He has overseen more than $15 billion in sales, representing over 10,000 units in the New York City area. He has also spearheaded some of the fastest-selling developments with the industry's most prominent developers and been lauded for achieving record-setting prices. With more than 30 years of experience in New York real estate, Stephen is recognized as a trailblazer in the brokerage community, known for cultivating genuine partnership, integrity and tenured market knowledge. He is widely quoted in globally recognized media as a market authority including; The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Post and Crain's New York Business, among others. Under his leadership, prominent developers including Toll Brothers City Living, SJP Properties, Savanna, Adam America, The Stahl Organization, L+M Development Partners and The Gotham Organization, have sought his team for their skillful understanding of all stages of the development marketing process - from pre-development planning to turnaround strategies. A graduate of The George Washington University, Stephen serves on the Board of Directors for the school's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He is the 2012 recipient of The Real Estate Board of New York's Henry Forster Award for lifetime achievement and currently serves as Co-Chair of the New Development Committee. He has also completed five terms on the Residential Ethics Committee, twice as Co-Chairman and four terms as Chairman of the Downtown Committee. A Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1989, Stephen previously owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, management and consulting firm, Herbert H. Kliegerman Associates, Inc. In 1998, the firm, which specialized in the management, sale and leasing of co-ops, condominiums, and lofts in Downtown Manhattan, merged with Terra Holdings. Stephen is a triathlete as well as an avid skier, tennis player and cyclist.

Adam R. Sanders joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2016 and is a Member with the firm's Transactional Department. His practice focuses on representing clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate and business transactions and matters, including acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, construction, portfolio structuring, cooperative and condominium boards representation, New Markets Tax Credits, 1031 transactions and general corporate representation in the real estate, entertainment and web/technology industries. Sanders is the firm's go-to expert for all matters concerning Opportunity Zones. Investors and real estate developers exclusively rely on him for program updates and comprehensive legal analyses, keeping them on the cutting edge of the program even before regulations are released. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Sanders was Founder and Principal of Sanders Legal Group, PLLC. Before becoming an attorney, Sanders participated in Agent Training Program at William Morris Agency (Endeavor) and worked at SNL Studios (the feature film division of Saturday Night Live). Sanders received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Schochet is the President of the Olnick Organization. Mr. Schochet is responsible for the strategic oversight of Olnick’s extensive real estate portfolio and leads day-to-day operations of the company and its various operating businesses. Mr. Schochet implements initiatives for the growth of the company through new acquisitions and developments while ensuring that it is properly capitalized. Under Mr. Schochet’s direction, the Olnick Organization has maintained its reputation as one of the most respected real estate owners in New York. Mr. Schochet originally joined the Olnick Organization in 2011 as Vice President of its Commercial Division. In this role, he was responsible for leasing and managing the company’s commercial portfolio and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. In 2014, Mr. Schochet was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where he focused on strategic initiatives to maximize the value of the company’s real estate portfolio and operating businesses before being appointed President in 2015. Prior to joining the Olnick Organization, Mr. Schochet served as the Director of Acquisitions and Leasing for RAK Group, LLC, a full-service real estate investment company based in New York City. During his six years with RAK Group, he was involved in the acquisition, leasing, management, and construction of over 1.3 million square feet of commercial space. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schochet worked as a Portfolio Analyst and Asset Manager for Blumenfeld Development Group. Mr. Schochet is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, and the Real Estate Executive Steering Committee of the UJA Federation of New York. Mr. Schochet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from CUNY Baruch College.

As Senior Vice President of Building Repositioning, Brooks McDaniel provides overall direction and leadership to STOBG’s Building Repositioning Group. He works closely with the NYC-based executive leadership for Pavarini McGovern and Structure Tone to develop long-range strategic plans to help establish STOBG as an expert in building repositioning, particularly in the NYC market, as well as work with leadership across the organization to best leverage the company’s expertise in this important sector. Brooks was previously Vice President of Design & Development at Extell Development Company, where he was responsible for the design of millions of square feet of residential, commercial office, hotels, retail, and educational buildings. Prior to working at Extell, Brooks was a project director at SHoP Architects in New York, where he worked on various cultural, residential, and institutional projects. Earlier in his career, he also worked as an architect at Asymptote Architecture, Davis Brody Bond, and Roger Ferris & Partners. A registered architect, Brooks earned undergraduate degrees in management and in marketing from Lehigh University and a master’s of architecture from Parsons New School in New York.

Steve Najarian’s career with Severud Associates started in 1982. During his more than 40 years with the firm, Steve has engineered buildings using a wide variety of structural systems and materials and is particularly fluent in the design of mid- and high-rise reinforced concrete residential towers, both new construction and renovations of existing buildings. His long list of significant projects includes the Schaefer Landing residential development and Toren condominium, both in Brooklyn, and the 27 on 27th apartment building in Queens. He is currently at work on several residential buildings in Jersey City, New Jersey, such as 26 Cottage Street, 26 Van Reipen Avenue, and 618 Pavonia Avenue. Among Steve’s other notable projects are the United States Mission to the United Nations and the high-rise One Seaport Plaza, both in New York City, as well as the Franklin Court office building in Washington, D.C.

