Neil King is a Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group in New York, NY, named one of the youngest in company history in 2019.

Neil specializes in representing landlords in repositioning and leasing assets throughout New York City along with trophy assets in other gateway cities around the country. He understands the unique aspects of value creation through physical and tenant transformation. His involvement in leasing assignments goes well beyond a traditional role and extends into pre-acquisition underwriting, capital considerations relative to rental implications and in many circumstances, he participates in the sale of assets that he has repositioned. He currently represents more than 25 million square feet of premium office assets and has completed more than 17+ million square feet of leasing transactions throughout New York City ranging from trophy assets in the Plaza District to pre-war, large-block assets in Midtown South. His team is known as the premier new construction and trophy leasing agents nationally.

Neil also has a unique practice in the representation of many high-level financial firms, hedge funds & private equity firms in the acquisition of office space and the development of occupancy strategies in New York and around the globe. His tenant client list includes Tiger Global, BentallGreenOak, Summit Rock Advisors, WestCap Management, Antares Capital, Valor Capital, iStar, among many others.

During his tenure at CBRE, Neil has been named a "Top 10" Producer in the New York City office; awarded the Colbert Coldwell Circle designation that represents the top 3% of CBRE global producers five times; and a top 10% global producer four times. In 2021, he was named to Crain’s New York City Business prestigious “40 under 40” list for all industries.

Julia Sanabria represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial leasing. Julia works with institutional and non-institutional clients in the leasing and subleasing of office and retail space throughout the United States. She has extensive experience with joint ventures, the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, developments, and loan workouts; and she has negotiated commercial leases for a wide range of uses, including office, retail, medical, industrial, and studio, in some of New York City’s most iconic spaces.

Julia has practiced with several top ten Am Law 100 firms, as well as in-house at a Fortune 500 corporation. She serves on the Board of Directors for Creative Art Works, an organization that provides youth development through the arts to New York City children in under-resourced neighborhoods.

Ashlea Aaron is the Senior Managing Director of Commercial Leasing for The Durst Organization’s 2 million square foot Midtown East portfolio. She oversees leasing activity at 205 East 42nd Street, 655 Third Avenue, 675 Third Avenue and 733 Third Avenue and also assists with the leasing of The Durst Organization's West Side portfolio. Ashlea joins Tom Bow, David Neil and the organization’s leasing team to help chart strategy for the organization’s 13 million square foot commercial portfolio.

Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Ashlea was a Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield where, in 2012, she received the Rising Star Award. At C&W, Ashlea represented a diverse group of clients including Callahan Capital Properties, Cohen Brothers Realty, Beacon Capital Partners, Equity Office Properties, MetLife, Metropole Realty Advisors, SL Green Realty and Vornado Realty Trust. Previously, she was a Financial Analyst/Associate Broker at The Vortex Group.

Ashlea is a graduate of Colgate University where she majored in History and Economics. While in school, she undertook a variety of real estate internships in residential and building development companies.

Rachel joined Brookfield Properties in 2002 and held a variety of workplace, operations and communications roles across Brookfield Properties and Brookfield Asset Management. In 2017, she took a brief hiatus to create and manage the real estate and workplace strategies for a leading Fintech broker-dealer before returning to Brookfield Properties in 2019 to focus on the creation of its global flexible workspace strategy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.

As the Vice President and General Manager of Turner New York’s Interiors division, Sara is responsible for developing and overseeing short- and long-term strategic plans that affirm Turner’s position as one of the largest and most trusted construction service providers. In this capacity, she oversees a portfolio of commercial and healthcare interior projects across New York City, as well as providing executive oversight on matters related to Turner’s operational, financial and sales initiatives. Turner Interiors performs approximately $750,000,000 in revenue annually with 200 employees.

Upon completing her civil engineering degree at Cornell University, Sara joined Turner as a field engineer beginning her career at the Times Square Tower project. In 2003, Sara was promoted to positions of greater responsibility including New York’s first Source Blue Manager and Project Engineer on the Visionaire, NYC’s first LEED Platinum certified residential building.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Sara is the executive sponsor to Turner’s SkyWell employee resource group. Turner’s employee resource groups seek to foster an environment where all people experience inclusiveness and empowerment through genuine conversations and intentional actions required in a multicultural workplace. SkyWell in particular aims to create a supportive environment for Turner employees of Asian descent to develop the necessary skills to better serve Turner and our clients.

Glen Weiss has served as Executive Vice President – Director of Leasing for Vornado Realty Trust’s New York portfolio since 2007. Mr. Weiss oversees leasing activity in New York, Chicago and San Francisco, including Vornado’s 23 million square foot Manhattan office portfolio, the 3.5 million square foot Mart in Chicago and the 1.8 million square foot 555 California Street complex in San Francisco.

Mr. Weiss began his real estate career with the Mendik Company in 1986 as a 16 year old Summer Porter at 11 Penn Plaza, and continued with Mendik as an intern through high school and college. In 1992, Mendik appointed him as an Assistant Building Manager and he went on to become Building Manager at 1740 Broadway and 11 Penn Plaza. In 1998, he transitioned to leasing following Vornado Realty Trust’s acquisition of Mendik.

Mr. Weiss was 2010 Chairman of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association. Additionally, he is a member of the REBNY’s Seminar Committee, received the 2010 New York Cares Corporate Community Outreach Award and was the 2012 Big Brothers Big Sisters Real Estate Honoree.

Mr. Weiss earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware and his M.B.A. from Pace University.

