Cove

Adam Segal is the co-founder and CEO of Cove, the commercial real estate industry’s leading, all-in-one commercial property management platform bridging the gap between building operations and tenant experience.

Adam launched Cove in 2013 as a network of neighborhood coworking spaces across Washington, D.C. and Boston. When the pandemic disrupted traditional office models, he and co-founding partner Jeremy Scott transformed Cove into a SaaS company, licensing its proprietary software to some of the world’s most prominent real estate owners, including Blackstone, Nuveen, and RXR.

Today, Cove powers some of the most iconic buildings in the country, including Willis Tower in Chicago, 75 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, and U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles. Trusted by leading owners and operators such as Blackstone, RXR, Nuveen, and Cushman & Wakefield, Cove helps property teams do more with less by consolidating fragmented systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and unlocking valuable insights across entire portfolios.

From day one, Cove’s vision has been to create great spaces, provide great service, and use technology to make everything easier. With operations in its DNA, Cove built a dynamic platform to connect the physical and digital worlds that now power entire commercial buildings. Prior to Cove, Adam worked in consulting, technology, and investment banking. Adam’s leadership and insights have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Boston Globe, and NPR. Cove has been recognized as an Influencer in CRE Technology by GlobeSt and received the Best Tech Innovation for Intelligent Buildings by Realcomm.
