Majority Leader; Vice President, Global Public Works with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC); Director, Navy Task Force Energy coordinating energy strategy development across all major Navy Systems Commands, and; Project Executive for the $1B expansion of the National Naval Military Medical Center at Bethesda.

Mitch has leveraged these foundational experiences in creating exceptional value within the healthcare sector, in various executive real estate assignments with Kaiser Permanente and ultimately, as Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Facilities for Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health. Over a four-year timeframe, Mitch completely transformed Jefferson’s real estate and facilities (public safety) into an industry leading enterprise shared service, driving $250M in value extraction across the entire spectrum of facilities management services delivery.

Mitch is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (BS Industrial Engineering) and University of California at Berkeley (MS Civil Engineer/Construction Management) and has completed executive management and leadership programs at Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and the Harvard Business School.

Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM.

Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.

With over 16 years in the Real Estate business, Matt is well versed on structuring

and implementing a variety of deals ranging from 1,200-square-foot medical

office spaces up to 1.1 million-square-foot Fortune 100 industrial deals. Prior

to Bremner, Matt worked for Duke Realty in their Indianapolis, IN, Washington,

DC and most recently their Philadelphia, PA office serving as Vice President of

Leasing and Development where he helped grow and develop Duke Realty’s

six million-square-foot Pennsylvania portfolio. Matt has been active in the Real

Estate industry participating in the NAIOP National Developing Leaders forum,

Ron Dreskin leads a team of experts across a spectrum of health care disciplines dedicated to

Throughout a 30+ year career, Ron has been involved in numerous client engagements

requiring expertise in healthcare strategy, finance and operations. He has served providers and

weather periods of growth or distress.

He recently served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for Hahnemann University Hospital

and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, both in Philadelphia. He led strategic and

operational efforts through a bankruptcy proceeding for both hospitals and the successful sale

of St. Christopher’s hospital, and the closure/wind-down of Hahnemann. At St. Christopher’s, he

set overall strategy, preserved value and positioned it for long-term success with a vision for the

future. He also led hospital efforts through COVID-19, implementing new policies and

procedures that impacted patient care and daily operations in light of continually changing

pandemic guidelines.

Prior to joining the EisnerAmper, Ron founded and built a boutique health care consulting firm

services segments. He also draws on his vast experience from Columbia Presbyterian Medical

Center, where he served as the System Chief Financial Officer and assumed leadership of
