Zaid is currently GM in Microsoft’s Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering where he leads systems engineering and hardware development for Azure including AI systems and infrastructure. Zaid is part of the technical leadership team across Microsoft that sets AI hardware strategy for training and inference. Zaid's teams are also responsible for software and hardware engineering efforts developing specialized compute systems, FPGA network products and ASIC hardware accelerators.

Prior to Microsoft Zaid was head of infrastructure at LinkedIn where he was responsible for all aspects of architecture and engineering for Datacenters, Networking, Compute, Storage and Hardware. Zaid also led several software development teams focusing on building and managing infrastructure as code. This included zero touch provisioning, software-defined networking, network operating systems (SONiC, OpenSwitch), self-healing networks, backbone controller, software defined storage and distributed host-based firewalls. The network teams Zaid led built the global network for LinkedIn, including POP's, peering for edge services, IPv6 implementation, DWDM infrastructure and datacenter network fabric. The hardware and datacenter engineering teams Zaid led were responsible for water cooling to the racks, optical fiber infrastructure and open hardware development which was contributed to the Open Compute Project Foundation (OCP).

Zaid holds several patents in networking and, is a sought-after keynote speaker at top tier conferences and events. Zaid is currently the chairperson for the OCP Foundation Board. He is also currently on the EECS External Advisory Board (EAB) at UC Berkeley and a board member of Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee (IEIC), a global Internet think tank promoting Internet diversity. Zaid has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from the University of the South Pacific.

Jon Mauck is a Managing Director at Digital Colony. Mr. Mauck has 20 years of experience investing in, advising and operating communications infrastructure businesses. Mr. Mauck leads the data center investment strategy at Digital Colony and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments in the data center sector on a global basis.

Previously, Mr. Mauck was a partner in IO Data Centers, a privately held data center company, that developed and operated over 1.5 million square feet of data center space across North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Mauck was also a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Technology Infrastructure group at Citigroup’s Investment Bank.

Mr. Mauck currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vantage North America, Vantage Europe and Scala Data Centers.

Peter Hopper is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Primary Digital Infrastructure, an independent data center investment platform. In prior roles, Mr. Hopper was a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Hopper was responsible for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of growth opportunities for DigitalBridge’s investment management franchise. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Hopper was Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, a firm specializing in assisting growing businesses in the Internet Infrastructure, Telecom and SaaS industries. Jason C. Reed brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in complex global real estate transactions, law and management to Carter Validus. As Chief Acquisitions Officer and Senior Vice President, Data Center Investment Management, Mr. Reed provides the strategic vision to turn business goals into actionable plans with appropriate risk management. As acting Principal of Longview Real Estate Advisors, a full service advisory firm to the data center and telecommunications industry with a focus on mission critical real estate assets, he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, leasing and management strategy. Formerly the Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate at Equinix, Inc., Mr. Reed was accountable directly to the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors for the allocation and investment of $2 billion annually across 22 countries and 44 metropolitan areas. Notably while at Equinix, Mr. Reed successfully implemented a global real estate administration program with coordination across several stakeholder groups including the regional Presidents, Tax, SEC accounting and Audit.

Prior to Equinix, Mr. Reed served in various roles at Level 3 Communications, most recently as Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, investment and management of 23 million square feet of global real estate consisting of over 10,000 properties across North America, EMEA, and Latin America.

Mr. Reed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, followed by earning his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation at the University of Denver.

