Tom Bak is Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company where he serves as a member of the firm’s Leadership Council. Under Tom’s leadership, the Southern California Development & Investment Group has completed, or is in the process of completing, the development of office, medical office, industrial and brownfield projects totaling over 25 million square feet and representing investments of over $2.0 billion.

Tom began his career with Trammell Crow Company as a leasing agent. He has received numerous regional and national awards recognizing his achievements as a top leasing and development producer. In 1989, he became one of the youngest partners in the firm. In 1996, Tom became leader of the Southern California Development & Investment Group.

Scott has 18 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over $6 Billion of acquisitions and capitalization. Mr. Lanni has previously held senior positions with both The Irvine Company and Lyon Communities where he was responsible for the acquisition and investment efforts . Lanni earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and also earned his MBA from the University of Southern California including international business courses taken at London Business School in the UK. He is a licensed California real estate broker.

Mr. Miszkowicz oversees property acquisition, financing, and disposition. Prior to founding Harbor, Mr. Miszkowicz held acquisition roles with AEW, Bixby Land Company and The Bascom Group. His responsibilities included property identification, market assessment, contract negotiation, asset management and disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Miszkowicz acquisition background includes office, industrial, retail and multifamily development and redevelopment totaling over $996M in acquisition volume across 14 US markets, and $812M in disposition volume across 7 US markets. He played an active role in the asset management of a $440M portfolio of commercial assets.

Mr. Miszkowicz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship and International Business from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the NAIOP Young Professional Group and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He has appeared as a guest speaker at Loyola Marymount University and University of Southern California.

Sandra Jacobson is a partner at Allen Matkins in the firm's Orange County office. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties across the United States. Sandy has extensive experience in representing sellers and buyers in complex and portfolio projects involving industrial and office properties.

Sandy has helped her clients to develop more than one million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets, including the negotiation of construction contracts, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, CC&Rs and other related development agreements and has helped her clients in the disposition of multiple industrial and office condominium projects. In addition, Sandy has extensive retail experience. She has represented several "big box" tenants and other anchor tenants in their acquisition of real properties and with the negotiation of their leases, SNDAs and other related lease documentation. She has also represented landowners in the negotiation of leases and other related documents with a wide array of anchor and junior anchor tenants.

has completed over $12.0 billion in multi-family and commercial value-added

transactions since 1996 including more than 300 multifamily properties and 80,000

units. Bascom has ranked among the top 50 multifamily owners in the U.S. Bascom’s

subsidiaries and joint ventures include the Southern California Industrial Fund,

Rushmore Properties, Bascom Portfolio Advisors, Shubin Nadal Associates, Spirit Bascom

Ventures, REDA Bascom Ventures, MHF RM Holdings, Bascom Northwest Ventures,

Bascom Arizona Ventures, Harbor Associates, Village Partner Ventures, and the Realm

Prior to founding Bascom, Mr. Fink acted as Senior Acquisitions and Sales Manager from

Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a

and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Mr. Fink is a licensed real estate

broker in the state of California, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a

Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA),

and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He has appeared as a guest speaker at

various functions, including those for the Urban Land Institute, University of California

Los Angeles and Irvine, University of Southern California, and other assorted industry

events. Mr. Fink previously served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Real

Estate Alumni Association and is currently a member of the USC Lusk Center for Real

Estate Executive Committee.  He has previously served on the board for the Young

Presidents Organization (YPO) California Coast chapter and is currently a member of the

World Presidents Organization (WPO).

In 2004, Mr. Fink was awarded the Apartment Executive of the Year by the Real Estate

Conference Group, the industry's largest and most prestigious multifamily conference

on the West Coast, and was later awarded the Rising Star award by the University of

California Irvine Center for Real Estate in 2008. Mr. Fink was also recognized in the 2011

Multi-Family Executive Magazine. In 2016, Mr. Fink was awarded the Ernst & Young

Entrepreneur of the Year, Orange County.

Michael Genthe is Managing Director - Southern California for Mill Creek Residential, with responsibility for pursing multifamily development opportunities and entitlements in the Southern California region. He is responsible for the creation of new multifamily communities in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Ventura Counties.

Since joining Mill Creek in 2010, Michael was in a comparable position with Trammel Crow Residential (TCR), where he had successfully developed and currently has under entitlement approximately 2,900 units with a combined capitalization of over $1 billion. Prior to joining TCR, Michael was a partner and Executive Vice President with Beneficial Realty Group. He was primarily responsible for the acquisition, major rehabilitation, daily asset management and property disposition involving a 14-project portfolio comprised of apartment, retail and office properties located in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Michael also served as Director of Investment & Development for Lycon Properties, Inc., which was one of the ten largest multifamily and single family estate housing developers in Southern California during the late 1980s. He was responsible for arranging equity capital funding, disposition of apartment buildings and marketing of single family estate developments with a combined value of over $400 million.

Michael attended the London School of Economics in London, England and completed his Graduate Diploma of Economics. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He has also been a licensed NASAD security principal. He is an active Habitat for Humanity partner.

Jason Krupoff

Jason has over 16 years of experience in commercial and multifamily mortgage banking. During his career, Jason has originated and closed more than 100 transactions totaling over $1.1 billion in debt and JV equity capital.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jason served as Vice President of Originations for Walker & Dunlop and Berkadia (formerly Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage) where he sourced and closed multifamily and commercial real estate loans with Agency, Life Company, bridge, and CMBS debt.

Additional experiences include spending two years (2009-2011) at Hunt Investment Management (formerly Capmark Investments, which was Capmark’s equity investment company) where he asset managed a 17-property multifamily portfolio totaling over 3,500 apartment units located in Southern California. Additionally, Jason spent one year as Saris-Regis group where he worked on the multifamily investment team.

in current servicing portfolio and $34 billion of debt and investment sales in 2018 we are a nationally

ranked top provider of debt and equity.

Berkadia provides borrowers and lending partners with the highest level of execution on complex and

straightforward capital structures for all varieties of commercial real estate assets.

Before Berkadia, Jackson spent 9 years at Fidelity Bancorp Funding & EverBank as an apartment and

commercial loan consultant. There he financed purchases and refinances of apartment, retail, industrial

and office properties in addition to disposition of performing and non-performing debt.

Before focusing on commercial real estate Jackson traded corporate stock options in Palo Alto and

Orange County/Newport Beach for high profile publicly traded companies. In 1999 he graduated from

SDSU with a degree in Finance is a SDSU men’s basketball season ticket holder.

After growing up in Laguna Beach then living in the Bay Area mixed with regular family visits to the east

coast Jackson has a great appreciation for our beaches, weather, outdoors and good sushi.
