How You'll Do More Business From Attending This CRE Event: Join Orange County’s leading multifamily owners, developers, investors, capital providers, and public-sector decision-makers for a deep dive into the forces shaping the region’s multifamily landscape in 2026. This conference will explore where capital is deploying, how projects are getting financed and entitled, and what strategies are driving feasibility in one of Southern California’s most supply-constrained and competitive housing markets. Attendees will gain actionable insight into both market-rate and affordable housing, submarket performance, and how industry leaders are navigating pressures, evolving policy mandates, and shifting renter demand.

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County - Currently advancing two transformative homeownership projects that will create lasting opportunities for local workforce families. This summer, we will dedicate six newly constructed three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes on West Washington Avenue in Santa Ana, including one ADA-compliant residence designed to provide accessibility for those with mobility needs. These homes represent more than two years of hard work, partnership, and community commitment. Looking ahead, we are excited to break ground this fall on a new three-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Del Mar Avenue in Costa Mesa, adjacent to a Habitat home recently purchased by another deserving family ///// Habitat OC Homeownership Innovation: Recognizing the increasing costs and limited availability of land for traditional single-family home construction, Habitat OC has strategically expanded its focus to include the acquisition and conversion of multi-family properties. By purchasing existing apartment communities and transforming them into affordable for-sale condominiums, Habitat OC is creating homeownership opportunities for more low-income working families while maximizing resources and reducing development costs and lengthy pre-development approval timelines. Following the successful acquisition of one multi-unit apartment complex, Habitat OC has recently opened escrow on an additional 18-unit rental property that will also be converted into affordable homeownership opportunities. This innovative strategy allows Habitat OC to preserve existing housing stock, increase the number of families served, and create pathways to long-term financial stability through homeownership. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to call home, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County is redefining what affordable housing can look like in one of the nation's most challenging housing markets.
