As a Principal and workplace/repositioning design expert in Gensler’s Morristown office, Dana has completed more than 25 million square feet for clients. Dana has honed a unique cross-disciplinary expertise between architecture and interior design that enables her to bring remarkable cohesiveness to her projects. Dana has raised the bar for workplace and repositioning design projects, and clients regard her as a tireless advocate for their interests. Dana is currently the Past President for CoreNet New Jersey Chapter and was also President from 2014-2016. She is on the Board of Trustees for NAIOP NJ and an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects. She has participated in numerous panel discussions on industry trends, attracting and retaining talent, women leadership strategies and mentoring.

Lauren Gilchrist is the Executive Vice President and Market Leader of the Greater Philadelphia Region. Gilchrist oversees Newmark Real Estate’s (Newmark’s) full suite of service offerings, managing strategic planning, revenue growth and profitability, recruitment and business development in the company’s Philadelphia, Wayne, Southern New Jersey and Delaware offices.

Based in the Philadelphia CBD office, Gilchrist holds appointments to the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation/Philadelphia Gas Works, Philadelphia Orchestra, Old City Community Fund, M&T Bank Advisory Board and the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP—where she served as Chapter President from 2019 to 2020. In addition, Gilchrist has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree and a Woman of Distinction, and a Philly Power Woman by Bisnow.

Prior to joining Newmark, Gilchrist was the Managing Director of Research at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, where she directed research strategy, content creation and thought leadership, and provided market research to drive project underwriting and execution. Previously, Gilchrist also held roles as Senior Vice President of Research at JLL, Manager of Research & Analysis at the Center City District and Program Manager at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness.

J.B. Reilly is the President of City Center Investment Corporation (CCIC). Reilly formed CCIC with Joseph V. Topper Jr. in 2011, and the company is currently developing a $1 billion-plus mixed-use project that is helping transform downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania. Reilly has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development and planning, urban redevelopment, property management, finance management and law. His career includes the successful development of diverse real estate assets, including apartment complexes, lifestyle communities, office towers, a full-service hotel

and historic renovations. He is a founding partner of Landmark Communities, a portfolio of semi-luxury apartment complexes, and Traditions of America, award-winning 50+ communities nationwide.

Reilly serves on the Board of Directors of CrossAmerica Partners (NYSE: CAPL), a leading U.S. distributor of branded petroleum for motor vehicles, and on the Board of Directors of M-SPEX, LLC, an engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in military solutions. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh Valley Health Network from 2009 to 2011 and was a Trustee from 2002 to 2011. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College since 2008 and was a Trustee of DeSales University from 2002 to 2011. Reilly has been active in and honored by various business, economic development and charitable organizations in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley for more than 30 years. Reilly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lafayette College and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Fordham University’s School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1987.