Madonna Park has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker and equity research analyst. As Global Head of RBC’s Data Infrastructure coverage group, Madonna is responsible for providing companies in the data center/hosting and fiber sectors with comprehensive financial advisory services, including merger and acquisition, leveraged buyout, recapitalization, refinancing, equity and debt underwriting and corporate finance solutions. Madonna has led a number of marquee M&A and capital markets transactions across North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining RBC, Madonna was a principal at a boutique investment bank. Prior to that, Madonna was a research analyst at Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan and TD Securities focused on covering large cap media and Internet companies. Madonna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Bob DeSantis is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur who has held senior leadership positions in public and private, competitive and regulated companies within the communications, technology, and energy industries. He has been a leader in acquiring, building and growing businesses and arranging for their initial public offerings and other strategic events. Bob’s expertise spans strategy, operations, finance, corporate law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming the CEO of 365 Data Centers, Bob was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Xand, which became the leading, privately owned, data center, managed services and cloud services operator in the Northeast prior to its sale to Tierpoint. His previous technology and communications experience includes serving as President and COO of cloud operator Flexisphere, CFO of DSL.net, a nationwide internet service provider, CFO of Electric Lightwave, a metro and long haul fiber business, Executive Vice President of core optical switch manufacturer Tellium, and CFO of Frontier Communications (f/k/a Citizens Communications) during that company’s transformation from a diversified utility to one of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies. Bob started his career as a Tax Specialist at KPMG and then as a Tax Attorney with GTE Corp. He broadened his professional expertise by serving as President & COO of the Financial Accounting Foundation, the overseer of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and was named by CPA Magazine as one of the top 100 most influential practitioners. Adam has successfully managed multiple projects spanning the platforms of Facilities Operations and Real Estate Development. Adam has held multiple positions through his 12 year career at Goldman Sachs. Adam held positions as Project Manager, Critical Systems Manager, Co-head of Americas Facility Management and now heads up America’s Infrastructure Planning and Engineering. Under his current role he formulates the Firms Design Standards and provides critical systems subject matter expertise to the Firms real estate development and facilities management teams.

Edward Buck is the Vice President of Technology and Service delivery at VPLS. Ed’s executive responsibility includes the design, delivery, maintenance, operations, and support of all VPLS services. Prior to joining Evocative, Ed was a VP at UnitedLayer a San Francisco based Colocation and Hosting Company.

Ed also founded ASPextra in 2003, a company focused on providing scalable and highly available managed hosting solutions. At ASPextra, Ed built a network and service delivery internet infrastructure compromising of multiple, geographically dispersed data centers serving clients in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Ed was a senior manager at Oracle where his responsibilities included corporate business development, technology acquisitions, and strategic alliances. While at Oracle, Ed was deeply involved in technical evaluation, acquisition, and implementation of Internet and e-commerce technologies that shaped much of the Internet ecosystem in its early years.

Ed is a regular contributor to a number of open-source projects. He received his B.A. from Pomona College.

Frank McCann is a 30 year veteran of Verizon and Verizon Wireless, focusing on data center design, retrofits and greenfield builds. He has held several leadership roles within Verizon, most recently leading the Potomac Region’s Wireline Network Construction team. Frank also recently lead the Global Wireline Standards team, which encompassed all of Verizon Wireline’s network facilities worldwide.

Outside of his day job, Frank is on the Executive Board for Monmouth Council of Scouting America as well as Assistant Scoutmaster for his son’s troop. He lives at the beautiful Jersey Shore.

Hussein Syed is the VP/CISO RWJBarnabas Health System, an integrated healthcare delivery network in New Jersey. He is responsible for the organization’s information security program. Hussein and his team are responsible for security management planning and execution to align with the strategic goals of the health system.

Hussein has bachelors in computer science and holds the CISSP certification, has more than 25 years of experience in IT, of which 17 years are in information security. He has spoken and participated at various security events.

As the Global Head of Bloomberg’s Facilities Infrastructure worldwide, Dave Wildman leads the engineering teams managing the company’s mission critical power and cooling systems. Dave’s role involves supporting multiple teams worldwide to ensure system functionality, resiliency and redundancy across the Bloomberg offices, computer rooms and data centers – the data centers being at the hub of the worlds most trusted source of financial data, news and analytics to over 327,000 customers, in 192 locations globally, supporting 19,000 employees.

Dave joined Bloomberg in 1998 in London as a Network Engineer, executing network infrastructure projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In 2006, he joined the Facilities team focusing on infrastructure activities in that region. In 2008 he relocated to New York as a Project Manager to lead a major data center expansion project. Today he’s the Global Facilities Infrastructure Manager. His team leads all aspects of data center facilities design, construction and their subsequent operation, along with the mechanical and electrical infrastructures within the offices, and the activities of the Global Health & Safety team.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Dave worked at Dow Jones Telerate as a Data Network Engineer in their Operation Center in London. He began his career at British Telecom International as a Telecoms Engineer in their International Business Service Center.

