Neal Mohammed is the Vice President and Head of Technology at Rudin Management. In this role Mr. Mohammed oversees the growth in technology initiatives that supports the company’s corporate and portfolio operations as well as all development activities.

Neal has more that 20 years of experience in both enterprise technology services and the convergence of commercial building technology. He previously served as Rudin’s lead in technology operations, planning and services, introducing what was to become enterprise VoIP services to the portfolio in 2003, and then cloud services in early 2009 leading to a great digital transformation.

Between 2015 and 2018, Mr. Mohammed became the Managing Director of Operations at the newly created Prescriptive Data LLC, a Rudin subsidiary and a machine learning software development company charged with intelligently automating building operations while increasing energy efficiencies.

Prior to joining Rudin in 1998, Neal held various positions in the New York Mercantile Exchange and Price Waterhouse Cooper.

Mr. Mohammed has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional since 2006 and a passionate cybersecurity expert providing insights and advisory to both private and public sectors. He is also an active member of the Cyber Security Committee on the Real Estate Board of New York and the Security Engineering Advisory Council at Microsoft.

During his time off from work, Neal can be found either riding a motorcycle from coast to coast across the continent of North America or at home with his wife Valisa, a leading private mental health psychotherapist, and their two adopted dogs.

Brian Loper is the Sr. Director of Cyber Security for Silverstein Properties. He is currently responsible for the overall security strategy and implementation for both IT and OT for the organization. With 17 years of technology experience, 12 years specifically in real estate, he has overseen the transition to modern operating platforms to create well-defined and unified end-user experiences. With a focus on security and business alignment, Brian continues to create programs to enhance the overall security posture at Silverstein Properties.

Robert K. Otani, PE LEED AP is Chief Technology Officer at Thornton-Tomasetti, Inc., a 1500+ person multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm, and founded the CORE studio, an applications development, advanced computational modeling, and R&D group at his firm. Robert serves as the Advisory Committee for Thornton Tomasetti’s firm-wide Research and Development program and Liaison with TTWiiN Inc., an independent entity created by Thornton Tomasetti focused on driving innovation to commercialization of products. He has extensive structural design and project management experience involving commercial, infrastructure, institutional, cultural and residential structures. Over his 25-year career, he has worked on a wide variety of complex projects, including

high-rise buildings, long-span roof structures, sports arenas, airport terminals, major building structural renovations and retrofits, complex art projects totaling over $2 billion USD of construction. His professional and academic interests focus on informed architecture relating to optimized structural typologies, high performance structures, and structural sustainability. He has served as President of the Structural Engineers Association of New York in 2007 and has been a professor at Pratt Institute School of Architecture and Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.

Tal Kerret has served as President of Silverstein Properties since January 2015. Mr. Kerret joined Silverstein Properties in 2011 and previously served as Executive Vice President as well as Chief Investment Officer.

In 2015, Mr. Kerret co-founded Silvertech Ventures, a venture fund and accelerator affiliated with the Silverstein family in New York City, and currently serves as a Managing Member of Silvertech

Ventures. Previously, Mr. Kerret was Chairman and Co-Founder of Oberon Media, Inc., established in 2003. Prior to co-founding Oberon Media, Mr. Kerret was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of RichFX. Before RichFX, Mr. Kerret served as a lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Mr. Kerret is a board member of New York University Tandon School of Engineering. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.

Lionel Foster is an investor at Camber Creek. In his career before Camber Creek, he was a senior communications manager for the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. Before joining Urban, Foster was special assistant to the director of the Baltimore City Department of Planning and an opinion columnist with Baltimore City Paper and the Baltimore Sun. An alumnus of Johns Hopkins University’s Writing Seminars program (BA), Foster earned master’s degrees in social policy and planning and regional and urban planning studies at the London School of Economics, as well as a master’s degree in creative and life writing at Goldsmiths College, University of London, during his tenure as a British Marshall Scholar. He is currently completing a JD at Georgetown Law.

Zach Aarons has been working at the intersection of real estate and venture capital for the past decade. Zach is the most active early-stage PropTech investor in the United States, having funded over 60 startups in the space as an individual as well as 40 startups (and counting) through MetaProp NYC's venture capital funds. In addition to early-stage investing, Zach has worked on large scale mixed-use development projects in cities like Boston and Los Angeles with Millennium Partners. He has experience with real estate development, commercial asset management, property marketing, and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Millennium and founding MetaProp NYC, Zach was a Senior Associate at ENIAC Ventures, a seed stage mobile technology fund and the founder of Travelgoat, an online and offline walking tour business. He began his career as an analyst at boutique investment bank Peter J. Solomon Company.

Outside of work, Zach currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The Tenement Museum. Zach is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. He is the author of the bestselling book, PropTech 101: Turning Chaos Into Cash Through Real Estate Innovation. He serves on the Technology Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York and the Technology and Real Estate Technology Council for the Urban Land Institute.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude with an A.B. from Brown University in Ancient Studies and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. Zach has been featured in dozens of international publications and media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, The Real Deal, Curbed, Commercial Observer, Propmodo, The Information, TechCrunch, Bisnow, Forbes, The Real Estate Weekly, Crain's, and Cheddar. He is a frequent speaker at global PropTech events including the Urban Land Institute, MIPIM, Realcomm, ICSC ReCon, Argus Connect, SuperReturn International, and the Columbia/Goodwin Real Estate Capital Markets Conference.

Dan is Co-Founder of Dojo (https://dojo.co), an AI platform that helps office occupiers optimize their workplaces and make the most of their space. The platform offers workplace intelligence, occupancy forecasting, collaboration analytics, and automated space planning to occupier teams. Before starting Dojo, Dan served as a policy advisor in the NYC Mayor’s Office, focusing on housing, economic development, and labor policy. Prior to that, he worked on mixed-use real estate and urban development projects at Silverstein Properties. He was a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University in Beijing and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Dan lives in Brooklyn and enjoys riding his bike around the city.
