Why Attend The Space Coast CRE State of the Market

Why This Matters:

The Space Coast is in the midst of a commercial real estate surge. What was once a market heavily reliant on aerospace is now diversifying with significant investments across industrial, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use development. Brevard County’s growing population, pro-growth local governments, and strategic infrastructure investments have created ideal conditions for scalable real estate projects. Driven by long-term job growth and new capital flowing into cities like Palm Bay, Titusville and Cape Canaveral, developers are breaking ground on everything from high-end residential and lifestyle-driven communities to logistics hubs, hotels, and commercial town centers. Understanding where and how to build is essential in a region where land is still relatively affordable, but quickly becoming more competitive. At Bisnow’s Space Coast CRE State of the Market, hear directly from top developers, investors, city leaders and commercial real estate professionals shaping the next decade of growth in this high-potential market.

What You Will Learn:

  • Market Momentum: Why the Space Coast is emerging as one of Florida’s top-performing CRE markets across asset classes.

  • Aerospace Anchors: How major employers like SpaceX and Boeing are stabilizing and strengthening long-term demand.

  • Capital Trends: Where institutional investors are placing bets and which submarkets are leading the way.

  • Not Just Industrial Anymore: Why and where asset classes like residential, mixed-use and hospitality are gaining traction.

  • Project Demand: What types of developments are resonating with new residents and major employers.

  • Partnership Models: How collaboration between public agencies, private capital and space industry leaders is shaping deal flow.

  • Future Outlook: Where the Space Coast is headed and how brokers, consultants and service providers can plug into the momentum.