Dave studied Telecommunications (Switching & Transmission Systems) in London, is a Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) and a qualified Department of Environment Data Center Energy Practitioner (DOE-DCEP). He is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dave is currently completing an Executive MBA at Cornell University in New York.

Eric White is the chief technology officer at the Clinton Foundation. He has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, starting his career with Microsoft. Eric has served as the founder and CEO of Utopia Systems, a pioneering cloud-hosting service provider and recently, he was the chief technology officer of Cloudscale365, a hybrid cloud and managed services provider. He has a deep understanding of cloud architecture, networks, and software development with a focus on the strategic use of innovative technology to create impact and improve an organization’s ability to succeed.

Jonathan Levine joined Intermedia in 2015, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in information technology, cloud operations, data analytics, software development and corporate strategy. Levine is responsible for the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that Intermedia continues to deliver the security, availability, and value that customers and partners depend on.

Prior to Intermedia, Levine served in a wide variety of senior leadership roles at Japanese leading e-commerce and internet service company, Rakuten. Hunter Newby is an American entrepreneur, investor, conservationist and the owner of Newby Ventures. His primary field of interest has been network infrastructure. As Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and a Director of Telx, he pioneered the carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Room and the development of carrier hotels and data centers in the United States leading to massive value creation and economic development throughout the Country. Since the sale of Telx he has been and continues to be a founder, developer and investor in the creation of multiple network-neutral infrastructure businesses all across North America.

Mr. Newby is a recognized authority in the network-neutral interconnection and data center industry. He has served on multiple company boards, is a published author, public speaker and has been quoted in several publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards including being named to the Global Telecoms Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Mr. Spiewak spends his time on Next Tier’s Investment business and its global Data Center consulting and brokerage arm (DJS Group).

NextTier HD has developed and acquired over 3,000,000 sf of data centers and mixed-use assets since its 2013 inception, and over 6,000,000 sf of assets across the United States, since its founding partners started working together in 2000.

Currently Next Tier HD has ownership in assets in North Carolina, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, and Virginia and is a partner and developer of Databank’s Georgia Tech HPCC facility in Atlanta, GA.

David has specialized in the Mission Critical arena since 1997 having spent his career on both the IT and real estate sides of the house.

Prior to Next Tier HD, David was a Principal and Executive Vice President of a global IT consulting firm, was a partner and Senior Vice President of T-Rex Capital, where he co-headed the acquisitions and leasing activities of the company. Colby Synesael is a managing director and senior research analyst specializing in the communications infrastructure and telecom services industries. Currently, he is the President of InterGlobix LLC, a global consulting and advisory firm focused on the convergence of data centers, subsea and terrestrial fiber. Eli D. Scher is the founder of New Continuum Holdings Corporation, and serves as its Chairman and CEO. Mr. Scher is also the co-founder of United Internet Exchange, LLC and serves as its CEO. He is an entrepreneur with a broad array of investing and operating experience.

Prior to New Continuum, he worked as an analyst at prominent New York hedge funds where he analyzed corporate securities. Previously, Mr. Scher co-founded and served as CEO of GSME Capital Partners, a private, early stage investment partnership, and GSME Acquisition Partners I, a publicly traded acquisition vehicle.

Thomas (Tom) Brown is responsible for planning and implementing the company’s strategy, and managing the overall revenue growth of the company. Mr. Brown joined Hudson IX (formally DataGryd) in 2018 and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in start-up, turnaround and high-growth operations. He has a proven track record of success in strategic and tactical market development, creation of brand awareness and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Hudson IX (formally DataGryd), Mr. Brown led the content, cable, and data center verticals within Windstream’s Wholesale Business Unit. From 1999 to 2009, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc., where he was an integral part in the sale of the company to the Zayo Group. Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Justin Kline is Vice President of Portfolio Development at Legacy Investing, where he leads the efforts to maximize the value of Legacy’s portfolio through acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, refinancing and related transactional projects.

