Previously, David was Director of Acquisitions at RFR Holding, where he was instrumental in executing

more than $2.5 billion of property acquisitions and credit investments encompassing over 3.5 million

square feet of assets across the office, residential, retail and hotel sectors. Prior to RFR David worked at

The City Investment Fund, a real estate private equity fund, where he was responsible for underwriting

and executing the fund’s acquisitions. David began his career at The Lightstone Group as a financial

analyst supporting the firm’s nationwide property and credit investments.

David graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, and

completed an MBA at Columbia Business School and an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.

Ms. Leff orchestrates every aspect of marketing and design, guiding projects from predevelopment stages through successful sales and transforming condominium buildings into distinguished brands. With a strong foundation in sales, she has successfully marketed some of the most prestigious luxury condominiums in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Her expertise and leadership are pivotal to the successful launch and market positioning of the Elad Group’s luxury properties including The 74 and 108 Leonard. Ms. Leff graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steve is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet market demands and address emerging challenges. As the EVP of Marketing and Design at Avdoo, Steve is leveraging his vast knowledge in pre development, marketing, strategic planning, and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Avdoo, Steve led the New York City new development division at Compass, where he oversaw the sales and marketing of luxury residential projects valued at over $2.5 billion.

Earlier in his career, Steve served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Stribling Marketing Associates. There, he managed a team of 30 professionals and directed the marketing and sales efforts for over 100 new development projects, including The Shephard Condominium, Devonshire House, 200 East 75th Street, and 252 East 57th Street, each praised for their innovative design and strong market performance. Known for his collaborative approach and pursuit of excellence, Steve brings a wealth of experience and a diverse perspective to Avdoo.

Hillary A. Potashnick chairs the Condominium & Cooperative Practice at Adler & Stachenfeld. She has over 30 years of practice experience in acquisitions and sales of real estate, cooperative and condominium new construction and conversion projects, all aspects of registrations and representation of developers, lenders, and cooperative and condominium boards, financing and workouts between purchasers and developers and lenders, advocacy before the New York State Attorney General’s office, and general real estate practice.

Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, Hillary practiced at Seiden & Schein, P.C., Starr Associates LLP, Robinson Silverman (predecessor of Bryan Cave LLP, now known as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), and was Director and Counsel of the Cooperative and Condominium Department at Time Equities, Inc.

Hillary has been a member of the New York State Bar Association's Real Property Law Section, Committee on Cooperatives and Condominiums, since 1982. She is admitted to practice law in New York.

Jonathan Landau is a founding member and the Chief Executive Officer of Landau Properties. An attorney by training, Mr. Landau is a 20-year real estate veteran who has acquired, capitalized, developed and operated over $5 billion of properties in Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami and New York.

Prior to co-founding Landau Properties, Mr. Landau was a founding member and CEO of Fortis Property Group, LLC for 17 years. Under his leadership, Fortis Property Group demonstrated itself to be strategic, smart and flexible, elevating properties and neighborhoods via office building repositionings and ground-up development projects. Recent transactions include a $1 billion refinance in Boston.

Mr. Landau also practiced corporate/transactional and tax law with DLA Piper LLP for six years, primarily advising real estate companies on acquisitions, dispositions, syndications, joint ventures, entity-level investments, and tax- structured transactions. Rosie Tilley serves as Head of Development for Charney Companies, where she is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex development projects. Well-versed in every aspect of the development lifecycle, Rosie is an industry-leading real estate development executive with a proven track record for strategic execution across a wide range of asset classes in New York City and nationally.

Most recently, Rosie has led residential development efforts for Google and Lendlease’s 26-building, 7,000-unit joint venture master plan in Mountain View, CA. Previously, Rose led development for Twining Properties across major mixed-use master plans in New Rochelle, NY and New Haven, CT containing for-rent and for-sale residential units, retail, hospitality, office, and life sciences uses, as well as open space and infrastructure improvements. Prior to Twining, Rosie was responsible for the development of major development projects at RXR Realty in New York City, including rental and office uses with new construction and gut rehabilitation execution, including leading the development of RXR’s first New York City residential project, 475 Clermont. Rosie also oversaw the development of Steiner East Village, a record-setting luxury condominium building, for Steiner NYC.

