Kim Snyder is President of Prologis’ Southwest Region and is responsible for all regional activities including development, acquisitions and operations for Prologis. Key markets included in this region are Southern California, the Inland Empire, Las Vegas and Phoenix. A thirty-year veteran in the development business, he joined AMB (pre-merger) in 2005, bringing experience in real estate development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and finance. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President during his tenure at AMB, Kim managed AMB's Airport Group, Mexico and Brazil operations.

Prior to AMB, Kim served as President of Paragon Capital Corporation and CEO of Paragon Development, Inc. and was Managing Director for Insignia-ESG's Western region development operation. Prior to Insignia, he was a partner with Investment Building Group.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is on the advisory board for the NAIOP-Inland Empire Chapter, and is a past President of the Chapter. Kim is also on the Technical Committee and Advisory Board of the Prologis Fibra (Mexico), a publicly traded real estate investment company based in Mexico City. He is currently serving on the Industry Advisory Board at the Drucker School at Claremont University, and is a Trustee on the Board of the Gooden School in Sierra Madre, California.

John C. Condas, a partner in our Orange County office, has broad experience obtaining and defending all types of land use and environmental permits. He has assisted numerous land developers and industrial, multifamily, retail and office developers, and homebuilders in obtaining entitlements from federal, state, regional and local agencies. He has particular experience working with multiple species habitat plans, affordable housing regulations and the winding down of RDAs, and advises clients on the developing climate change and green building requirements they face.

John has led legal due diligence and entitlement teams for industrial, commercial, retail, multifamily and single-family residential projects in more than 200 jurisdictions and agencies. Over the past four years, he has provided entitlement due diligence and counseling for industrial and logistics projects totaling over 65 million square feet. He represented national, publicly traded and private home-building clients in acquiring more than 30,000 residential lots.

John is a member of the Board of Directors of Great Ajax Corp., a NYSE-traded REIT. He has taught real estate law at the USC Gould School of Law and taught real estate law for 15 years in the USC MBA and Master of Real Estate Development programs. He was the 2015 President of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter.

Wilbur H. Smith III is the Principal and founder of Greenlaw Partners, LLC and Greenlaw Management, Inc. Mr. Smith personally oversees all aspects of the company’s acquisition, operations and investment development/redevelopment programs.

Since inception and under Mr. Smith’s leadership the company has completed in excess of $2.0 billion in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate properties. Currently, Greenlaw manages a portfolio in the Western United States in excess of five million square feet that is comprised of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, resort and land assets.

Mr. Smith received a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Mr. Smith is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO)- Orange County Chapter.

Joel Stensby

Joel is the President and Founding Partner of KPRS Construction Services, a Southern California based, ENR Top-400 general contractor. Having completed over $4 Billion in projects throughout California and nationally to date, KPRS has also become an integral part in constructing some of Culver City and the Westside’s most notable office, mixed-use and multi-family developments. A few Culver City projects include C3, Culver Steps, and recently started the Entrada and Building Y projects.

Prior to founding KPRS, Joel was the Vice President and Territory General Manager of the Los Angeles region for Kajima Construction, Vice President of Construction for Maguire Thomas Partners, and with Turner Construction, based in the Southern California marketplace. For over 30 years, Joel has compiled a resume of some of Southern California’s most complicated and significant projects, such as Playa Vista, The Great Park in Irvine, The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Pac Bell Park in San Francisco, Library Square and The Gas Tower in Los Angeles.

Patrick B. Daniels makes a vision a reality through sound strategic development and pragmatic execution. He is an inspirational leader who leads by example yet willing to tell stories of personal learning lessons that inspire action but at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers the business. Having personally constructed millions of square feet of buildings, entitled thousands of acres of land in some of the most challenging municipalities, invested capital for some of the wealthiest investors in the country and worked alongside national leaders on boards of several non-profits, Patrick is a respected and credible voice in decision making, forming strategic alliances, and establishing governance guidelines that give clear and concise directives for all team members to succeed..

Throughout his real estate career, Patrick Daniels has been successfully involved in real estate projects valued at more than $2 billion spanning all property types including: industrial, multi-family, single-family, commercial, office, mixed-use, self-storage and resort properties. Mr. Daniels has developed an extensive range of contacts covering all areas of expertise throughout the United States, which exposes him to many investment and development opportunities.

Since its first investment in 2010, Patrick has directed CapRock’s efforts to acquire, renovate,/ entitle, and develop a portfolio (at build out of its existing development pipeline) valued at approximately $1 billion. This has been accomplished through three co-investment funds, CapRock Partners Fund I, Fund II and CapRock Land & Development Fund I, which are currently on track to deliver to their investors above market risk-adjusted IRR’s. Prior to co-founding CapRock Partners, he co-founded MSJ Partners, LLC in 2002, and continues to guide the strategic planning of the Company’s one remaining commercial asset.

Beginning in 1995, prior to founding MSJ Partners, Patrick Daniels was with Hillwood West, a division of Hillwood Development Corporation (a Perot Company), where he assumed responsibility of the management of all commercial investments in California and Hawaii. Prior to joining Hillwood, Mr. Daniels was Vice President in charge of National Project Development for both ARV Assisted Living and Messenger Investment Company Mr. Daniels began his career as a Project Manager with the Trammell Crow Company in Texas.

Some of his most noteworthy projects include 301 Congress Avenue, a 22 story high rise office building in Austin, Texas; the 9 story office building “Arboretum Point,” the former headquarters for Dell Computers; $100,000,000 acquisition of land and buildings throughout California from Chevron Land and Development; the 220 acre Parkway Business Centre in Poway, California; the world-renown “Shops at Wailea” shopping center in Maui, Hawaii; and the 480 acre Visalia Industrial Park in Visalia, California. Mr. Daniels extensive career has afforded him the opportunity to work with many successful organizations including Dell Computer, Baker Hughes, Wal-Mart, Target, Albertsons, Kohl’s, Hewlett Packard, Chevron, and 3M Corporation.

Mr. Daniels received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. While attending, he earned an academic scholarship and was named to the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. Patrick also lettered in baseball and was a member of the 1983 National Championship baseball team. Mr. Daniels resides with his family in Newport Coast, California and is an active volunteer and has served on numerous boards and committees throughout his career, including current involvement with Mariners Church (Irvine) and the Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Texas at Austin.

Russ Parker has been a managing partner of Parker Properties since 1994. Parker Properties is a “best in class” asset services and development company specializing in office campus projects and commercial real estate services projects in Southern California.

For the last 22 years, Parker Properties has developed and managed over 2,700,000 sf in 14 significant office projects. Our developments include the 150,000 sf build to suit for Advanced Bionics in Santa Clarita, the 167,000 sf QLogic Campus and the nine story Pacific Life Insurance building in Aliso Viejo. Parker Properties is currently under construction on the final phase of Summit, a 205,000 sf build to suit for medical device maker MicroVention/Terumo Corporation.
