Dr. Richard Park is founder and chief executive officer of CityMD, the leading urgent care provider in the New York Metro Area and Seattle, Washington. He is board-certified in emergency medicine and completed his medical studies at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Park studied emergency medicine in the Long Island Jewish Medical Center's residency program, where he served as chief resident. He then worked as the Associate Program Director of the residency program in NS-LIJ's emergency department and was awarded the Teaching Attending of the Year Award by his residents in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Dr. Park was recognized as an expert educator, receiving a system-wide award in 2007. He then taught in the "Teach the Teacher" fellowship program.

Dr. Park is the author and co-editor-in-chief of McGraw-Hill's Intensive Review of Emergency Medicine. He also educates both residents and attending physicians as the co-director of the NS-LIJ's Manhattan Board Review for Emergency Medicine. Dr. Park holds expertise in all facets of urgent care delivery and operation. His unparalleled education combined with his vision for delivering highly accessible, top-quality medical care has made CityMD the largest urgent care network in the New York Metro Area. Dr. Park lives on Long Island with his wife and two children.

Mr. Leibler has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 1997, Mr. Leibler was elected Chairman of White Plains Hospital, where he had served as a director since 1988. He led a repositioning of the $350 million annual revenue hospital by developing a cancer treatment center, expanding the maternity program to include a neo-natal intensive care unit, creating an orthopedic institute, and laying the groundwork for a cardiac center. He served as Chairman of the Board for five years and continues as a Chairman Emeritus. In 2001, Mr. Leibler was named president and Chief Operating Officer of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in 2001 making design excellence and project management the firm’s priority. He joined L&L Holding Company as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer in 2004. The Manhattan based real estate investment company focused on purchasing and repositioning office properties. Mr. Leibler graduated from American University with a degree in political science and international affairs and received a Master’s in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.

Ben Ochs is CEO of Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm’s Charlottesville, VA, offices. Mr. Ochs has spent the majority of this career in the Development, Ownership, Operations, Financing, Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Disposition of Healthcare Real Estate to hospitals, physician practice groups, and private and institutional healthcare real estate investors throughout the Southeast. Previous to that, Mr. Ochs served as a Financial and Underwriting Analyst at a boutique consulting firm.

Barry S. Rabner is President and CEO of Princeton HealthCare System, a nonprofit organization that includes University Medical Center of Princeton, Princeton House Behavioral Health, Princeton Rehabilitation Services, Princeton Home Care Services and Princeton Surgical Center. Princeton HealthCare System has 429 beds, 2,997 employees, 67 residents from Rutgers School of Medicine, 75 academic affiliations, and an active medical staff of 1080 physicians. The annual operating budget of PHCS is approximately $400 million. Under Mr. Rabner’s leadership, PHCS opened a new $1.2 billion, 171-acre healthcare campus that includes a $522.7 million replacement acute care hospital, a pediatric outpatient pavilion, a cogeneration plant, an education center, a fitness and wellness center, a medical office building, and a skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. A child day care center, an adult day care center, an assisted living facility, and an independent living community are under development.

During her 30+ years with Walgreens, Robin has held various positions within the organization in field operations, information technology and real estate.In her current role as Director of National Healthcare Real Estate, she is responsible for executing Walgreen's national healthcare and growth strategy. Robin manages real estate and architecture teams on transactions and site projects to deploy outpatient, infusion and specialty pharmacies.

Walgreens is making healthcare accessible and it is Robin’s mission to realize this strategy.

Emil leads the design and construction efforts at Weill Cornell, overseeing the college's portfolio of 75+ projects in design & construction, as well as the department's technical project management staff. He brings a well-balanced understanding of design and construction experience to Weill Cornell and helps further the institution's initiatives through efficient, innovative and well managed project delivery methods.

Prior to joining Weill Cornell, Emil was an Executive Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation where he oversaw the Capital Program Division. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Louisiana State University and is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey.

With over 23 years of extensive experience in the healthcare and life science

construction market Peter Mulcahey has managed over 3 million square feet of hospital,

medical and pharmaceutical research new construction and renovation throughout the

tristate area. Peter has a proven track record of achieving on-time and under budget

project completions with innovative use of technology. Peter is responsible for

overseeing JRM Construction Management’s healthcare and life science division where

he is driving strategic growth by optimizing efficiencies to deliver the highest quality

work.

