Paul serves as CEO of Foundry Commercial, bringing more than 27 years of commercial real estate brokerage, development, investment, and management experience. As one of the founding members of Foundry, he and the team have grown the platform to 300 employees, serving clients across 12 offices and an investment platform that has completed over $700 million in investment and development joint ventures, including an active development pipeline of over 6 million square feet of industrial projects.

Prior to joining Foundry, Paul spent 15 years with Trammell Crow Company, most recently as Managing Director of North Florida. At Trammell Crow Company, he helped create the largest property management company in Florida and grew the division to become the company’s most profitable business unit in the region, with more than 35 million square feet under management and a full-service division of more than 200 people in three cities.

Isaac Peckel has over 12 years of experience in construction in Miami and has been developing in Orlando for the last 5 years. He comes from a business and contracting background. He aims to innovate in a creative manner to better cater the product to the end user’s needs. Born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Los Angeles, California after graduating with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Metropolitan University of Caracas. Specialized in Real Estate construction and contracting. He moved to Miami, Florida and Co-founded P&K Developments which does Development projects in Miami and Orlando, Florida.

As President of Margaritaville Development, Jim Wiseman oversees real estate development efforts for Margaritaville, the global brand inspired by the lifestyle and lyrics of Jimmy Buffett. Wiseman’s first venture with Margaritaville was financing and developing the top revenue grossing Margaritaville restaurant at Broadway in the Beach festival retail center located in Myrtle Beach, SC. In 2010, Wiseman joined Margaritaville full time to expand its real estate presence and enter the accommodation markets. Under Wiseman’s leadership, the brand’s real estate collection now encompasses more than 50 restaurants, 12 hotels, 3 casinos, 2 upscale timeshare properties, and 4 resort communities.

Stephanie Brown, SVP of Client Services, is responsible for new business development nationally for Rivergate KW Residential. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie served as Director of Business Development for The Rainmaker Group, where she was responsible for software sales to national accounts and Institutions nationwide.

Stephanie also has over 20 years of multifamily property management experience with companies such as Riverstone Residential Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services, where she was also named partner. Stephanie is active in the community and serves on the regional board for Apartment Life in Orlando. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Finance. Stephanie has held both a broker and appraiser license in the State of Connecticut.

Over 10 years of experience in the multifamily sector focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Actively looking to acquire/develop well located multifamily communities and hotels nationwide. Mr. Ross sits on the Board of Directors for the Herman Lucerne Memorial which donates 100% of its proceeds to Everglades National Park. He is also active in the Bonefish Tarpon Trust, the Everglades Foundation, International Gamefish Association, and other conservation oriented organizations

Since 2015, Lisa Neumayer has emerged as a risk management consultant leader within the

Gallagher Real Estate and Construction practice. Working closely with specialty team members

throughout Gallagher’s global network, she delivers niche expertise, products and services to real

estate developers, contractors and property owners/managers. Her specialty provides experience

for large Owner and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP/CCIP) Wrap Ups and

Builder’s Risk for construction projects and permanent placement risk management programs

involving multiple asset classes ranging in values from $50 million to upwards of $500 million+.

In less than 4 years, she has provided the risk financing and security for major real estate

developments totaling over $1 billion in values, placing nearly $5 million of premium into the

global insurance marketplace. Quickly building a reputation in the market as a creative thinker

and problem solver, she has worked with a number of clients to tackle their supply chain trade

credit risk domestically and abroad and provided alternative risk solutions for unique exposures

worldwide.
