Craig has over fifteen years of experience in transformational "creative class" place-making and neighborhood revitalization. Craig spearheads the leadership, operations, management and development of mixed use / commercial real estate assets and ignites the creation of innovative communities with a focus on the entrepreneur, meticulously curating local and independently owned businesses. His expertise is in differentiating assets and neighborhoods through innovative marketing, targeted leasing efforts, hands on management and specialized development of his properties. Craig focuses at Arts & Crafts Holdings in leading its long-term strategic vision, community development and leasing and operational initiatives.

Craig was the driving force behind the successful development of Midtown Village in Center City Philadelphia, which originally comprised of 24 properties and just over 400,000 square feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use space. Upon taking title to the properties, Craig managed the master planning, architectural and design process, and rehabilitation and construction initiatives. Focusing on luring Philadelphia-based entrepreneurs, start-ups, unique boutiques and food and beverage operators to the properties, Craig led the transformation of a two block blighted area of Center City Philadelphia on and around South 13th Street, once a "red light district," into one of the most exciting and popular live/work destinations in Philadelphia.

Craig graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1990 and received his Masters in Business Administration from Baruch College in 1998. Craig lives with his family in Center City Philadelphia.

Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM.

Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.

John W. Lister, AIA is the founding principal of JL Architects, an award-

winning Chester County-based architectural firm with support locations in

major cities across the nation. John began his career as a designer with

Skidmore Owings and Merrill, notably working on the Universal Studios

Amphitheater and Getty Oil World headquarters. Before founding his own firm,

he was lead project architect on estate homes in Mexico and Maryland and

the youngest architect ever named associate at Robinson-Willis, PC in

Washington, DC. Since founding JL Architects in 1988, his focus evolved to

include retail centers, restaurants, entertainment, office buildings,

manufacturing, industrial, and multi-family housing. With licenses in 37 states,

John’s diverse experience gives him a unique and fresh perspective. In the

digital era, he has expertise in optimizing consumer experiences in-store, at

home, and at work. His team is active in sustainability and green building

certification, consulting for design professionals and building owners with a

guaranteed method for success. John is a member of The American Institute

of Architects and ICSC. He serves on the Green Building Initiative’s national

Board of Directors leading the Government Engagement Committee. The

current Chair of the West Chester Area Council of Governments Building

Code Variance Board, John also held the position of Chair of East Bradford

Planning Commission. He holds certifications from NCARB, is a Green

Globes Professional, and LEED AP. Having earned multiple degrees from the

University of Southern California, John is a rabid Trojans fan and has adopted

a loyalty to Philadelphia sports as well.

Jess is a Principal with JBCI. She joined the firm in 2006, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University. Over the past 14 years she has developed an expertise in building facades and a passion for historic preservation. She brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to every client relationship and continues to manage many of the firm’s larger critical projects. Jess has expertise in a variety of project types, including historical restoration, adaptive reuse, and building envelope design and repair. She is a member of numerous professional organizations and sits on the board of WiSE (Women in Structural Engineering) Philadelphia. As a female engineer in a leadership role, she strives to set a good example to the other female engineers at JBCI and in the industry. Jess lives in Ardmore, Pennsylvania with her family and spends her free time chasing around her two boys.
