Anthony Naccarato serves as President/CEO of O’Donnell & Naccarato (O&N), one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s oldest and largest consulting structural engineering firms. Anthony is responsible for all aspects of O&N’s operations, providing the leadership necessary for the firm to thrive. He joined the firm in 1988, was named a partner in 2004, and assumed his current role as President/CEO in 2014. Under Anthony’s leadership, O&N has grown from 50 employees and 2 offices to over 110 employees and 6 offices including offices in NYC; Northern NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Miami and Orlando FL; and Indianapolis, IN. During his tenure as President/CEO, O&N has become a nationally known and respected firm. Kent’s healthcare work has varied from small, focused interventions within existing facilities to large-scale, freestanding buildings. Kent approaches every project with the understanding that each one is an opportunity to realize improved processes, efficiencies and outcomes. He has earned national awards for design excellence, and his dedication to every client’s success via best practice strategies has afforded him robust, long-term client relationships. Beyond design quality, Kent is also a champion for alternative, collaborative delivery methods on complex projects, such as Design-Build, Design-Assist and Integrated Project Delivery. His pursuit of these areas of expertise led to Kent completing Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) program.

Jack works for Gil-Bar Health and Life Sciences where he is the Vice President of their healthcare division. Jack specializes in modular operating room construction to improve constructability and quality.

Currently, Jack works with hospital design and construction teams to assist in creating a better operating room environment. By applying modular cleanroom technologies, improving air quality and utilizing safe hospital construction practices he is able to help hospitals manage infection prevention and control.

Megan manages Simone Development’s ground-up and redevelopment projects as well as new acquisitions. She is responsible for executing investment strategy and overseeing all aspects of the acquisition, land use, design, construction, and marketing phases of development projects. Prior to joining Simone Development Companies, Megan served on the development team at The Related Companies and the investment sales team at HFF. Megan began her career at Duff & Phelps after graduating from The George Washington University.

Since joining Atkins Companies in 2012, Cory has been involved with the development, investment, financing, and property management of the expanding portfolio of properties. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey. Cory earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in real estate and risk management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Business.

With over 23 years of extensive experience in the healthcare and life science

construction market Peter Mulcahey has managed over 3 million square feet of hospital,

medical and pharmaceutical research new construction and renovation throughout the

tristate area. Peter has a proven track record of achieving on-time and under budget

project completions with innovative use of technology. Peter is responsible for

overseeing JRM Construction Management’s healthcare and life science division where

he is driving strategic growth by optimizing efficiencies to deliver the highest quality

work.

Prior to joining JRM Peter was Vice President & Healthcare Area Manager at Gilbane

Building Company, and held project management roles on healthcare & life science
