Michael Goldenberg is the President and Founder of Health Realty Advisors, Inc. It was founded in 2001 to help health care organizations maximize the value of their real estate assets. HRA has a unique understanding of the business of healthcare and is able to match its client's mission with a real estate and finance solution.

Prior to creating HRA, Michael P. Goldenberg served as Senior Vice President of Granary Associates’ Real Estate Services Group where he developed and financed in excess of $150 million of health care and other non-profit real estate projects.

Mr. Goldenberg is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a masters in business administration in finance. Mr. Goldenberg’s graduate school education was funded by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson foundation, where he provided consulting to rural medical centers.

Outside of Health Realty Advisors, Michael is involved with in the health care real estate community and has served as a moderator for CEO Forum, featuring conversations with executives from Virtua, CHOP, Main Line Health, and Temple.

Ben is a managing director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and a member of JLL’s national healthcare practice. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes on the sale of and equity placement for medical office buildings, physician and hospital monetization, re-capitalizations and joint venture equity.

Ben has advised on medical office and healthcare transactions of more than $1.7 billion. His clients include core funds, public and private REITs, pension fund advisors, developers, family offices, healthcare systems, fund managers and private equity firms.

Mr. Jared Zeisler serves is a Partner at Capital Solutions, Inc. Previously, Mr. Zeisler was a Senior Associate at the firm. He joined the firm in Aug 2010. Mr. Zeisler is primarily responsible for the origination and placement of financing for real estate transactions. He also focuses on origination for principal investments for Capital Solutions. Prior to that, he served as Senior Associate at Bluestone Real Estate Capital, where he was employed from May 2007 to August 2010. From 2003 to 2004, he was an Intern at Toll Brothers. Mr. Zeisler is a Director at Fairways Owner LLC. He serves as a Director of CS Piney Point Associates, L.P. and CS Mississippi State Associates, L.P. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics, graduating in 2007. Mr. Zeisler also studied in The George Washington University.

Mr. Sclarow has 19 years of experience in the Architectural Design and Construction Industry. He is a Project Manager, Architect and Business Development Leader in the design and delivery of sports, entertainment, educational, healthcare, museum and performing arts facilities for clients across the United States. Mr. Sclarow has a significant background in infrastructure, directing all project phases from design through completion of construction, coordinating with contractors as well as partnering with engineering and specialty consultants. He has extensive experience in due diligence assessments and construction risk management for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. Specifically, Mr. Sclarow has performed Feasibility Analysis Reports, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Document and Cost Reviews and Construction Progress Monitoring. Mr. Sclarow’s diversity across academic, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and residential environments are a major contribution to Partner Engineering and Science’s Project Management team across the United States.
