Dr. Peter Linneman is a Principal of Linneman Associates, KL Realty, and American Land Funds, and is the Albert Sussman Emeritus Professor of Real Estate, Finance, and Business Public Policy at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a member of Wharton's faculty for 32 years, founding Wharton's Real Estate Department and the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. He is the founding co-editor of The Wharton Real Estate Review and has published over 80 articles during his career.

Bill Glazer founded Keystone Property Group in 1991. Initially a real estate brokerage firm, Keystone grew into an investment firm in 1993, to a development company in 1997, to a real estate private equity firm in 2003, and to a full-service real estate investment and development operating enterprise in 2014. He has invested and developed over 12 million square feet of properties in billions of dollars of transactions using multiple investment structures, such as Joint Ventures, Individual Syndications, Direct Investments, Real Estate Private Equity Funds and Strategic Partnerships.

In addition to his real estate equity investments, Bill served as Chairman of the Board of Hyperion Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered commercial bank. Further, he serves as Director on non-profit boards, including the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia.

Bill’s professional affiliations include the Young President’s Organization, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute and Wharton School’s Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Bill is the recipient of many awards and honors, including the Pennsylvania Award for Community Excellence, the Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence, the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

An avid endurance athlete who has completed numerous marathons and triathlons, Bill’s long-term training philosophy mirrors his patient investment philosophy.

Mr. Goggins serves as Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Northeast Metro Division and is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s real estate development activities in the geographic area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York and Ohio. In his capacity as Senior Managing Director, he is responsible for raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating client flow, financing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Northeast Metro group. He is also a member of Trammell Crow Company’s national operating committee.

Oversees the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and disposition of the company’s portfolio. Jerry is also Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining Amerimar in 1988, Jerry was with Dean Witter Realty, Inc., where he focused on real estate acquisitions, development and asset management. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas with a major in real estate and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance.

Eric Goldstein is the founding Executive Director of King of Prussia District. Since 2011, he has helped champion strategic partnerships and initiatives that position King of Prussia as a vibrant, progressive community at the forefront of the suburban transformation movement. An expert in planning and placemaking, Eric is a highly successful fundraiser, having raised more than $6M, in addition to assessment fees, to support King of Prussia District programs and events since 2011. He also proudly serves on the International Downtown Association (IDA) Board as a member of the Executive Committee and as the IDA Awards Committee Chair.

Eric was recently named a Change Agent by the Philadelphia Business Journaland added to their Power 100 list in 2017. He was also named the 2016 Best Visionary by Philadelphia Magazine. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Kansas State University.
