Andres Korda

Co-Founder and Principal

Avanti Way Group

Andres Korda is the Co-Founder and Principal of Avanti Way Group, a vertically integrated conglomerate

composed of investments, property management, asset management, and brokerage services. As a fully

integrated firm, Avanti Way Group’s affiliate entities: Avanti Way Capital, Propfolio Property Management,

Folio Title and Avanti Way Realty, combined with its award-winning, proprietary technology platforms,

work together to provide unparalleled, tech-enabled real estate solutions for domestic and international

investors.

Mr. Korda graduated from Georgetown with a degree in Business. He began his career in real estate as

an investor in the early 2000’s and after realizing a void in the industry, join forces with Enrique Teran to

incubate the Avanti Way innovative model while in the Babson Entrepreneurship MBA Program.

Over the last decade, Andres has passionately dedicated his efforts to transforming the real estate

industry by providing a proprietary technology platform and combining it with education and a support-

driven ecosystem that allows agents to eliminate complexity in their work environment, boost their value

proposition and accelerate their business upgrading the complete customer real estate experience. By

complementing the technology aspect with a community-like environment, Andres and his partner created

and serviced a new breed of real estate agents they now call Agentpreneurs.

Under his stewardship, Avanti Way Realty, a tech-powered residential and commercial brokerage, has

grown to more than 1,400 agents, 13 offices in Florida, and approximately $5 billion in production. The

firm maintains a strong presence throughout South Florida and has entered several new markets,

including Jupiter, Orlando, Tampa, Naples/Fort Myers, Jacksonville and Melbourne. For the first time in

the firm’s history, Avanti Way Realty reached a billion dollars in sales in the last 12 months, a major

milestone for the brokerage.

As co-owner of Avanti Way Group’s real estate property and asset management firm, Propfolio

Management, Andres oversees a portfolio currently valued at approximately $1 billion, for which the

company has also developed proprietary technology that provides investors with the ability to keep track

of their assets and measure their performance on demand. The company manages over 300,000 square

feet of single-family and condo units, multi-family buildings, commercial office buildings, and retail

shopping centers throughout South Florida.

In addition, through the firm’s investment arm, Avanti Way Capital launched in 2018, Andres and his

partner Enrique Teran have joined forces with seasoned developers to put together, raise funds and

serve as general partners for the construction and development of syndicated townhome, condominium,

and rental projects in the Tampa, Orlando, and Palm Beach markets. The firm recently acquired Hoffner

Commerce Center, a 94,000 SF multi-tenant office building in Orlando, and Shoppes at Lake Mary, a

37,685 SF shopping center. Mr. Korda also raised the equity and serves as a General Partner for Grove

Parc Townhomes, a new 190-unit multifamily community under development in Tampa. Most recently,

Avanti Way Group announced a joint venture with Office America Group to develop Deco Green in Lake

Worth Beach, a 125,000 SF mixed-use community featuring four buildings with 127 residential units,

approximately 8,000 SF of retail and office space, and 20,000 SF of green space. Avanti Way Capital

also brought investment capital and led the sales team for part of Millenia Park, a 900-unit residential

condo project in Orlando starting vertical construction this quarter.

Mr. Korda is also a partner in Folio Title, a title company also under the Avanti Way Group umbrella, that

executes hundreds of closings per month. The company has been awarded Presidents Circle as one of

the top 100 title companies in Florida.

Avanti Way has received numerous accolades, including being ranked as one of the Fastest Growing

Firms in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal, a finalist at the Inman Innovators Awards,

and one of the “Top 50 Brokers of Florida” by the United States Congress. Mr. Korda has been named a

40 under 40 honoree by the SFBJ and was featured as one of South Florida’s “Power Leaders.” He is a

sought-after speaker and has served as a panelist at several high-profile conferences including the Real

Estate Connect events in San Francisco, New York, and Miami, and serves on the Advisory Board at FIU

Hollo School of Real Estate.

Through his group and the help of his partners and staff, he continues his investment and commitment to

innovate and upgrade the entire real estate experience in Florida and is planning to soon expand to other

states and markets.
