Originally developed with McGraw-Hill, extensive renovations to the lobby and side-street plazas coincided with the resurgence of Sixth Avenue as Manhattan’s most active location for leasing. Positioned between 48th and 49th Streets, the building boasts tree lined plazas on all sides and a recently renovated Sixth Avenue plaza with stadium seating and landscaping throughout.