Jonathan Mechanic is chairman of Fried Frank’s Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Governance Committee. Prior to joining Fried Frank as a partner, he was general counsel and a managing director of HRO International, a real estate development organization responsible for developing more than 2.5 million square feet of office space in Manhattan.

Jon routinely counsels developers, owners, investors, REITs, and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. His list of clients includes JP Morgan, Blackstone, Citadel, Vornado, Kushner Companies and SL Green, among many other leaders in the industry.

Jon was recently awarded the Anti-Defamation League (ADL)’s 2024 Burton P. Resnick and Leonard Litwin Legacy Award for his commitment to strengthening the organization’s efforts to secure justice and fair treatment for all. He was selected to receive REBNY’s annual Bernard H. Mendik Lifetime Leadership Award, the first for a practicing attorney, for his exceptional service to the real estate industry and professional accomplishments within his distinguished career. In 2023, Jon was awarded the New York Law Journal Lifetime Achievement Award and profiled for his outstanding contributions by the Financial Times. He was awarded the 2016 Distinguished Alumnus Award from New York University and the 2016 Chambers USA Outstanding Contribution to the Legal Profession Award. For a decade, Jon has been recognized by Chambers USA as a “Star Individual” in real estate. He is consistently included on Commercial Observer’s “Power 100” list of the most powerful people in New York real estate and was the only practicing attorney to make the list from 2015-2018. In 2019, Jon was joined by land use partner Melanie Meyers as the only two practicing attorneys on the list and in 2020 he was one of three practicing attorneys recognized. Fried Frank’s Real Estate Department has been recognized as Law360’s Real Estate Group of the Year and was recognized by Chambers USA as the 2019 Real Estate Law Firm of the Year and was awarded the 2018 Real Estate Client Service Award and the 2009 Award for Excellence in Real Estate.

Jon received his JD from New York University School of Law in 1977, where he served as an editor of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, and his BA, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1974.

At Savanna, Mr. Schlank sits on the investment committee and is in charge of construction and redevelopment and shares responsibilities for asset management, sales and marketing and acquisitions. Mr. Schlank has overseen the acquisition and redevelopment of more than 70 real estate assets, comprising over 20 million square feet of space and nearly $3.8 billion of total capitalization, including raw land development sites, apartments, office buildings, industrial to residential conversions, retail and warehouse/distribution properties. Prior to founding Savanna, Mr. Schlank was a project manager for the Westside Federation for Senior Housing, a New York-based developer of low-income housing. Mr. Schlank is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Columbia University where he teaches a seminar in Real Estate Finance to graduate students in the Columbia Architecture School’s Real Estate Master’s Degree Program.

As Head of Real Estate of Columbia Property Trust, Ted Koltis

directs the Company’s property-level strategy, execution and

performance with oversight of Leasing, Property Management

and Marketing for the national portfolio.

Mr. Koltis joined Columbia in 2023. His previous role was at The

Moinian Group, where he served as Executive Vice President,

leading commercial leasing across the firm’s national office and

retail portfolio. Prior to that Mr. Koltis was President of Colliers’

Eastern Region Agency and Consulting Practice, where he

successfully grew the company’s landlord agency practice and

consulting group throughout its major markets in the northeast.

Mr. Koltis has spent nearly three decades in the commercial real

estate industry and brings extensive experience in leasing, asset

management, asset repositioning and property management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Koltis has held executive level

positions and advised on over 30 million square feet of real

estate transactions across major U.S. markets with several top

real estate owners and advisors, including Tishman Speyer,

Paramount Group, Inc., and CBRE.

Mr. Koltis received his undergraduate degree from Cornell

University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is on the

Commercial Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New

York (REBNY).

Mr. Koltis resides in Chelsea with his family and has four

children.

Kyle Kolesar is a Senior Vice President and East Team Leader for Community Development

Lending. Kyle is currently based in NYC and oversees originations for the Affordable Housing team of

KeyBank Real Estate Capital focused on the Eastern Region. The group is responsible for originating

financing for affordable housing projects utilizing balance sheet debt and equity, agency commercial

mortgages through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, Private Placements as well as delivering core

banking products to clients.

Kyle joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital in 2011 and in his time at Key has gained cross-disciplinary

experience in management, originations, underwriting, asset management and loan servicing as it

relates to Multifamily Real Estate Finance and the Affordable Housing industry.

Prior to joining Key, Kyle worked in a variety of environments in the real estate and housing field. Kyle

is a native of Northeast Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The

University of Akron where he majored in Finance with a Real Estate Specialization. He currently serves

on the Board of Village Capital Corporation, a Cleveland-based nonprofit focused on providing

community development financing and capacity building in Northeast Ohio

Antonina Caruso

Antonina has been a professional in the construction industry for over two decades, proactively reaching, identifying, and building relationships with clients, and growing existing and new markets for business opportunities. She is results-oriented, with a consistent track record of generating sales and cultivating relationships to expand business.

As Vice President of Business Development for JRM, she works closely with the firm’s leadership, marketing, accounts, and field disciplines to envision and implement strategies for growing the firm’s business, reaching top-line revenue goals, winning new projects, and building relationships in key markets. Antonina strategizes short-term and long-term business goals and creative contributions to sales/marketing proposals, presentations, and collateral materials. In addition, she works closely with JRM’s clients and project teams from project inception to closeout. Antonina can be found on-site reviewing her client’s project and ensuring a successful turnover.
