Mr. DiLella is a principal of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. serving as the Firm’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. DiLella’s leadership, Equus has grown to become a multi-faceted national real estate investment company with expertise in development, investment, property management, and asset management. Mr. DiLella’s career as a real estate specialist spans four decades and includes experience in all types of real estate investments and developments throughout the United States. Prior to joining Equus, Mr. DiLella was Vice President of Girard Bank in Philadelphia where he had a 10-year career in the Commercial Real Estate Department as a lender and a member of the asset recovery team. Mr. DiLella is a member of the Board of Trustees of Villanova University. He recently funded the establishment of the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at the Villanova University School for Business where he is Chair of the Real Estate Advisory Council.

Mr. DiLella is a Trustee of the Cahill Trust and Chair of the Advisory Board of Roman Catholic High School. He also serves on the Boards of Villanova University, the Drexel University Real Estate Advisory Council, the National Italian American Foundation, the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, the Barnes Foundation, and The Philly Pops. Previous board appointments include the President of the Union League of Philadelphia, where he is currently the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. Other previous appointments include the Committee of Seventy, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Battleship New Jersey, and the Philadelphia Police Foundation. Mr. DiLella is the recipient of the St. Thomas of Villanova Alumni Medal and the Villanova Bartley Alumni Medallion.

Mr. DiLella holds an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.

Naveen Kakarla

Hersha Hospitality Management

Naveen Kakarla is the President and Chief Executive Officer and also on the Board of Directors

of HHM, which manages over 120 hotels in the Northeast, Florida, and California. These hotels

range from three to five star properties in urban and leisure resort destinations.

Naveen is responsible for HHM’s investment and fund management, acquisitions and

development, finance and accounting, human resources, and capital projects. He prior led

HHM’s New York City region and also oversaw its construction and technical services division.

Prior to joining Hersha in 2005, Naveen worked with a private equity firm and its portfolio

companies on early stage investments and "roll ups" in various industries. Naveen had been an

active real estate investor in the multifamily space prior to joining Hersha.

Outside the real estate sector, Naveen was previously a partner specializing in corporate and

securities law at the national law firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C., and was previously associated

with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer Feld, LLP in Washington D.C. Naveen earned a Bachelor of Arts

from Austin College and a law degree from Cornell Law School.

He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering from Drexel University, which cited him as "a nationally recognized civic leader and entrepreneur…whose work has brought a renewed sense of history to Philadelphia and urban Americans throughout the country".

Patrick Harker

Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia

Patrick T. Harker took office on July 1, 2015, as the 11th president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In this role, Harker participates on the Federal Open Market Committee, which formulates the nation's monetary policy.

Before taking office at the Philadelphia Fed, Harker served as the 26th president of the University of Delaware. He was also a professor of business administration at the university's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics and a professor of civil and environmental engineering at the College of Engineering.

Before joining the University of Delaware in 2007, Harker was dean and Reliance Professor of Management and Private Enterprise at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to being appointed dean in 2000, Harker served as the Wharton School's interim dean and deputy dean as well as the chair of its operations and information management department. In 1991, he was the youngest faculty member in Wharton's history to be awarded an endowed professorship as UPS Transportation Professor of the Private Sector. He has published/edited nine books and more than 100 professional articles. From 1996 to 1999, he served as editor-in-chief of the journal Operations Research.

In 2012, Harker was named a fellow of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) and a charter fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. He was also named a White House fellow by President George H. W. Bush in 1991 and served as a special assistant to FBI Director William S. Sessions from 1991 to 1992.

Harker serves as a member of the Select Operating Committee of Select Greater Philadelphia. He previously served on the boards of Catholic Relief Services, Pepco Holdings, Inc., and Huntsman Corporation and was a founding member of the board of advisors for Decision Lens, Inc. Harker was also a nonbanking Class B director of the Philadelphia Fed from 2012 to 2015.

