A sophisticated and agile professional, Tracey’s background includes marketing, financial performance, and overall property operations. Her strength in property operations has allowed her to make an immediate impact on the assets she oversees, leading them to financial and operational success. Her diversified portfolio includes lease-up and stabilized assets and renovations with multiple components.

Mr. DiLella is a principal of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. serving as the Firm’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. DiLella’s leadership, Equus has grown to become a multi-faceted national real estate investment company with expertise in development, investment, property management, and asset management. Mr. DiLella’s career as a real estate specialist spans four decades and includes experience in all types of real estate investments and developments throughout the United States. Prior to joining Equus, Mr. DiLella was Vice President of Girard Bank in Philadelphia where he had a 10-year career in the Commercial Real Estate Department as a lender and a member of the asset recovery team. Mr. DiLella is a member of the Board of Trustees of Villanova University. He recently funded the establishment of the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at the Villanova University School for Business where he is Chair of the Real Estate Advisory Council.

Mr. DiLella is a Trustee of the Cahill Trust and Chair of the Advisory Board of Roman Catholic High School. He also serves on the Boards of Villanova University, the Drexel University Real Estate Advisory Council, the National Italian American Foundation, the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, the Barnes Foundation, and The Philly Pops. Previous board appointments include the President of the Union League of Philadelphia, where he is currently the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. Other previous appointments include the Committee of Seventy, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Battleship New Jersey, and the Philadelphia Police Foundation. Mr. DiLella is the recipient of the St. Thomas of Villanova Alumni Medal and the Villanova Bartley Alumni Medallion.

Mr. DiLella holds an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.

As Chief Executive Officer & President of GMH Communities, Gary Holloway Jr., draws on 20 years of acquisition, property management, asset management, and development experience to lead the second generation of the family business. Gary focuses on GMH’s current portfolio of real estate assets while researching and investing in new niche-related multifamily housing opportunities nationwide. Gary sets company goals to meet the ever- changing market trends in the multifamily space making sure that GMH is at the forefront of the industry. Gary takes the lead in sourcing joint venture partnerships with institutional investors and takes pride in maintaining long term partnerships with well know institutions.

Gary pursues many philanthropic interests. Currently, he serves as a Trustee for the Westtown School. He is the Clerk of the Buildings, Grounds, and Environment Committee and serves on the Executive Committee and Athletic Advisory Council. Gary is a past board member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) and is a lifetime member of the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholars program that benefits deserving caddies in their pursuit of higher education.

Gary regularly lends his real estate knowledge by speaking at events for the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and BISNOW. He has also been a featured speaker for Villanova University and The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Gary is currently a member of NMHC’s Student Housing Advisory Group.

Gary received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.

Daniel Killinger

Mr. Killinger is responsible for leading a team of experienced development and construction professionals for National Real Estate Development, National Real Estate Advisors’ (National), wholly-owned development management subsidiary.

National Development provides development and construction related management of selected projects across the country on behalf of National. In this role, Mr. Killinger oversees a $1 billion project portfolio, comprising two million square feet of mixed-use and residential space in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Prior to this, he oversaw National Development’s East Market project in Philadelphia, PA as Director of Development. Mr. Killinger has diverse experience as a real estate professional in both the oversight of the design and development of urban, mixed-use projects as well as in the investment and asset management of residential and office buildings.

Prior to joining National Real Estate Development, Mr. Killinger was a Managing Director for Goldman Properties in New York, NY. At Goldman, he oversaw several development projects including 25 Bond Street and the repositioning of 110 Greene Street, both in New York, NY. He also consulted on numerous mixed-use urban development projects along the east coast. Mr. Killinger later joined Edison Properties in Newark, NJ as the Executive Vice President for Real Estate Planning and Development. At Edison, he was responsible for the entitlement, design and feasibility for the development of a portfolio of mixed use residential buildings in New York, NY and Newark, NJ. Mr. Killinger began his career as an architect with Kohn Pederson Fox Associates in New York, NY.

Mr. Killinger received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a frequent participant in Columbia’s Real Estate Round Table series. He also received a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Stephen Wright is the Market Manager for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Philadelphia. In his role, Mr. Wright leads a team of 50 professionals who oversee more than $24 billion of client assets. He and his team provide individuals, families, public and private foundations and endowments in the Mid-Atlantic Region with comprehensive wealth management strategies, ongoing guidance and customized strategies to address their balance sheet needs. Connectivity to the global resources of JPMorgan Chase & Co. allows Mr. Wright and his team to bring ideas to their clients.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Wright worked in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw portfolio management and wealth planning for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to this, he was a Portfolio Manager at United States Trust Company in New York, where he managed assets for high-net-worth families and foundations. Mr. Wright also served as a Financial Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein.

Mr. Wright serves on the Board of Governors for the Lower Merion Township Scholarship Fund.

Mr. Wright is a Certified Financial Planner®. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Brad is a founder and co-manager of Great Oak Capital (Villanova, PA), a real estate developer, owner operator of multifamily properties and private investment partnership which finances real estate projects. Brad is a graduate of Hamilton College and received an M.B.A. from Penn State Great Valley, where he was named the “most outstanding” student in a graduating class of 260 MBA students. In 2005, Penn State awarded Brad the Alumni Achievement Award.

