Steve Kirn is a partner in RSM’s Stamford office and leads the Real Estate practice in Connecticut and Westchester. He has over 20 years of experience and has been involved in all facets of client service including audit, tax and financial consulting. Steve has significant experience serving both public and private clients in real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and professional services firms.

Steve is a CPA, licensed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Vermont. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve earned a BS in accounting from Northeastern University, and completed a graduate-level CFO advisory program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital

Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s

leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey,

New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New

Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career,

he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land

sales.

Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman &

Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He

began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

David Parisier

Mr. Parisier is the key principal and founder of Paredim, a premier

owner operator of multi-family residential properties in the

Northeastern United States, concentrated in the major markets of

Connecticut and NY. He is responsible for directing all aspects of

the firm’s strategic development, acquisition, redevelopment and

management activities in over $1 billion in transactions since

inception.

Mr. Parisier brings over 35 years of experience to managing

Paredim having executed over $1.5 billion in transactions with

several public and private institutional investors including Mack

Cali Realty Corporation and S.L. Green Realty.

Mr. Parisier has a BA in Government from Clark University and an

MBA in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business and

New York University. He is active in numerous charities and

Brian DiPaola has over ten years of experience in public accounting at RSM, serving both public and private clients in the areas of real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing, construction, and professional service firms. He has significant experience with SEC reporting requirements as well as internal control testing required under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Brian has experience auditing complex transactions including business combinations, stock compensation arrangements, and consolidations. In his role, Brian supervises audit teams and coordinates the audit process from start to finish, including:

• Designing audit procedures in complex areas utilizing the firm’s risk-based audit approach

• Applying economic and general business knowledge to complex issues, such as: assisting clients in identifying and evaluating alternatives; evaluating the adequacy of management's implementation of new accounting standards such as ASC 805 Business Combinations and ASC 350 (formerly SFAS No. 142), Intangibles-Goodwill

• Proactively communicating with clients and anticipating and identifying client challenges and concerns

Jeff Dunne has 36 years of experience in the real estate investment banking business as an advisor and transactional agent for retail, office, apartments, industrial and new development projects. He leads a team of 15 people that focus on investment sales and equity raises to capitalize projects largely located within two hours of Manhattan. Jeff has closed in excess of $19 billion in over 300 investment transactions since 2007 and over $30 billion during his career.

Julia Lindh, NCARB, is an executive managing director and director

of design in MKDA’s Stamford office. Since establishing the office

in 2006, Julia has grown a talented team of ten professionals who

service a diverse roster of interiors clients in multiple markets

nationwide.

Julia’s experience includes major capital improvement

assignments that include lobby and façade designs as well as

prebuilt, marketing and tenant turnkey suites on behalf of

landlords such as George Comfort & Sons, ClearRock Properties

and RPW Group.

Her diverse interiors work includes workplaces for brands that

include Guggenheim Partners, W.R. Berkley Corporation, Bank of

Ireland, Heineken USA, Tradition Energy, Cumulus, Design Within

Reach and Remington Outdoor Co., among others.

Julia is licensed in Connecticut, New York and Alabama. She is also

a National Council of Architecture Review Board (NCARB)

certificate holder in Florida, California and Texas.

A seasoned design professional, Julia has built a reputation for

diverse, collaborative, timely and budget-conscious work that

successfully integrates a brand’s corporate identity into

functionally efficient and visually pleasing workplaces.

Julia holds a B.Arch. from Pratt Institute. She has been recognized

by Westchester County Business Journal as a “Women Making an

Impact” for her commitment to the local business community, and

as a “Top Fundraiser” by the Muscular Dystrophy Association for

her commitment to giving back.

John Gochberg

John Gochberg joined TGM in 2000 first as an Acquisitions Analyst and then he became an Acquisitions

Officer from 2001 to 2003.  From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Gochberg became Director of Property Operations

and was Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2017.  In 2017 Mr. Gochberg became Co-Chief Executive

Officer and President.  Mr Gochberg oversees all TGM’s day-to- day operating groups which include:

Acquisitions, Property Operations, Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations.  He is Co-Head of the

Investment Committee and chairs the Operating Committee.

Prior to joining TGM’s staff, Mr. Gochberg was a member of the United States Sailing Team from 1992 to

2000 and holds several national championships.

Additionally, from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Gochberg was a partner in Sailing Resources Inc., a company

focused on coaching high level sailors and the marketing of racing boats and other related products.

Cory Gubner

Mr. Gubner is President and CEO of RHYS. He has more than 24 years of experience in serving commercial real estate clients and has overseen transactions with an aggregate value in excess of three-billion dollars.

Prior to his role at RHYS, Mr. Gubner formed Chase Commercial in 1998 and merged Chase Commercial with GVA Williams in 2002, which was purchased six years later by FirstService Corporation. Prior to founding Chase Commercial, he spent ten years with Pyramid Real Estate, becoming a full partner in 1995.

Today, Mr. Gubner oversees all aspects of RHYS including retail leasing, office leasing and investment sales. He is consistently featured on expert panels and performs numerous speaking engagements to the industry. Since 1998, he has built and led three commercial real estate companies from the ground up, each time he was responsible for all aspects of founding, growing and eventually merging and/or selling the company. In addition, he has spearheaded the investment sales team at each one of his companies and is widely recognized as an industry leader in the field.