Prior to joining JRM Peter was Vice President & Healthcare Area Manager at Gilbane

Building Company, and held project management roles on healthcare & life science

projects for Lend Lease, Structure Tone, and Whiting-Turner.

Mr. Glazer is responsible for the overall operation of ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and focuses his attention on physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. Mr. Glazer is an ad-hoc member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President of the group. ENTA consists of over 220+ MDs in 46 locations in the NY/NJ metro region. He joined ENTA in December 1997 and has over 40 years of healthcare experience in finance and operations, information technology, managed care contracting, mergers and acquisitions, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing.

OASIS, Otolaryngology/Allergy Specialty Insurance Services, a self-funded self-insured Medical Malpractice Captive was formed by the partners at ENTA in 2008. Mr. Glazer serves as the Vice President/ Secretary of this Vermont domiciled insurance company. He has served on the Leadership Council as President - Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and has participated on ad-hoc committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He is a Board Member of the Westchester County Association, a Fortune 500 business think tank.

Mr. Glazer is a Program Coordinator for the Healthcare Career Workshop Courses at Fordham University and an Adjunct Professor at Pace University Graduate Program for Public Administration - Health Policy and was recently reappointed to the NYS Ninth Judicial District BAR Grievance Committee for a 4 year term. Prior to joining ENTA, Mr. Glazer worked as a hospital administrator at New York University Medical Center (1976-1985) where he was a Departmental Controller, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center (1985-1993) where he served as the Treasurer, New York United Medical Center (1993-1996) where he was the Senior Director of Finance and Business Development. Mr. Glazer transitioned to physician practice management in 1996 where he was the Vice President of Administration for ProHealth Associates, a multi-specialty sports medicine practice in Long Island. Mr. Glazer has a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and a Masters in Public Administration & Health Care-New York University.

David J. Pfeffer is a partner, chair of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s Construction Practice, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Ben is a managing director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and a member of JLL’s national healthcare practice. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes on the sale of and equity placement for medical office buildings, physician and hospital monetization, re-capitalizations and joint venture equity.

Ben has advised on medical office and healthcare transactions of more than $1.7 billion. His clients include core funds, public and private REITs, pension fund advisors, developers, family offices, healthcare systems, fund managers and private equity firms.

Steve joined LaSalle in 2000 to establish the firm’s US medical office investment practice. He has overseen the acquisition of medical office investments valued at over $2 billion made on behalf of the Medical Office Fund series, LaSalle Property Fund, JLLIPT and various custom accounts.

Before joining LaSalle, Steve served as Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Healthcare Financial Partners REIT where he oversaw investments in medical office buildings, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

George Hurley leads DPR Construction’s Healthcare Core Market and has over 35 years of

experience in the engineering and construction of major healthcare projects. His extensive

background and technical expertise in project evaluation, financial management, scheduling,

and strategic planning has led to the successful execution of many large-scale projects. George

is passionate about executing projects utilizing integrated project delivery (IPD), incorporating

building information modeling (BIM) and Lean construction principles. Since joining DPR

Construction in 1997, he has helped change the way large projects are set up and executed.

Bryan Langlands is an accomplished healthcare programmer, planner and designer of academic medical centers, specialty centers and community hospitals. His list of clinical and research clients include NYU Langone Medical Center, University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Rochester Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His experience ranges from master planning and programming to design and construction administration for complex projects often requiring relocations, multiple phases of work, difficult site issues and mediation between constituents.

Bryan — who interfaces directly with users on projects — is recognized by clients for his architectural skills and his ability to manage the multitude of needs that arise on major healthcare projects. In addition to his leadership in the firm, he is a contributor to the recently published 2014 Facility Guidelines Institute's Healthcare Guidelines, and holds positions on two committees of the American College of Healthcare Architects.

As AKF’s Director of Healthcare, Michael is focused on developing long-term

client relationships, providing a full range of mechanical design, coordination, and
