Anthony Lupo’s practice is primarily focused in the areas of entertainment, fashion, and technology. His diverse client base includes Discovery Channel, Pixar, and Oprah Winfrey Network in the area of entertainment; Diane von Furstenberg, Maison Margiela, Lacoste, Diesel, and Hugo Boss in the fashion area; and Google, PlayStation, and LG in the technology space. For fashion clients, Anthony often acts as their US general counsel. For the entertainment and technology companies, Anthony’s work is focused on intellectual property and advertising.

Anthony is considered to be a leader in the fashion, retail, and e-commerce space. He was named as one of the top three Retail and e-Commerce lawyers in the United States by Law360. He has been focused on retail design since 1986, delivering complex, large-scale, award-winning shopping environments around the globe. The majority of Frank’s career has been spent leading design teams for the Westfield Group, where he has overseen landmark projects such as Westfield Sydney and Westfield Bondi Junction, in addition to projects in the US, the UK, and across Australia. Recently, Frank has overseen the integration of retail and lifestyle destination proposals for the Circular Quay Redevelopment in Sydney, the retail concepts for the new San Francisco International Airport Terminal 1, and the retail masterplan for the new Chemlabs Precinct in Perth. Wherever he has designed, Frank has integrated planning, architecture, urban, landscape and industrial design to create an experience that celebrates the desires and aspirations of retailers and consumers.

Adam Ifshin is Founder and CEO of DLC Management Corp., which he founded in 1991. Over the last 25 years, he has built DLC into one of the nation's largest owners and operators of retail real estate, and one of the most active acquirers of assets with value added potential. Mr. Ifshin oversees DLC's acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets activities, redevelopments, joint ventures, and corporate strategy, and is well versed in the complex world of foreclosures, bankruptcies, and restructurings. As a principal, he has been involved in over $4.5 billion of real estate transactions.

Mr. Ifshin is also the co-founder and President of Delphi Commercial Properties, Inc., a specialty real estate brokerage firm; co-founder and President of First Man Investment Securities Corp., the exclusive placement agent for all DLC real estate investments. Prior to DLC, Mr. Ifshin was Vice President of Project Development for The Delphi Land Company, Inc., a developer of town home communities, and Project Manager for Empire State Land Company, a residential developer.

Mr. Ifshin received a BA, cum laude, from Williams College, with honors degrees in economics and history, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a graduate of Harvard University's Graduate School course Running a Real Estate Company (2003). Mr. Ifshin is a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC"), a member of the Executive Board of the Board of Trustees of ICSC, and Chair of the ICSC Government Relations Advisory Committee. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute ("ULI"), is a past Chair of ULI's Retail Council (Blue), and is currently a ULI Council Counselor. He has testified on behalf of the real estate industry in both the House of Representatives and the Senate on the issue of Carried Interest. In 2010 and in 2014, Mr. Ifshin was a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Program run by Ernst & Young. He is past Chairman of the Byram Hills Educational Foundation and is involved in numerous charitable organizations. Known as a thought leader in the industry, he is a guest lecturer at both the University of Vermont and New York University, and he mentors emerging entrepreneurs through a business plan program at Williams College.

Jared Epstein is a Principal at Aurora Capital Associates based in NYC. Aurora is one of the largest owners and developers in NY's Meatpacking and SoHo districts. The firm owns trophy properties throughout major US cities. Aurora’s expertise is adding value to assets located in the very best urban neighborhoods, whether it be through redevelopment, repositioning or ground up construction.

Mr. Epstein leads Aurora’s acquisitions and leasing. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has been instrumental in completing over $2.5 Billion in transactions.

Aurora’s high profile retail leases across their portfolio include Hyundai's Genesis NY marketing center, RH's NY flagship, Starbucks Roastery & Tasting Room, Sephora, and Catch restaurant which are all in the Meatpacking District, Nike's flagship at 529 Bway in SoHo, flagships for DSW at their w34th and w125th developments, the SoHo flagships of David Yurman, Victoria’s Secret, Hollister and Levi's, Whole Foods in Williamsburg, the Express, Lacoste and Forever21 flagships in South Beach, and the Chicago flagship’s of Zara and T Mobile on N Michigan Ave.

Mr. Epstein was recently recognized by CRAIN's as one of its 40 Under 40 and received his seventh annual CoStar Power Broker Award. Jared is a Founding Member of the Board of the Meatpacking Improvement Association and BID, a Founding Member of the Board of the SoHo Broadway BID, a Member of the Board of the 34th Street Partnership, a member of REBNY and of ICSC.

He has a national practice and possesses a unique understanding of the core business needs of his clients. David consistently receives high praise from both his clients and opposing counsel for his breadth of knowledge and ability to navigate complex negotiations. His client base includes developers, landlords, tenants, entrepreneurs, investors, and other parties, whom he represents in a variety of real estate related matters including shopping center, office and residential development, sales, acquisitions and leasing, including underlying corporate work pertaining to partnerships and joint ventures.

He also has extensive experience in the real estate matters of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, including signature restaurants of several of the top chefs in the world.

David is long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a frequent continuing legal education presenter on a variety of real estate topics, including sustainable initiatives and in-depth analysis of specific developments, the issues encountered and the impact on surrounding areas.