Harker has a Ph.D. in civil and urban engineering, an M.A. in economics, and an M.S.E. and B.S.E. in civil engineering, all from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ron Caplan

A native of New England, Ron Caplan studied business management at Northeastern University before relocating to the Philadelphia area and launching his career in real estate development. In 1978, what started with the purchase of several single-family homes soon expanded into a collection of multi-unit housing ventures located throughout the city of Philadelphia. Ron founded PMC Property Group (then called Philadelphia Management Company) in 1981 when the number and size of his properties had grown robust enough to require the services of a management company. Since that time, Ron has also assembled a general-contracting division within PMC Property Group, making the company a full-service developer focused on adaptive-reuse projects spanning the East Coast. Known for a skillful attention to details, Ron takes a detailed, personal approach to overseeing PMC's extensive real estate holdings and the company's future growth. Under his strategic direction, the company has become the largest owner/operator of rental units in the city of Philadelphia.

Joe Coradino

Joseph F. Coradino is Chief Executive Officer of PREIT, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI), since 2012 and Chairman of the Board since 2016. PREIT owns and manages a portfolio comprising over 20 million square feet of dynamic retail properties, primarily shopping malls, with a concentration in two top 10 markets, Philadelphia and Washington DC including flagship properties in the Philadelphia market – Fashion District and Cherry Hill Mal.

Mr. Coradino is a visionary leader in retail real estate with an impressive track record of accomplishment. As CEO during a major transition in retail, he had the foresight to take swift action to improve PREIT’s portfolio well-ahead of its industry peers, making important business decisions that enabled the Company to capitalize on today’s retail evolution and continue to thrive. His vision for the Company was built on foundational precepts including strengthening its balance sheet, creating a quality portfolio, establishing operational excellence with a laser focus on internal growth. He has been with PREIT since 1998 and has been a member of PREIT’s Board of Trustees since 2006.

Mr. Coradino serves on Temple University’s Board of Trustees, is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of their Facilities Committee. He is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the Center City District and the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He is one of the founding members of PHL Cares, a business-led initiative investing in real solutions to street homelessness.

Mr. Coradino has served on numerous charitable boards and was honored to receive the 2019 Leadership Award from Rutgers University and LEAP Academy University School, 2018 Breath of Life Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and 2016 Distinguished Citizen Award from the Boy Scouts of America Cradle of Liberty Council and to co-chair the Academy of Music 158th Anniversary Concert and Ball in 2015. In 2009 he was the recipient of the Heart of Philadelphia Award from the American Heart Association for his leadership and dedication to the community.

Mr. Coradino has been profiled in numerous business publications and is a featured business leader in the book, “Wisdom at the Top” by Scott D. Rosen. He has appeared as a guest on national business shows on both CNBC and MSNBC.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, Mr. Coradino also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Arizona.

John Grady

John Grady serves as President of PIDC where he is responsible for the organization’s efforts to develop and implement collaborative strategies designed to drive economic growth to every corner of Philadelphia. In this role, John leads PIDC’s efforts to strengthen relationships with the public, private and philanthropic sectors to promote business growth, investment and development across the city and throughout its economy. He also directs internal activities around business development, capitalization, impact assessment, and the development and delivery of real estate and financing products that fill project financing gaps for neighborhood and large-scale commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, deliver capital to growing businesses, and energize the development of the city’s workplaces of the future.

John has more than 25 years of leadership experience in public-private partnerships that drive investment, development and job growth in and around Philadelphia. He joined PIDC in 1998 and has been its President since 2011 after serving in a variety of senior leadership positions, including overseeing PIDC’s city-wide real estate development activity and its acquisition and redevelopment of The Navy Yard. Prior to joining PIDC, John spent 9 years with the Cooper’s Ferry Development Association planning and developing Camden, NJ’s commercial waterfront.

John is a native Philadelphian, born and raised in the City and a graduate from La Salle University with a BA in Economics and the University of Pennsylvania’s MPA program. He is active on a number of Boards across the City, including at La Salle University, Roman Catholic High School’s Board of Advisors, the Philadelphia Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Drexel University’s Real Estate Council, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Real Estate Advisory Board, the Collegiate Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development and the East Falls Development Corporation. He and his wife live in the city’s East Falls section with their three children.

