Park Sixty is Manhattan’s premier medical office building, located on 60th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues in the heart of the Plaza District. This block-through property is comprised of 179k SF of medical office and 7k SF of ground-floor retail space. Park Sixty recently underwent a $20 million Article 28 compliant renovation, which included the installation of state-of-the-art infrastructure, a new lobby, and upgrades to all common areas.
