As the CEO of iBorrow, former real estate lawyer, real estate owner and adept businessman, Brian has a vast array of knowledge in the commercial real estate sector, specifically structuring complex deals. Borrowers and investors alike turn to Brian because of his ability to underwrite deals quickly while adhering to a high standard of ethics and due diligence. Not only is Brian well-positioned in understanding every aspect of the deal process – including what is vital and what isn’t – but he goes beyond the numbers by taking a comprehensive and strategic approach to each deal. Brian first founded Eagle Group, LLC in 2001, as a fully-integrated real estate company that handles all aspects of commercial real estate including finance, loan servicing, management and advisory services. In 2012, Brian branched off to create iBorrow (formerly Eagle Group Finance), a dedicated lender specializing in private loans for commercial properties in the Western U.S.

Prior to iBorrow, Brian was a real estate transactional attorney at the law firms of TroyGould and Kulik, Gottesman & Mouton, where he represented real estate investment trusts, publicly traded real estate companies and high-net- worth individuals. He also served as President and Board Member of TenantDirect.com, the developer of the first web-based property management software system for the real estate industry. Brian earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He also has an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

Brian is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the State Bar of California. He has taught multiple courses at UCLA Extension, and currently serves as Vice President of the Guardians, Board Member of the Southern California Golf Association Foundation and Member of the Real Estate Council of the Federation.

Jason Krupoff

Jason has over 16 years of experience in commercial and multifamily mortgage banking. During his career, Jason has originated and closed more than 100 transactions totaling over $1.1 billion in debt and JV equity capital.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jason served as Vice President of Originations for Walker & Dunlop and Berkadia (formerly Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage) where he sourced and closed multifamily and commercial real estate loans with Agency, Life Company, bridge, and CMBS debt.

Additional experiences include spending two years (2009-2011) at Hunt Investment Management (formerly Capmark Investments, which was Capmark’s equity investment company) where he asset managed a 17-property multifamily portfolio totaling over 3,500 apartment units located in Southern California. Additionally, Jason spent one year as Saris-Regis group where he worked on the multifamily investment team.

Shawn Hansen is a Director of Investments on the West Coast. He is primarily responsible for acquisitions and dispositions throughout Southern California, Denver, and Las Vegas. Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Shawn worked at Moran & Company where he focused on the sale of institutional-quality apartment communities throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. Shawn received his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Seth Grossman

Mr. Grossman is a Senior Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group. He opened the firm’s San Diego office in May 2011 charged with expanding the company’s presence throughout the western and southwestern states. In his 10+ years leading the west coast for Meridian, Mr. Grossman has built a team that has originated and closed more than $12 billion of debt and equity transactions spanning more than 600 loans across primary and esoteric asset types.

Prior to opening Meridian’s San Diego office, Mr. Grossman was a Structured Finance Analyst Fitch Ratings, a Principal at Mission Peak Capital, and worked in Meridian’s New York City office where he closed in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Grossman attended NYU, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management.

Alan X. Reay is the president and founder of Atlas Hospitality Group (Atlas). Atlas has closed over $4.5 billion in

California hotel sales and is considered the “expert” on the California hotel market.

Reay has an extensive hotel industry background, including serving as the director of sales with London-based ABC

International Hotel Guide. In that position, Reay established contacts from all over the world.

Reay has tracked the hotel market for decades and is quoted extensively within the hotel trade and general press.

He publishes biannual reports covering California hotel sales and development, along with two monthly newsletters,

one geared toward hotel owners and the other for lenders.

Atlas has received coverage from numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg

Businessweek, Forbes, Los Angeles Times, The Orange County Register, The San Francisco Chronicle and The San

Diego Union-Tribune.

Reay has also appeared on KCBS Radio, KTLA Channel 5 News and National Public Radio.

A regular guest speaker at numerous trade events as well as the Southern California Appraisal Institute, Reay is often

retained as an expert witness for important hotel-related legal cases.

Reay has represented major clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Western Bank, Corporex, Sunstone Hotels and

the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has also closed transactions with some of the largest special

servicers in the country, including LNR, CWCapital and Helios AMC.

Throughout his more than 45 years of experience in planning and design, Randy

Jackson has conceived and developed unique land use and design concepts for

award-winning communities. He continues to focus his expertise on communities

built around and integrating transportation, transit, open space, and park and

recreation systems. He has overseen projects throughout the United States, as well as

China, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia. He has taught Land Development in the Graduate

School of Social Ecology at UC Irvine and serves as guest lecturer at UC Irvine and UC

Riverside campuses for courses in planning and design programs.

Randy recently completed a two-year term as Chairman of Urban Land Institute’s

Community Development Council (Blue Flight), a national product council leading

the discussion in the areas of suburban new communities, suburban large-scale

(multi-use) communities, rehabilitation/reuse, asset management, and process. He

currently serves as Director of ULI Orange County/Inland Empire’s District Council

Sandra Jacobson is a partner at Allen Matkins in the firm's Orange County office. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties across the United States. Sandy has extensive experience in representing sellers and buyers in complex and portfolio projects involving industrial and office properties.

Sandy has helped her clients to develop more than one million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets, including the negotiation of construction contracts, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, CC&Rs and other related development agreements and has helped her clients in the disposition of multiple industrial and office condominium projects. In addition, Sandy has extensive retail experience. She has represented several "big box" tenants and other anchor tenants in their acquisition of real properties and with the negotiation of their leases, SNDAs and other related lease documentation. She has also represented landowners in the negotiation of leases and other related documents with a wide array of anchor and junior anchor tenants.

Tom Tait was re-elected to serve as Mayor of Anaheim in November 2014, following a successful four-year term that began in November 2010. Tait campaigned on a platform of bringing the core values of freedom and kindness to the culture of the city and upholding public safety and civic upkeep as the City of Anaheim's top priorities. Tait's election comes after 2 previous terms on the Anaheim City Council. In 1995, Tait was appointed to fill a vacancy and complete an unexpired term on the city council. He was subsequently elected by the voters in November 1996 to serve a full 4-year term and was re-elected without a challenge in 2000 and served as Mayor Pro Tem from 2002 to 2003.

Mayor Tait brings considerable experience to California's tenth largest city, having also served on the Anaheim Planning Commission, the Anaheim Budget Advisory Commission, and as a member of the Anaheim Community Block Grant Foundation. He also served as Anaheim's representative on board of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and has been active in the community, where he was an advisory board member of the Anaheim Family YMCA and the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center.

Mayor Tait received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Finance. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt in 1985.

Mayor Tait is a member of the California State Bar, and is president of Tait & Associates, Inc. and Tait Environmental Services, an engineering and environmental services firm with offices throughout the western United States.

Tait and his wife, Julie, have four children and two grandchildren. They have resided in Anaheim for 28 years.
