New York City's neighborhoods have seen a wave of redevelopment in recent years. As world-class talent continues to arrive to the Big Apple, the question always remains: Where do New Yorkers want to
live, work and play? Neighborhoods in NYC tend to start out on the fringe with some great foundations, grow in popularity, see continued capital investment pour in,
and then get too expensive for most of the initial residents. How can one best time this cycle and find a way to get in on an emerging market before everyone else knows? Join us and find out! Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowNY on Twitter and Instagram, and follow us at @BisnowNY on Twitter for more local news. For questions, recommendations, comments, or press inquiries, please email John, the Northeast Event Producer, at email@example.com.