Robin McBride Zeigler

Ms. Zeigler joined Cedar Realty Trust in March 2016 after serving as executive vice president and head of operations at Penzance, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate investment company since January 2015. From 2005 to 2015, Robin worked at Federal Realty Investment Trust, most recently serving as chief operating officer for the mid-atlantic region. In that capacity, she was responsible for the operations of a portfolio of over 40 shopping centers and five mixed-use projects representing approximately 7.3 million square feet. Additionally, Robin provided oversight and strategic direction on mixed-use development and redevelopment projects. Robin holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Daniel Killinger

Mr. Killinger is responsible for leading a team of experienced development and construction professionals for National Real Estate Development, National Real Estate Advisors’ (National), wholly-owned development management subsidiary.

National Development provides development and construction related management of selected projects across the country on behalf of National. In this role, Mr. Killinger oversees a $1 billion project portfolio, comprising two million square feet of mixed-use and residential space in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Prior to this, he oversaw National Development’s East Market project in Philadelphia, PA as Director of Development. Mr. Killinger has diverse experience as a real estate professional in both the oversight of the design and development of urban, mixed-use projects as well as in the investment and asset management of residential and office buildings.

Prior to joining National Real Estate Development, Mr. Killinger was a Managing Director for Goldman Properties in New York, NY. At Goldman, he oversaw several development projects including 25 Bond Street and the repositioning of 110 Greene Street, both in New York, NY. He also consulted on numerous mixed-use urban development projects along the east coast. Mr. Killinger later joined Edison Properties in Newark, NJ as the Executive Vice President for Real Estate Planning and Development. At Edison, he was responsible for the entitlement, design and feasibility for the development of a portfolio of mixed use residential buildings in New York, NY and Newark, NJ. Mr. Killinger began his career as an architect with Kohn Pederson Fox Associates in New York, NY.

Mr. Killinger received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a frequent participant in Columbia’s Real Estate Round Table series. He also received a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Doug Yearley

Doug Yearley joined Toll Brothers in 1990 and has held various management positions over the past 23 years. He initially specialized in land acquisitions and project management, learning the home building business from the ground up. He then helped oversee the substantial growth of the company through new market expansion and builder acquisitions. He has been an officer since 1994, holding the position of Vice President from January 1994 until January 2002, Senior Vice President from January 2002 until November 2005 and Regional President from November 2005 until November 2009, where he managed home building operations in nine markets throughout the country, oversaw the creation of the Toll Brothers City Living brand and managed the company's outstanding Marketing Department. In November 2009, Doug was promoted to Executive Vice President, and then to Chief Executive Officer in June 2010. He also became a member of the Board of Directors at that time. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Doug was an attorney at Archer & Greiner, a major New Jersey law firm, where he specialized in commercial litigation.

Doug received a B.S. from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Business Management in 1982 and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1986.

Doug resides in Pennsylvania and has five children. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing and travel. He is Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Chapter of American Cancer Society's CEO's Against Cancer and is actively involved in the Yearley Family Foundation, which supports many charities assisting underprivileged children through education.

Ben Conwell

Ben Conwell leads Cushman & Wakefield’s e-Commerce and Electronic Fulfillment Specialty Practice Group, Industrial Services for the Americas. He is focused on intellectual property development and presenting Cushman & Wakefield’s leading capabilities in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer fulfillment industrial facilities to current and potential clients. The former director of North American real estate for Amazon has deep experience in locating and building electronic fulfillment and e-commerce facilities, having led the largest and fastest expansion of network capacity in that company’s history. While at Amazon, Ben managed a fulfillment network of 90 facilities comprising 60 million square feet and helped deliver 25 million square feet of build-to-suit projects alone. He also has held leadership roles at commercial real estate firms, specializing in capital formation, investment management, asset management and land development.

