Tibor Kelemen is the founder and CEO of The Kelemen Company. Tibor immigrated to the United States from Romania at the age of 18 with less than $100 to his name. In 2002, he held an entry-level position at Bacchus Development, where he later became the Director of Sales. Tibor later founded Wind Water Realty, Inc. where he led a successful team that specialized in brokerage, property management, and investments. In 2014, Tibor founded Kelemen Camano Investments (“KCI”), a Southern California based company specializing in “value add” real estate, which grew to $250 million assets under management over a span of three years. Tibor’s leadership experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and dispositions is invaluable to the success of the Kelemen Company. Fun fact- Tibor is an avid runner and mountaineer. One of his goals is to climb the Seven Summits!

Jason Gremillion

Wonderful Real Estate

Jason Gremillion serves as the Senior Vice President of Development for Wonderful

Real Estate where his focus is on sourcing, executing, and overseeing current and new

development opportunities for the Wonderful Industrial Park, North Meadows Business

Park, and Crossroads Business Park.

Mr. Gremillion’s diverse experience encompasses 20 years of commercial construction,

real estate development, and investment. Over this time, Mr. Gremillion has developed

an exceptional track record in all aspects of commercial real estate including

acquisitions, dispositions, market analyses, entitlements, development, and asset

management.

Mr. Gremillion received his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of

Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering

Management from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Mr. Gremillion

is a combat veteran, serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and is a

Purple Heart recipient.

When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and horses at their family

ranch, traveling, and participating in veteran outreach and assistance.

Jay Tanjuan

Scannell Properties

Jay is director of Development for the Scannell Properties Southern California office, responsible for site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, construction management, marketing, leasing and dispositions for ground-up development projects throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Jay was a senior development manager for Panattoni Development Company and was an office tenant rep broker with JLL in Orange County. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jay served six years in the U.S. Navy in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom as a supply officer in logistics/supply chain management.

Jay is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science with Merit in Economics and was a member of the Division I Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, Master of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Jay is an active member of NAIOP, serving on the board of directors of the NAIOP Inland Empire chapter and a chapter sponsor for SIOR Inland Empire and Orange County.

Tyler Dockins has negotiated and drafted billions of dollars in

construction and design agreements, as well as consultant and land

development contracts, including for multi-family, condominium,

hotel, industrial, casino, retail, office, data center, luxury residential,

medical and research facilities, public school and other public

facilities, storage, and senior and assisted living facilities.

Tyler has significant experience in negotiating and drafting

construction agreements (including preconstruction, lump sum,

guaranteed maximum price and cost plus agreements), design-build

agreements, subcontracts, architect and engineer agreements,

consultant service agreements, construction management agreements, modular construction agreements, tieback and access agreements, mitigation agreements, escrow disbursement agreements, and development agreements.

Tyler frequently advises on matters related to construction, including

delays and disputes, bonding and insurance, contractor licensing and

mechanics’ lien matters.

Brian Westre has more than 15 years of experience providing clients with turnkey design-build solutions. As Project Executive and Principal for ARCO National Construction, Brian is involved in projects from concept to completion, working with clients throughout the proposal, preconstruction, design, and construction phases of a job. Specializing in light industrial facilities, Brian works with developers on both speculative and built-to-suit projects for cold storage, food processing, manufacturing, and distribution end users. His industry expertise helps developers achieve speculative developments designed to support specialty end users with well-informed upgrades for maximum flexibility, decreased time for retrofit, and marketability to a broad range of clientele. ARCO’s integrated design-build approach helps Brian’s clients overcome current market challenges in material pricing and delays through innovative solutions for securing key trades. Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology.

Chuck McCallum brings over 30 years of experience at the intersection of planning, land

development, and civil engineering, shaping some of Silicon Valley’s most

transformative projects, from the 58-acre Facebook West Campus to more than two

dozen high-rise towers in downtown San Jose. As CEO of Kier + Wright and KWRE, he

has expanded the firm’s capabilities by launching its full-service renewable energy

practice and now leads efforts to integrate clean energy solutions and modernize the

grid as Chair of ACEC California’s Energy Committee. Known for transforming complex

infrastructure challenges into practical, high-quality solutions, Chuck is also exploring

how emerging technologies like AI can accelerate decision-making, enhance efficiency,

and drive innovation in the built environment. A strategic thinker and mentor, he draws

on deep technical expertise to deliver sustainable, cost-effective results, and recharges

through hiking, pickleball, and family time.
