Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old

construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following

a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business

after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about

continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business.

Under her leadership, the company has grown into three divisions – Construction, Cabinetry

and Service. Kristin is a recent Past President with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce

Board of Directors, is an active member of the Northern California Planning Committee for ICSC,

and sits as the Marketing Committee Co-Chair with CREW East Bay. Kristin lives in Oakland,

Mr. Goddard, a partner of Wareham Development, has approximately 25 years of real estate

experience in acquisitions and dispositions along with sourcing and structuring debt and equity.

From an operational standpoint, Mr. Goddard has leasing along with asset and portfolio

management experience. His responsibilities at Wareham Development include acquisitions,

dispositions, debt and equity sourcing and structuring along with handling equity partner

relationships and portfolio management. Since joining Wareham Development, Mr. Goddard

has completed approximately two billion dollars in transactions ranging from permanent, mini-

perm, construction and mezzanine loan financings to equity transactions and acquisitions and

dispositions.

Prior to joining Wareham Development Mr. Goddard was a Vice President of Asset Management

at Maier Siebel Baber. In this capacity Mr. Goddard represented a portfolio in the Western

United States in the leasing and asset management function. Prior to this Mr. Goddard

performed real estate management consulting, tax consulting and audit activities at Ernst &

Young/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.

Mr. Goddard has a BS degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

As project designer, Bill assumes the overall responsibility for the design approach, creativity, quality, contextual strategy, and the overall design conformance to the program. He is also adept in the requirements of historical renovations and additions and the mandates these put on building systems. In addition, Bill is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the firms Committee for Environmental Design Resources (CEDR) group. Prior to his current role, Matt was Director of Acquisitions for Bentall Kennedy’s Canadian Transactions team which covered all major Canadian markets. In his career, Matt has participated in approximately $2 billion of investment activities including acquisitions, development, dispositions, and structured financing.

Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2007, Matt spent three years as a Valuation Consultant with Altus where he focused on large retail assets and portfolios throughout Canada.

Tom Stubbs joined TMG Partners in 1998 working on the award-winning renovation of The Landmark @ One Market and a number of other properties in the San Francisco SOMA sub-market. Mr. Stubbs left in 2002 to build a family wine business and returned to TMG in the spring of 2010. Mr. Stubbs has over 40 years’ experience in brokerage and development in the UK, Calgary, Denver, Toronto and San Francisco. His current focus at TMG Partners is on acquisitions and leasing in San Francisco and the East Bay.

Prior to TMG: Mr. Stubbs was co-owner and founder (1988) of Stubbs, Collenette and Associates Inc., a boutique brokerage firm specializing in the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial property in downtown San Francisco. The firm was a major presence in San Francisco commercial brokerage until its sale to Grubb & Ellis in 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Stubbs was President of Knowlton Realty Ltd, an international brokerage firm with offices across Canada and the Western United States.

Mr. Stubbs graduated from the University of Reading, UK, in 1975 with a BSc in Estate Management.

David Cropper

David Cropper, Development Director, joined TMG Partners in

2000. He has 30 years of experience in real estate development

including project design, entitlement, construction and finance.

He is responsible for TMG Partners’ development activities in the

greater Bay Area and is a member of the firm’s Investment

Committee.

He has been a partner in more than 15 million square feet of

development transactions at TMG and was responsible for The

Crossing | San Bruno, an award-winning $250 million dollar

mixed use transit-oriented development, as well as 650

Townsend, a large mixed-use office and retail project in San

Francisco and most recently leads the acquisition and

redevelopment of Champion Station, a 810,000 square foot

rehabilitation of Cisco Systems’ former headquarters.

Mr. Cropper’s career began in commercial real estate finance at

Union Bank and Comerica Bank where he oversaw Comerica’s

real estate lending practice throughout the west. After leaving

banking, he spent several years developing infill retail projects

and acquiring properties for a private family foundation.

Mr. Cropper has an A.B. degree in English Literature and

Religious Studies from Occidental College.

Northern California. Previously he was a senior managing director and co-office head

of all the capital markets service lines throughout Northern California in conjunction with

Prior to joining SDG, Paul was President of Avant Housing, an urban multi-family developer in the Bay Area, where he led the development of 665 units in San Francisco. Previously, Paul served as President/CEO of the Eastlake Development Company, responsible for a 3,200-acre, 9,000 unit master-planned community in San Diego County, with a 200 acre business park, six schools and 100 acres of neighborhood, lifestyle and big box retail. Concurrently, Paul served as the head of Boswell Properties, overseeing the 957-acre Interlocken Business Park in Boulder County, Colorado. Paul began his career with Union Bank in Beverly Hills where he managed both the Los Angeles construction financing and California participating mortgage offices.

Paul is a graduate of UCLA in Economics and received his MBA from USC.

Bruce Jett has practiced landscape architecture for over 30 years, beginning his career with a small practice in the East Bay in 1987.