Justin started in real estate at the Washington, D.C. office of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services where he focused on property valuation and consulting along the eastern seaboard. More recently, he specialized in Investment Sales brokerage in Southwestern Pennsylvania at both Colliers International and JLL. Justin’s background in valuation and investment sales has created a well-rounded balance of technical ability and deal management that he is able to utilize to drive value for Legacy’s investors.

Quynh Tran is Executive Director and Co-Head of North American Infrastructure Finance at Sumitomo

Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”), with over 16 years of project finance experience in the

infrastructure sector.  SMBC’s North American infrastructure platform serves the debt financing needs of

sponsors with investments in the telecommunications, transport, water/wastewater, social infrastructure

and core-plus sectors. With increasing activity in the digital infrastructure space, Quynh has been very

active in building out SMBC’s coverage of that sub-sector. Specifically, in 2018 SMBC closed on six data

center transactions in the United States. In addition to traditional bank lending in project

finance/acquisition finance/corporate finance/holdcos, SMBC, through its SMBC Nikko affiliate, also

provides investment banking services, financial advisory, project bond underwriting and private

placements to sponsors.

Prior to SMBC, Quynh was an investment banking associate at Robertson Stephens where she

specialized in M&A and corporate finance in the retail and “e-tail” sectors.

Quynh earned a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Quynh

holds Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 (State Securities) and Series 52

(Municipal Securities Representative) licenses.

John Regan serves as the Chief Investment Officer and has been in the technology and facilities infrastructure space for over three decades. In his most recent role as SVP of Acquisitions and CTO for Landmark Dividend, he executed on over a $1 billion in Digital Infrastructure acquisitions.

Prior to Landmark, Mr. Regan worked with Carter Validus (CV) Advisors where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the CV Mission Critical REIT I & II data center platforms from inception. Mr. Regan made CV’s first acquisition in July 2011. By October 2017, pipeline development and management led to closing of over 50 deals, amassing $2 billion of data center assets totaling more than 4.5 million square feet. Mr. Regan is a data center industry leader frequently speaking and moderating at conferences across the U.S. having a number of articles published by and about him.

Mr. Regan’s experience spans over 35 years within information technology, facilities infrastructure, business development, sales and acquisitions serving in various leadership positions while also providing advisory services and consulting for multiple startups. Mr. Regan served in leadership positions for 18 years with PWC, LLP as National Director of Data Center Services, National Director of Network Services, and Director of Infrastructure Delivery.

In these roles, Mr. Regan led technology and facilities infrastructure engineers and project managers through the execution of more than 26 million square feet of real estate projects spanning renovations, restacks, retrofits, consolidations, new builds and the merger of technology and facility infrastructure of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Regan achieved recognition by ComputerWorld for PWC as the number one Green IT organization worldwide in 2010 after the completion of a state-of-the-art Tier III LEED Gold-certified data center and driving other conservation practices organizationally. Mr. Regan is also an expert in BCDR having developed and executed a multi-tiered program creating PWC’s firm-wide Disaster Recovery program.

Mr. Regan has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Leo University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Regan holds several certifications in the infrastructure space having achieved Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) credentials. He holds multiple certifications and various systems designations through Digital Equipment Corporation, Research Triangle Institute, and NCSU.

Joe is a degreed Mechanical Engineer and the CoreSite Vice President of Data Center Field Operations with over 12 years of experience in the Data Center and mission critical operations industry. He was at one time a CoreSite customer and has been with the company for 3 years previously serving as the Sr. Director of Data Center Operations in the NY, BO, and MI Markets.

Jim Paterson is Senior Vice President, Global Product Management for Sungard Availabilty Services (Sungard AS). Jim has more than 20 years’ experience in information technology services’ product management and development leadership roles. He has a proven track record of creating products and solutions that address global market requirements and solve dynamic, complex IT and business challenges. In his role, Jim is responsible for global product management across Sungard AS’ solutions portfolio, including: Cloud & Hosting, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Data and Disaster Recovery Centers, Managed Application Cloud and IT Consulting.