Rosie is a graduate of Columbia University and is active in Urban Land Institute.

Todd Dumaresq

Todd Dumaresq is currently the Director of Development for Toll Brothers City Living in NYC. As Director, Todd oversees all phases of Toll Brothers City Living’s residential/mixed-use developments in New York City from pro forma and design through construction, pricing, sales and marketing, settlements, and warranty. Notable projects include 55 West 17th, 100 Barrow, 91 Leonard, 121 East 22nd Street, 77 Charlton, and The Rockwell.

Todd has also worked for Rockfarmer Properties, where he ran development and construction. During his time at Rockfarmer, Todd developed a 46-unit condominium in Astoria, Queens, gut renovated two retail spaces into an office space for the company, and helped purchase a 130,000-square-foot office building in need of repositioning.

Prior to moving into development, Todd worked on the marketing and advertising side of the business, overseeing the marketing for Toll Brothers City Living and, before that, working with numerous NYC developers and owners.

Todd holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland.

Joel Davis is a seasoned property management professional with over 12 years of experience overseeing some of the most complex real estate portfolios in New York. His career has spanned various leadership roles, culminating in managing the largest property management division for one of the city's most prominent firms. He currently serves as the president of PPM and is responsible for all operations.

Jeff Poirot is a Senior Vice President of FirstService Residential's New Development Group. With more than 20 years of experience in luxury property management, sales, and owner relations, Jeff is instrumental in the execution of effective strategies that increase property value and client satisfaction and enhance the resident experience.

As vice president, Jeff uses his leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to establish efficient property operations in complex, mixed-use residential buildings that include luxury hotel and retail components. He currently oversees the property management teams at some of the most prestigious properties in FirstService Residential’s managed portfolio, including The Beekman Hotel and Residences, The Plaza Hotel and Residences, 53 West 53, 432 Park Avenue, One Wall Street, 212 Fifth Avenue, The Brooklyn Tower, Front & York, and 11 Hoyt.

Jeff also provided pre-development consulting services for 430 East 58th Street, 260 Fifth Avenue, 540 Fifth Avenue, and One Wall Street, one of the largest office-to-condominium conversions in New York City history. His past consulting projects include the condominium conversion of The Parker Hotel and the rebirth of The Waldorf-Astoria, a project that is expected to yield 380 condominiums and high-end retail space.

His previous experience includes senior executive and sales positions at AKA Central Park, The Sofitel, The New York Palace Hotel, and The Plaza Hotel. Jeff earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Philip Tucker is a partner in Herrick's Real Estate practice where he focuses on condominium and cooperative law for developers, lenders and investors in the acquisition, construction, sale and financing of complex commercial, mixed-use and luxury residential projects.

Phil handles every aspect of the planning, development and implementation of projects, from pre-acquisition due diligence to the preparation of offering plan materials and no-action applications, as well as the marketing and sale of property offerings. He collaborates with stakeholders and key members of development teams, architects and engineers, managing agents, sales teams and other attorneys to move projects from conception through approval and ultimately to sale, addressing the numerous expected — and unexpected — issues that can arise over the life of a development.

Phil’s breadth of experience includes guiding developers through the noneviction process, counseling sponsors on post-development matters related to board governance and allegations of mismanagement or construction defects and preparing and advising on leasehold condominiums and not-for-profits.

Phil also assists clients in connection with the integration of commercial, affordable rental and hotel components into mixed-use condominium developments. His practice includes the review of hotel management agreements, assisting in the development of the sales programs for extended-stay and hotel condominiums and preparing homeowners association documents for a variety of projects.

Phil has been recognized as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters' Real Estate Super Lawyers, which identifies lawyers who have achieved a high degree of excellence and professional achievement.

Prior to joining Herrick, Philip was a member of the condominium and cooperative group at Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel LLP.