Brendan Schmitt is a partner in Herrick’s Real Estate Department. Brendan practices in all facets of real estate law with a focus on real estate development and construction law, representing owners, developers and lenders in contract drafting, negotiation and review, general counseling and development advisory services. Brendan works with property owners and developers through all phases of the building process, beginning prior to acquisition through project completion, advising clients on a diverse range of matters, including construction contracts, risk management and neighboring property construction license agreements. Brendan works closely with real estate developers to maximize construction cost and time efficiencies. He regularly advises developers on construction manager and subcontractor selection, construction sequencing and administration, issues involving the protection of neighboring properties, and regulatory compliance and approvals. Brendan was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2021 for Construction Law. In 2019, Brendan was named one of New York Real Estate Journal's "Ones to Watch," which focuses on up-and-coming professionals across all areas of real estate. While attending Fordham University School of Law, Brendan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Debra Freeman of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Marc Ehrlich serves as Chief Financial Officer for Rose Associates. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, operations, investments and tax structures. Prior to his role as CFO, Marc was the senior project manager for the re-development of 70 Pine Street, one of the largest adaptive reuse developments in New York City’s history. Marc was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer of Caisson, Ltd and Panorama Group, with combined assets of more than $1 billion and 3 million square feet. He was also a former Principal with O’Connor Capital Partners where he participated in the acquisition and development of nearly $2 billion of real estate. Marc’s career began as a Certified Public Accountant and he was a Tax Manager with Ernst and Young (formerly Kenneth Leventhal and Company) working predominately with real estate private equity funds, as well as REITs and UPREITs where he provided tax structuring and compliance advice.

Dave started his own firm in 1993 and founded Loci Architecture in 1998. He has completed hundreds of projects including master plans, feasibility studies, new construction, exterior restorations, building renovations, and interiors in the residential, academic, cultural, and commercial sectors. His love of New York City’s unique urban ecology led him to co-found Gowanus by Design, a non-profit community organization that is exploring the long-term urban planning challenges and development opportunities around the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. He co-chairs the Land Use Committee of Brooklyn Community Board 6 and is a member of the Gowanus Oversight Task Force. He recently joined the Pratt Institute School of Art Dean’s Council as a founding member. He is also a member of the Champions Circle at the Metropolitan Museum and the Studio Forum at the Whitney Museum. Dave was awarded his Bachelor of Architecture degree by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Minor in Studio Arts. He is licensed to practice architecture in New York and New Jersey, and spends as much of his spare time as possible in his painting studio.

Jaimee L. Nardiello is a Partner with the construction law firm of Zetlin & De Chiara LLP. She focuses her practice on representing real estate owners and developers, as well as architects, engineers and contractors in connection with construction-related matters, including litigations and contract negotiation and drafting. Jaimee has and continues to work on some of the most high-profile construction disputes in the country. She manages litigations from inception to trial, developing and executing strategy, and advocating on behalf of clients in court and arbitration. Jaimee currently serves as Chair of the Diversity + Inclusion Committee for the American Bar Association, Forum on Construction Law. She is a former President and current member of the Executive Board of Commercial Real Estate Women of New York (CREW). Jaimee has been recognized for her construction law practice by Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, and Who’s Who Legal, among other leading legal publications. She was named to Crain's New York Business 2023 Notable Women in Law and to Crain's New York Inaugural List of Leading Women Lawyers. She received the CREW NY Founder's Award, and has been recognized by The Mann Charitable Foundation and the Women Builders Council. Jaimee holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. from Marist College.

As Chargie’s Vice President of Product, Tracy leads the company’s product vision, including design, development and execution of its EV charging solutions. In this role, she also oversees customer experience which includes development of property management tools and the driver lifecycle. Tracy has more than a decade of experience in design and product development for large technology, CPG and media companies. Before joining Chargie, she served as a Senior Designer at Boingo Wireless where she reimagined several of the company’s digital properties and customer touchpoints. Prior to Boingo, she held creative and product development roles at JUICE Pharma Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Theory and Practice from Northwestern University.

Maurizio Anglani represents owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors in a variety of commercial matters, including litigation and contract drafting. His work includes prosecuting and defending commercial cases involving construction issues such as defective construction, delays, breach of contract, negligent design, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, and suretyship. Maurizio also represents project owners and adjacent owners in the negotiation of license agreements and in RPAPL 881 proceedings. Finally, Maurizio has experience negotiating construction project agreements, including standard form agreements and bespoke agreements. Maurizio is actively involved in several industry organizations, such as the Center for Architecture and AIA New York, where he serves as a member of the Host Committee for their charity and fundraising events, as well as the New York Building Congress. Maurizio is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Construction Law Committee. Prior to joining Ingram, Maurizio was an associate at Marco & Sitaras, PLLC, where he handled construction cases as well as general commercial litigation and real estate. During law school, Maurizio served as a Student Fellow for the Center for International and Comparative Law and as Articles and Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