Andrew Stewart

Mr. Stewart has 20 years of real estate investment and operating experience, involving over $2 billion of diverse real estate transactions throughout the United States and Canada. He was most recently Senior Manager of Acquisitions at M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s largest public home builders, where he had responsibility for origination and execution of land and corporate investments throughout the company’s footprint. Mr. Stewart joined M.D.C. from Cherokee Investment Partners, a global opportunistic real estate private equity fund, where he was a Managing Director specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of urban mixed-use, brownfield, residential and commercial assets. Mr. Stewart started his career at Sage Hospitality Resources, a prominent hotel management and investment company, where he was involved with the origination, underwriting, closing and asset management of hospitality investment and development projects.

Mr. Stewart holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Benjamin Stacks

Benjamin Stacks is a seasoned real estate banking executive with nearly 20 years of experience building profitable real estate banking relationships nationally and in New York City. He is responsible for managing a team of relationship managers charged with all aspects of client management including lending on real estate and cross selling a variety of banking services. Ben oversees a portfolio of loans of approximately $3.7 billion across diverse asset classes including office, retail and residential properties as well as across a variety of loan types including permanent, construction, reposition/renovation and mini-permanent.

During his career Mr. Stacks has developed relationships with many top-tier sponsors and has originated new loans in excess of $5 billion. Prior to joining Capital One Multifamily Finance, he was an Executive Director and Team Leader in the New York City office of Eurohypo, a German-based global real estate investment bank. Before that, he served as a relationship manager at both HSBC Bank, USA and M&T Bank.

Mr. Stacks holds Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Kogod School of Business at American University. He is currently an officer of the Real Estate Lenders Association and was previously Chairman of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association.

Ms. Wade is a Principal and Senior Analyst and, as a member of CBRE Clarion Securities’ Americas research team, is responsible for the evaluation of public real estate companies within the U.S. Retail, Apartment and Net Lease property sectors, and Canada. Ms. Wade joined CBRE Clarion Securities’ predecessor firm in 1996. Prior to that, Ms. Wade worked at National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc., Barnes, Morris, Pardoe and Foster Inc., and Grubb & Ellis of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. In his role as senior vice president, capital markets, Mr. Williams is responsible for debt management and project financing for Equus’ entities. Matching Equus’ portfolio growth over the last 15 years, Mr. Williams has guided the increase in the Firm’s borrowing relationships from $246 million in loans outstanding with 12 lenders to more than $3.7 billion outstanding with 45 lenders. Prior to joining Equus in 1989, Mr. Williams was senior vice president and manager of the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division of Meridian Bank, where he spent 11 years. He also spent six years at East Girard Savings Association in real estate finance.

Laura Brestelli

Ms. Brestelli is responsible for debt portfolio management and for arranging, negotiating and closing mortgage loans used in connection with the acquisition, refinance and construction of Equus related real estate projects. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has overseen more than $3 billion in new loan originations as well as the day to day administration of Equus’ loan portfolio and 40+ lending relationships. Prior to joining Equus, Ms. Brestelli worked in business development as a Peace Corps Volunteer and also worked in residential mortgage finance. Ms. Brestelli holds an MBA from The George Washington University and B.S. in Business Administration from University of Delaware. Scott is responsible for working with lending institutions and similar capital providers, procuring new debt at both the property and fund level and managing debt across the portfolio in each fund. Scott joined Rubenstein Partners in July 2015.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Partners, Scott worked at KTR Capital Partners, where he was responsible for debt originations, debt portfolio management and cash management of the funds; the debt portfolio reached over $3.0 billion in total commitments and included portfolio financings, subscription facilities, fund level unsecured debt, build-to-suit and other construction loans as well as CMBS loan assumptions. From 2006 to 2011, he worked at LBC Credit Partners, a private equity firm focused on lending to middle market companies across the United States. In 2004, Scott began his career at Duff & Phelps, where he was focused on business valuation financial advisory.

Ian is a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate. He is a member of the US transactions team and responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities in several of the northeast markets. Ian works with operating partners and PGIM’s various investment funds to negotiate, structure and close new transactions.

From 2010-2012, Ian worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE as part of a three person team responsible for establishing the Middle Eastern real estate investment management platform for PGIM. In this position, he identified target markets, assisted with new fund formation, sourced, underwrote and structured new investments.

Prior to relocating to the Middle East, Ian was responsible for asset management in the Northeast U.S. markets for the PRISA portfolio, PGIM’s core fund.

Justin Levitt

Justin Levitt is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of the Northeast region for U.S. Debt. Based in New York City, Justin leads a team that is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products in the core, core plus and agency spaces. His team works with clients based in the Northeast and finances assets across the U.S. Justin also serves as a regional portfolio manager for the Northeastern U.S. markets for PGIM Real Estate’s core strategies where he has credit authority.