Jay H. Shah is Hersha Hospitality Trust's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Shah is involved in all areas of the business with a particular emphasis on strategic relationships, capital transactions, asset management, and acquisitions.

Prior to Hersha, Mr. Shah formed Shah & Byler, LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate and construction and was also a consultant at the former Coopers & Lybrand LLP, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Shah served as a legislative assistant to the late Senator John Heinz on Capitol Hill and has also worked with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office.

Mr. Shah received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, a Master’s degree from the Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and a Law degree from Temple University School of Law.

Mr. Shah serves on the Board of Trustees of The Episcopal Academy and Cornell University Dean’s Advisory Board for the School of Hotel Administration. Stephanie Hayden is a Leasing Associate at Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, a privately-held, fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating firm based in Conshohocken, PA. The company primarily acquires, repositions and manages office, industrial and flex properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Since the fall of 2011, Ms. Hayden has been a member of the leasing team for all acquired properties at Maguire Hayden. She focuses on industrial, flex, office and retail product.

Along with leasing duties, Ms. Hayden oversees the marketing department of the company on a daily basis.

Ms. Hayden also hosts a podcast called “High Five Success Stories with Steph Hayden” where she interviews successful people from all different industries. She has featured several of Maguire Hayden’s existing tenants.

Ms. Hayden is a 2010 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she was a varsity letter athlete on the Women’s Cross Country and Track Team.

Bart Blatstein

Bart Blatstein is the CEO of the privately held development company Tower Developments. Under his guise, Tower Investments has become well known for its aggressive and creative urban investments in major projects, as well as its expertise in all aspects of planning, design, construction, financing and leasing. Most recently, Bart set his development focus on the redevelopment of Northern Liberties and established the neighborhood as the place in Philadelphia, to live, work and play. His redevelopment efforts have created jobs, business opportunities, tax revenues and the impetus for more investment in the Philadelphia.

In his more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Bart Blatstein has earned the reputation as one of the region’s most respected and successful developers. Tower transformed vast tracts of post-industrial properties along Columbus Boulevard into flourishing retail, entertainment, and office development, including Riverview Plaza, Columbus Crossing and Dickinson Square. In Manayunk, his company developed the largest contiguous commercial site along the Schuylkill riverfront.

Mr. Blatstein is also very active in array of business, civic and charitable groups. He was a founding member of the Waterfront Developers Council, and is the past President of the Jewish Publishing Group board and serves on the Board of Trustees of Community College of Philadelphia, President’s Advisory Board and Board of Visitors of Temple University, Northeast Treatment Centers, Federation of Jewish Agencies as Real Estate Division chairman and Israel Bonds and the Technical Assistance Center for Emerging Contractors.

Principal at Woodmont Industrial Partners, LLC responsible for the company’s acquisitions and operations. Prior to forming Woodmont

Industrial Partners he was Senior Vice President at Prologis where he directed development and acquisition activities the company’s

Northeastern Region which included New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Preston has also held senior management

positions at Higgins Development Partners and Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. Collectively, Mr. Preston has developed or

acquired over 14.5 million square feet of industrial space.

Mr. Preston is a long time Trustee of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP and currently serves as the chapter’s Vice President of Public

Affairs. He is a member of NAIOP’s Industrial Development V National Forum. He is New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Salesman and is

a member of SIOR and it’s New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Preston is a long-term supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and currently serves

as the Charter Organization Representative for Troop 1 in Mendham, NJ.

