Located in Manhattan's Midtown East neighborhood, Convene 360 Madison Avenue comprises 15 meeting and conference rooms across three floors. Spanning 68,000 square-feet across levels four, five, and six of the Cook + Fox-designed glass building, the venue is ideal for conferences, summer trainings, company town halls, planning meetings, or any event that requires multiple breakout spaces.

The fourth and fifth floors feature nine-screen media walls, offering additional branding opportunities. The location boasts a simple and sleek design with a full buyout of more than 950 people and the capacity to accommodate 300+ guests on floors four and five, and more than 200 guests on floor six. Convene 360 Madison Avenue provides a white box space allowing for client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

The venue is easily accessible via public transportation and is in close proximity to Grand Central Station.

With over 20 years experience, Shawn serves as the Head of Fund Management and Chief Investment Officer for Nuveen Real Estate’s ~$90 billion Americas platform. He leads a team of seasoned portfolio managers in driving investment performance and partnering with our clients on their current and prospective real estate investments. In addition, as Chief Investment Officer, Americas Shawn oversees the end-to end investment process. He is a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team and Americas Investment Committee.

Prior to joining the business in 2015, Shawn served as a managing director on the capital markets team of Grosvenor Fund Management. Shawn has also worked as an officer in Morgan Stanley’s real estate investment banking group. Additional experience includes positions at Lazard, JPMorgan and Sullivan & Cromwell.

Shawn graduated with a B.A. from Columbia College of Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Harrison Sitomer

SL Green

Harrison Sitomer serves as our Chief Investment Officer, overseeing SL Green’s investment platform. Mr. Sitomer is responsible for sourcing and executing the Company’s acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures, along with debt and preferred equity investments.

Mr. Sitomer also manages the Food1st Foundation, a 501(c)3 established by SL Green, which has purchased and delivered nearly 1,000,000 free meals throughout New York City since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic in order to serve a dual mission of addressing increased demand for food assistance, while also helping to revitalize New York City’s food and beverage industry by reactivating over 35 kitchens.

Mr. Sitomer serves on the Board of Directors of the American Friends of the Rabin Medical Center and is a member of the David Rockefeller Fellowship Program and the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.

Mr. Sitomer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and joined the Company in 2012.

Adam Flatto

Mr. Flatto is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Georgetown Company and oversees all of the firm’s activities. In his more than 30 years with Georgetown, Mr. Flatto has been involved with the development, acquisition and ownership of over 25 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the United States.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Flatto is committed to advancing the work of civic and cultural organizations in his community. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of the Park Avenue Armory in NYC, Chairman of the Housing Committee of the Robin Hood Foundation, Board member of the Center for Global and Emerging Risks at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, CA and Chairman of the Board of The World Around based in NYC. Mr. Flatto also serves as trustee of The Wexner Center for the Arts in Columbus, OH and Works & Process based at the Guggenheim Museum in NYC.

Mr. Flatto is a director of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHH) and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Flatto was honored in 2015 by the Citizens Union of the City of New York with its Business Leadership Award and in 2022 received the James Rouse Civic Medal of Honor from Enterprise Community Partners. Mr. Flatto was named to the Commercial Observer Power 100 List for 2020-2024 and recognized in 2021 as one of Crain’s Notables in Real Estate. Mr. Flatto received his BA magna cum laude from Brown University with honors in Economics and received his MBA from the Wharton School (Univ. of Pennsylvania).

Adam Doneger

Adam Doneger serves as Newmark’s Executive Vice Chairman of U.S. Capital Markets. He joined the firm in February 2023 after spending more than six years at Cushman & Wakefield. Adam has worked on over $150 billion of transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, self-storage and hotel.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Doneger worked at Eastdil Secured where he served as Managing Director, and Brookfield Asset Management in their Real Estate Debt Fund. Doneger began his career at Morgan Stanley in the real estate group.
