Daren is the Managing Partner of HCP and has over 20 years of real estate experience and a diverse background as a real estate broker, telecommunications entrepreneur and as a real estate investor & developer. Prior to HCP, he was the Senior Vice President and Principal of Metropolitan Realty Associates where he was responsible for acquisitions and development projects. Prior to MRA, Mr. Hornig managed all investment and development activities in the Northeastern United States for SAXA and directed all acquisitions, developments, sales & marketing initiatives. He was also previously the President and CEO of The Quest Group, a New York based real estate services firm. Mr. Hornig is a 1989 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing. He is married with twins and resides in Roslyn, New York.

Steve Klein is Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Investment Committees of Brickman Funds V, VI, and VII. Mr. Klein has extensive acquisition, capital markets and structuring experience.

Prior to joining Brickman in 2013, Mr. Klein was at JOSS Realty Partners, which he co-founded in 2005. While at JOSS, he acquired 15 office properties in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Miami, totaling over 2.5 million square feet with a value in excess of $650 million. Prior to co-founding JOSS, Mr. Klein spent three years as the Chief Investment Officer at Broadway Partners, where he sourced, analyzed, negotiated and closed in excess of $650 million of office properties in New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boca Raton and Beverly Hills. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Klein was an Executive Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at SL Green Realty Corp. During this time, he acquired 10 million square feet of commercial office buildings in over 30 transactions in New York City. Mr. Klein also organized and led SL Green’s successful effort to raise $244 million in an IPO and $371 million in a secondary offering. In this capacity, he reviewed and approved all public financial and corporate information and was responsible for communication with various shareholders, analysts, and lenders. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Klein developed and asset managed a seven million square foot third-party office leasing and management business for SL Green.

Mr. Cohen is President of the Tri-Slate Region. When the firm operated as GVA Williams. Mr Cohen was the third generation of his family to head the firm. which was founded in 1926. He chaired GVA Williams' Executive Committee and was the founding partner and Chairman of GVA Worldwide Ltd.. GVA strategic partnership of leading real estate firms serving 120 business capitals on Uwe continents.

An expert real estate advisor. Mr. Cohen has represented an elite clientele of the nation's lop companies, including American Express, ADP and General Motors. He specializes in representing corporations in the acquisition and disposition of office space nationwide. He has extensive experience representing law firms including, Moses 8 Singer. Holland and Knight. Smith Gantrell Russell.

Mr. Cohen currently represents a wide range of clients regionally and nationally and globally including, Wells Fargo Advisors. American Lawyer Media. Signature Bank. Russell Reynolds Associates. SS&C and Marks Paneth

In 2012. Mr. Cohen was ranked as one of New York City's lop 20 brokers by the Real Deal. That year. among others. he represented Parsons Brinkerhoff in the renewal of their 200.000-square toot world headquarters at 1 Penn Plaza

in 2017 Mr. Cohen was ranked 66 among Commercial Observer's Power 100 nationwide.

Mr. Cohen graduated from llw University of Pennsylvania.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Mr. Cohen is on the Board of Directors of several or ganizalions. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Flatiron/21J Street Partnership and also serves on the Boards of. The Roundabout Theatre Company, the Jewish National Fund of Greater New York and YPO Metro NY/YPO Gold Big Apple. He is also a past Chairman of the Board of Housing and Services Inc. and past President of Young Presidents' Organization NY Metro Chapter. Mr Cohen is also a Tony Award winning Producer of -A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder.