Mr. Pearlstein is a graduate of Georgetown University (BA) and Temple University’s Law School and Business School (JD-MBA), and has significant experience in real estate investment, operations and development. His experience includes a 5 year stint in senior management at Toll Brothers, Inc. where he directed special acquisitions, including the acquisition of land and multi-million dollar investment properties. Among other endeavors, Mr. Pearlstein is an original Member of the Executive Committee of Georgetown University’s Steers Center for Global Real Estate and is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC). Willy Walker is consistently recognized as one of the most influential executives in the United States commercial real estate finance industry. He joined the company in 2003 as executive vice president and chief operating officer and became chief executive officer in 2007. Under Mr. Walker’s leadership, Walker & Dunlop has grown from a small, family-owned business with one office and forty-six employees to become one of the largest commercial real estate finance companies in the United States with twenty-five offices and over five hundred employees. Walker & Dunlop has been named one of the "50 Fastest Growing Companies" in the Washington Region every year since 2011, named a "Great Places to Work" in 2012, 2013 and 2015, and named a “Top Workplace” by the Washington Post in 2014 and 2016. Investors in Walker & Dunlop’s IPO saw their stock appreciate 191% in the company’s first five years as a public company. Mr. Walker won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2011.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Walker was president of the European and Latin American divisions of TeleTech, a global business process outsourcing company. He previously worked at private equity firm Newbridge Latin America, and was also general manager of a regional airline start-up in Argentina. He currently serves on the boards of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Federal City Council, the Sustainable Technology Fund, and St. Albans School. Mr. Walker was Chairman of the Board of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) from 2008 until 2012, and Chairman of the Board of Transcom, a global business process outsourcing company, from 2007 until 2012.

Mr. Walker received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University. He has run the Boston Marathon in 2:36, is an avid cyclist, and can likely be found on the ski slopes of Sun Valley when not running Walker & Dunlop.

Dr. Peter Linneman is a Principal of Linneman Associates, KL Realty, and American Land Funds, and is the Albert Sussman Emeritus Professor of Real Estate, Finance, and Business Public Policy at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a member of Wharton's faculty for 32 years, founding Wharton's Real Estate Department and the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. He is the founding co-editor of The Wharton Real Estate Review and has published over 80 articles during his career.

Bob Murphy is the Managing Principal for MRP Realty. He has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, ownership and investment. He joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1987, managing the firm’s regional operations for many years as Principal. Bob’s last role with TCC was area president of the development and investment group in the Mid-Atlantic where Bob and his team completed $1.8B of investments totaling over 10 million square feet. He co-founded MRP Realty (MRP) in 2005, capitalizing on his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Atlantic real estate markets, extensive network of capital relationships, and his reputation as a collaborative and creative partner to drive the firm. Under Bob’s leadership, MRP has deployed nearly $7.8B of office, residential/mixed-use and industrial developments and acquisition investments with an active pipeline totaling over 8 million square feet. He has actively participated in leadership roles at NAIOP and ULI and at various charitable activities during his career; currently serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Washington D.C. Bob received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame; his M.B.A. in Finance at Columbia Business School; and was an officer in the United States Army.

As Managing Director of the firm, David leads the acquisitions team in the evaluation, underwriting and due diligence of potential investments, develops and maintains relationships with existing and new operating partners and actively assists the co-founders in running the day-to-day operations of the firm. His goal is maintaining and expanding a robust nationwide network of operating partners with the experience and operational capacity to execute our value-add business plans and generate attractive investment returns for our investment partners. In addition, David is actively involved with the firm’s compliance committee and takes a lead role in establishing comprehensive policies and procedures and implementing a culture of compliance at the firm.

Prior to LEM, David was co-founder of Spring Mill Capital, an investment management and advisory firm focused on commercial real estate debt, the chief operating officer of Capmark Investments, an institutional investment advisory business, and the head of Capmark Financial Group’s global capital markets commercial mortgage backed securities and loan syndication team. David began his career practicing law in the real estate group of Dechert LLP, a multi-national law firm based in Philadelphia.

David received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

As Managing Director of Retail Services, Steven Gartner leads CBRE’s retail brokerage

platform throughout the region, driving growth and creating a cohesive and collaborative

service offering for retail clients.

Steve’s entire professional career has been dedicated to the commercial real estate

industry. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014 as Executive Vice President of Retail, Steve

served as President and Partner of Metro Commercial Real Estate, and before that, he

was chief Operating Officer of Michael Salove Company (now MSC Retail). He has

orchestrated the expansion of significant retailers at various times including: Gap, Inc.

