Matthew M. Baron is the President of Baron Property Group. Since 2005, Matthew has acquired and developed over $1.5 billion worth of property in NY and Los Angeles.

Mr. Baron currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Long Island City BID, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Doorkee, which is a company he helped found. Mr. Baron was also an Adjunct Lecturer at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies where he taught a course on Real Estate Development.

Mr. Baron holds a BS in Finance from NYU Stern and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

David J. Pfeffer is a partner, chair of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s Construction Practice, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Pfeffer serves as a business partner to his clients – including real estate owners and developers, educational institutions, high-net-worth individuals, healthcare organizations, and cultural centers – and advises on all aspects of their construction, development, real estate, and business needs. His work has helped reshape skylines through some of the most significant construction and development projects in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island City.

Mr. Pfeffer leverages his keen insight into the business climate to provide clients with sophisticated guidance in order to mitigate risks and manage their complex issues. Combining his understanding of business-focused solutions with a legal perspective, Mr. Pfeffer focuses his practice on project delivery strategies and the preparation and negotiation of design, construction, and related contracts for private and public real estate development projects. He handles matters such as contract preparation, development, continuing operation, leasing and dispute resolution, and also maintains an active practice in business negotiation.

David is a frequent speaker, published author, and quoted source who has been featured in Law360, The Real Deal, Crain’s New York Business, The New York Post, and Real Estate Weekly, among others. He has been ranked in Chambers as a leading construction lawyer in New York (2006–2021) and recognized as a 2020 New York Trailblazer by the New York Law Journal. Timothy Oberweger, Esq. is Managing Director and Counsel at TitleVest, a wholly owned subsidiary and direct division of First American National Title Insurance Company. In this role, he focuses on generating title business both in New York and nationwide. Timothy has more than 10 years of experience at leading national title insurance companies in the areas of commercial, retail, energy, industrial, hotel, gaming, office, multi-family and residential real estate transactions.

Timothy received a B.S. from Macalester College in 1996. He graduated in 2005 with a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he is currently a director of the Alumni Association and member of the Recent Alumni Council. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York and the Supreme Court of the United States, and is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar associations.

Beyond his title experience, Oberweger is an active participant in the real estate community. He is a founding member of the Real Estate Services Alliance, which serves as a single source for the many transaction services needed by real estate owners. Additionally, he is chairman of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association, sits on the steering committee of the Real Estate Executives Council of the United Jewish Appeal - Federation of New York and is a voting member of the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting in his hometown of Greenwich, Conn.

Jamie Hodari has executive responsibility for CBRE’s Building Operations & Experience (BOE) business segment, which unifies building operations, workplace experience and property management, positioning CBRE to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions for offices, data centers, warehouses and other facilities.

BOE consists of CBRE’s Enterprise Facilities Management, Local Facilities Management and Property Management business lines and Industrious, CBRE’s wholly owned flexible workplace subsidiary. This segment produced approximately $20 billion of combined revenue, including Industrious, in 2024 and comprises CBRE’s entire 7+ billion sq. ft. global property and corporate facilities management portfolio.

As CBRE’s Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Hodari also has responsibility for marketing and branding activities across all CBRE businesses.

Jamie Hodari is also Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Industrious, the flexible workplace industry's largest premium provider, with more than 200 locations in over 65 global markets.

Mr. Hodari co-founded Industrious in 2012 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Under his leadership, Industrious has expanded its global footprint and redefined how companies manage their workplace. The company was named one of America’s fastest-growing companies by Inc. Magazine in both 2020 and 2024.

Prior to Industrious, Mr. Hodari served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kepler, which pioneered a lower-cost, high-performing university model in East Africa. Earlier in his career, he was an investor at Birch Run Capital, a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell, and a reporter for the Times of India.

In 2024, the Commercial Observer named Mr. Hodari to its Power 100 list and Thesis Driven named Mr. Hodari #3 on its list of the 100 most innovative people in real estate. Mr. Hodari holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.P.P. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Columbia University.
