Leslie started her real estate career at the Goldenberg Group, a regional mid-sized real estate development firm located in Blue Bell, PA, as an Associate Development Director. During her 7-year tenure, she was promoted three times ultimately achieving the position of Senior Vice-President of Development. Leslie led the development of a $50 million, 342,000 square foot shopping center, the largest single development in West Philadelphia and the largest development in a Federal Empowerment zone located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2008, Leslie and her partner Gregory Reaves, established Mosaic Development Partners. Since its founding, Mosaic has developed over $54 million in real estate projects and has created over 200 construction jobs and 100 full-time jobs. Leslie is a graduate of Brown University and Villanova School of Law.

Brooke Oldt joined Binswanger in 2024 with more than 20 years of experience and a proven track record of success in managing complex real estate portfolios. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of functions, including corporate real estate strategy, legal, facilities, sustainability and project management. In her role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services, she partners with a diverse range of corporate clients on global strategic initiatives with a focus on maximizing value and enhancing the client experience.

Brooke previously served as the Head of Global Real Estate at Campbell Soup Company for a decade and most recently, Lutron Electronics. During her tenure at Campbell, Brooke was instrumental in overseeing the company’s global real estate operations, optimizing their portfolio, and spearheading innovative real estate solutions. At Lutron, she played a key role in shaping their corporate real estate strategy and managing high-impact projects that aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Prior to her roles in corporate real estate, Brooke worked as an attorney in Philadelphia representing franchisors and franchisees in business transactions, including franchise disclosure and regulatory compliance, franchise agreements, lease agreements, and commercial contracts.

Brooke received a B.A. from Penn State University and her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also a member of CoreNet, Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), and the Sustainability Leadership Forum.

Briana Wilkins is Vice President, Development. At Parkway, she leads residential and mixed-use development of existing properties and new acquisitions across multiple markets. Prior to joining Parkway, Briana was Vice President, Philadelphia for Ivy Realty, where she oversaw a portfolio of almost 1M SF of residential and industrial assets. These included 1600 Callowhill, a $50M redevelopment of a warehouse into mixed-use multifamily. Before coming to Philadelphia, she worked as a project manager at Silverman in Jersey City, overseeing all aspects of development, from acquisitions through lease-up for one of Jersey City’s leading multifamily developers.

Briana graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a degree from the School of Public and International Affairs.

Joy A. Barrist offers a full range of commercial real estate law services involving the finance, acquisition, sale, lease and development of complex multimillion-dollar real estate projects throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, around the country and internationally. She regularly represents banks and lending institutions, private equity firms, non-profit organizations, investors, developers, owners, landlords, and tenants.

Joy consistently represents both lenders and borrowers in various types of commercial real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, development and construction lending. Her experience also includes CMBS and mezzanine debt transactions, as well as municipal bond transactions. She handles finance and other real estate matters for all asset classes including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, medical and education.

Joy represents financial institutions as lead lenders and participants in syndicated loan transactions. Her practice also includes the representation of lenders in workouts, financial restructuring, loan sales and the purchase of loan pool portfolios.

Joy’s practice also includes representations with respect to other real estate and general business matters such as easements, lot purchase agreements, sale and purchase of business assets and ownership interests in business entities, the formation of Delaware entities and the rendering of legal opinions in finance and other commercial transactions.

In addition to real estate finance, her experience extends to asset-based finance (including equipment, inventory and receivables financing), working capital lines of credit and various other complex commercial loan facilities.

She is a frequent speaker on topics of commercial real estate and in particular, real estate finance and construction lending.

Rosemary Loverdi represents real estate developers, family-owned real estate investment funds, retailers, manufacturers, and other middle-market companies in commercial real estate transactions. In the public sector, Rosemary has advised economic development agencies and state authorities in procurement matters, including structuring requests for proposals (RFPs), and has also represented public and quasi-public entities in real estate transactions.

Rosemary regularly counsels clients in leasing, acquisition, construction, and financing matters. Her engagements have included mixed-use developments, condominium projects, multi-tenant and single-user office, warehouse, and shopping center retail leasing. Rosemary has also structured joint ventures for project development. She has represented both landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, and sellers and purchasers of real estate and therefore has an understanding of the concerns of both parties to a transaction.

After serving as Executive Secretary since 2015, Rosemary is the President-Elect of the Philadelphia chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She was a member of the March of Dimes Transportation, Building & Construction Awards Luncheon Board for four years, and was the co-chair of the Development Committee for Green Building United (formerly Delaware Valley Green Building Council) from 2015-2016.

Rosemary is committed to raising awareness regarding how heart disease and stroke affect women in particular, and has served as a member of the Executive Leadership Teams and the Corporate Leadership Teams for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign since 2007. She co-chaired the Corporate Leadership Team for three years.