(and all of its brands), Kohls, Marshalls/TJ Maxx, Crate & Barrel, Citibank, and Hollywood

Video. His leasing activities have focused on high-street and premium properties including

Suburban Square on Philadelphia’s Main Line, one of the first shopping centers in

America. Other Agency clients have included Forest City, Kimco, and Brandywine Realty

Trust.

In Center City Philadelphia, he has negotiated leases involving Intermix, Athleta, Allen

Edmonds, Camper, Cheesecake Factory, Gap, Banana Republic, Verizon, Jack Wills,

True Religion Jeans, Cosi, Max Brenner, CVS, and Walgreen’s. He brokered two of the

largest shopping center sales in recent years, the sale of Riverview Plaza & Columbus

Crossing for $75 million, and the sale of Quartermaster Plaza for $91 million, both

purchased by Cedar Shopping Centers.

Steve is a past PA/NJ/DE chair for The International Council of Shopping Centers. He has

served as an expert contributor to The Wall Street Journal, Good Day Philadelphia, and as

a guest lecturer at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, Columbia

University, and George Washington University, his alma mater.

John J. Connors has been Brickstone’s managing partner in Philadelphia since 1985, and brings extensive experience in the fields of commercial and investment banking and finance, and real estate acquisition, development and leasing. He is Brickstone Senior Living’s Vice Chairman. Mr. Connors joined Brickstone to oversee the acquisition and development of Mellon Independence Center in Philadelphia, and since then has guided the expansion of Brickstone’s Philadelphia portfolio to include The Wanamaker Building and 101 Penn Square East. Mr. Connors is responsible for both the direction of these development efforts and the ongoing operations of all Philadelphia projects.

Mr. Connors was employed first as a commercial banker with Provident National Bank in Philadelphia, and then as a merchant banker with Merrill Lynch Private Capital, Inc., specializing in the structuring and oversight of real estate investments with many of the country’s largest private developers.

Mr. Connors holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Connors sits on a number of municipal boards including the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Market East Improvement Association. Mr. Connors resides in St. Davids, a suburb of Philadelphia.

Mr. Goggins serves as Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Northeast Metro Division and is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s real estate development activities in the geographic area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York and Ohio. In his capacity as Senior Managing Director, he is responsible for raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating client flow, financing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Northeast Metro group. He is also a member of Trammell Crow Company’s national operating committee.

Prior experience in real estate: SVP/Relationship manager at National Penn Bank (5 years). VP Comm'l RE Lending at TD (formerly Commerce) Bank (20 years with bank). Project Management for commercial real estate developer in the 1980s. Directed all phases of development activity from design through approvals, financing, construction and marketing.

Michael Prifti is an architect of significant diversity with architectural experience in new construction and adaptive re-use projects for institutional and development clients, with single-purpose and mixed-use programs. Mr. Prifti is proficient in complex project management and taking plans from concept to completion.

Mr. Prifti and BLTa recently completed the Revel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. He led the team responsible for ensuring that all 65 architecture, design, and construction partners worked together to deliver Revel on time and within budget. Additionally, he was crucial in the design of the back-of-house facilities, making it one of the most impressive and efficient in the industry.

Additionally, Mr. Prifti has extensive mixed-use experience which includes the design of DC USA, a transit-oriented retail complex in Washington, DC and the in-progress One-2-FiveLIVE a 28,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Harlem, NY. DC USA has revitalized an area that had seen a troubled economic environment and One-2-Five LIVE anticipates to do the same.

Mr. Prifti has received a number of honors and awards, including the Thomas Ustick Walter Award in 2010, the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2005, Architect of the Year from the Coalition of Commercial Real Estate Association in 2004 and 1999, and the Richard Upjohn Fellowship from the American Institute of Architects in 2002. He earned both his Master of Architecture and BA degrees from The University of Pennsylvania.
