- Many companies around the country are looking to hub and spoke office models to offer flexibility to their workers. What does Wilmington have to offer to these companies to stay competitive with other cities?

Who You'll Meet: Investors, lenders, city officials, developers, owners, engineers, and architects.

How You'll Do More Business: For the first time in a long time, we're seeing massive population shifts around the country. Wilmington and all of Delaware needs to capitalize on this to emerge from the pandemic stronger than it went in.