Dr. Tam has 35+ years in the Telecommunications/Wireless Engineering industry and had taken on roles from being a long time Embedded Software engineer, Software/Systems Architect, Software Development Manager, Technical Director, Technical Strategist, Director of Engineering and CTO in large companies such as IBM, Motorola, Computer Associates, Verizon Labs etc. to many small start-ups including her own entrepreneurial venture at one point. Started out as embeded engineer working with circuit switches such as Lucent 5ESS, DMS 100 to Packet Switches to Fixed-Mobile Convergence to 2G, 3G, WiMAX, 4G/LTE and now 5G. Other focuses include large scale E2E wired & wireless network architecture work from the RAN (Radio Access Network) to TDM, Fiber, IP/MPLS , microwave, backhaul – Transport Network to the IMS Core; SDN/NFV and Network Slicing transforming legacy networks to 5G-ready autonomous SON (Self Organizing Network) that can support M2M/IoT applications such as Smart Cities, Smart Grid, AgTech, Connected Homes, Connected Cars (V2X), eHealth, etc. Latest patents on M2M horizontal platform and Device Classes. Ph.D. Dissertation is on IoT Standardization.

Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Stan Blackwell is responsible for the management of large customers throughout the Central and Northern regions of Virginia. Additionally, he is responsible for all economic development activities in Dominion’s electric service territory. Stan has been with Dominion for 20 years in a variety of leadership roles including the following: Finance, Accounting, Electrical Design, Renewable Product Development, Contract Management, Key Account Management, and Economic Development. Before joining Dominion Virginia Power, Stan spent 9 years in the computer industry with AT&T and NCR in various financial roles supporting competitive sales organizations. Stan is currently a board member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and a past board member of the Central Virginia Better Business Bureau, and the Central Virginia Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Stan has a Finance degree, an MBA, and holds a CPA license.

Sean Brady joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1980 and over the past three decades, has consistently finished in the top ranks in New Jersey and on a national basis. Mr. Brady is one of the founding members of C&W’s Global Data Center Advisory Group (GDCA Group) and has been working in this sector since 1995. He has served on several data center speaking panels and also been a moderator on several occasions. He has also published articles on the market and the industry. Mr. Brady holds degrees in Finance and Marketing with a Marine Biology minor, from Long Island University. He is the past President of the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association of Metropolitan New York area; Committee Member on the Education, Annual Gala and Golf Committee for NAIOP; Member of the New Jersey Association for Corporate Growth; Boater Subcommittee Head for SwimAcross America’s Greenwich Swim, which raises money for cancer research; and volunteers along with his family to coordinate fundraising events for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Association for Fairfield County, CT.

Joseba has over 15 years of experience in the international mission critical industry, in various senior management positions with multinational companies. He also co-founded a company which was bought over by a Fortune 500 company. He is a focussed dynamic executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record in management, business development and establishing new ventures in different geographies. His strong technical background and keen awareness of business and personal dynamics in different cultures make him a very effective result oriented business manager.

Miles Loo Jr., CRE, FRICS, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017 in the Downtown Los Angeles office, where he serves as Vice Chairman and the Global Lead for Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Data Centers & Life Science group. Miles is well recognized as the industry’s leading appraiser of data center properties. His experience includes advising private equity funds, institutional investors, large pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, cloud companies and Global IT conglomerates on investments in all types of data centers, including mission critical, disaster recovery data centers, colocation facilities, carrier hotels, internet gateways and life science properties. These assignments have involved data centers owned and/or operated by Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries as well as Uptime Institute Site Certified Tier III and Tier IV facilities; U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver buildings; and state and federal disaster recovery data centers. Miles has led valuations of large individual and portfolio valuations spanning multiple countries across six continents (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and African regions) and has consulted on a number of the world’s largest data centers.

Kevin has over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, implementation and management of data centers, information systems and networks/communications systems. As a consultant for the past 25 years he has worked with many colleges and research universities, healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial institutions, including from the Fortune 100 list. Kevin is the Managing Principal responsible for all client strategic data center consulting work for EYP Mission Critical Facilities. Kevin spearheaded the use of both financial and technical architecture models to allow clients to understand the “cost timeline” for infrastructure, technology and organizational options to assist CIO’s / CTO’s / and CFO’s in the control and predictability of their Hybrid IT and Data Center budgets.