Since joining the company in 2006, Justin has originated loans on all property types and through all capital sources. Previously, Justin worked in the legal group of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was primarily responsible for negotiating commercial leases and assisting in the preparation of SEC Filings.

Justin received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business law from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and earned a juris doctor degree, with concentrations in corporate and real estate transactions from

the University of Miami School of Law.

Justin is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a past chair of the Finance Committee. He is also active in the Urban Land Institute where he sits on one of the Small Scale Development Councils. Prior to joining Keystone, Chip was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Portfolio Management for Grosvenor Fund Management in the United States. CornerstoneTracy is building upon a 20-year history of the highest quality development

with unparalleled local market knowledge and class leading design.

Prior to forming CornerstoneTracy, Mr. Tracy was Vice President of LCOR, Inc. where

he led the Philadelphia area regional development office and was responsible for

pursuit and implementation of new development opportunities throughout the area. Most

notably, Mr. Tracy led the development of 1919 Market Street, a mixed-use high-rise

project in Center City Philadelphia. Previously he was Vice President of Bozzuto

Development Company where he led the firm’s strategic growth of investment and

development opportunities in Greater Philadelphia along with select projects in

Maryland. Earlier in his career he held positions in construction operations,

preconstruction and property management.

Mr. Tracy is a leader in property planning, finance, construction and operations. He has

a substantial track record of production within a wide range of asset types including

multifamily and mixed-use developments totaling over 3,000 residential units completed,

under-construction or in-development, with a total cost in excess of $700,000,000.

Mr. Tracy is a graduate of The Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. He

is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP

and the Penn State Alumni Association.

Mr. Korman is Co-CEO of Korman Communities, Inc. The Company is one of the

largest owners and managers of multi-family properties in the region with a portfolio of

24 properties, and total market capitalization in excess of $2 Billion. The Company

operates throughout major markets in the United States, and is based outside of

Philadelphia, PA. The Company was the innovator of short-term furnished apartments in

the United States over 50 years ago, and Mr. Korman is a member of the fourth

generation to lead this company. The Company operates three brands, including its ARK

and AVE properties which feature full service multifamily operations at prime, infill

locations. The Company introduced its AKA brand in 2004, an upscale, urban high-rise

concept with properties located in New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C.,

Beverly Hills, CA, and London.

Mr. Korman has lead the acquisition, development and financing program of all new

properties by the Company, including the entrance into new markets such as New York

City, Beverly Hills and London. This growth has allowed Korman Communities to

establish relationships with some of the largest and most respected financial and lending

institutions in the country. Mr. Korman oversees all new business development,

including debt and equity relationships, throughout the Company.

Mr. Korman serves on the Board of Trustees of The Philadelphia Police Foundation,

Germantown Academy and the Duke University Library Advisory Board. He is also a

member of the JFRE Executive Committee, President’s Leadership Council at Jefferson,

Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania,

and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New York.

Mr. Korman received his B.A from Duke University in 1987, and his M.B.A. from The

Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

Jose Cruz

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital

Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s

leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey,

New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New

Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career,

he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land

sales.

Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman &

Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He

began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Robert Fahey joined CBRE, Inc. in 2004. Robert is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital

Markets Institutional Properties in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 30 years experience in

commercial real estate specializing in the sale of investment properties for institutional clients and

real estate developers, as well as advisory services for corporate clients.

Robert has consistently been a top producer in investment sales, representing some of the country’s

largest corporations, pension fund advisors and REITs. He has successfully marketed over $10.0

billion of CBD office towers, suburban office, warehouse, retail, multi-housing and hotel assets.

Robert and his partner, Michael Hines co-lead the Institutional Properties team in Philadelphia which

specializes in the disposition of institutional-quality real estate in the Mid Atlantic United States.

Robert’s success has been recognized by CBRE, as he has received the Colbert Coldwell Circle

Award (top 3% nationally) for numerous years, has been a member of the firm’s prestigious

Chairman’s Club multiple times.

Mr. Thomson is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the HFF Philadelphia office

with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily

responsible for originating investment sales and equity placement transactions throughout

the northeastern United States, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the

firm’s Philadelphia location. Mr. Thomson has executed more than $3 billion in

commercial real estate transactions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Mr. Thomson joined the firm in December 2013. Prior to HFF, he was Vice President of

Investments and Director of Marcus & Millichap’s national multi-housing group specializing

in the sale of multi-housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to his departure, his

Bill is a Senior Banking Executive with extensive experience leading Real Estate Finance, Corporate Banking, and

Specialized Banking Teams in The Greater Delaware Valley. Currently, Bill provides leadership to BB&T’s

Commercial Real Estate Team focused on offering value added financial services to the commercial real estate

community headquartered or doing business in Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey.

Bill is an active member of The Union League of Philadelphia where he previously served on the Board of

Directors. Bill is a member of the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, The Chamber of Commerce for

Greater Philadelphia, The United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church

where he serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. Bill is also a member of The Union League Golf Club, Broad

Street Angels and Founder of The Heritage Cigar Club. Bill is a graduate of Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.

Bill currently resides at AKA University City and is proud to be the first resident.
