Ty Gerschick is Head of Debt Capital Markets for the Americas Direct Real Estate platform. In this role, Ty and his team are responsible for developing and executing financing and interest rate hedging strategies on behalf of the firm’s U.S. fund vehicles and separate account clients. He also oversees the operational management of the Americas loan and derivatives portfolio.

Ty has held prior roles at the firm, focused on value-add acquisitions and overseeing disposition transactions nationally. Since joining CBRE Investment Management in 2015, he has led or been directly involved in the acquisition, financing or disposition of over $25 billion of investments across all property types throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining the firm, Ty spent eight years at GE Capital Real Estate in various capacities, including equity asset management and debt origination. He began his career in the industry in 2006.

Ty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (cum laude) in Finance from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.

Adam Domanico is a Principal at Siguler Guff and is actively involved in investment analysis, due diligence and monitoring for the Firm’s real estate investments. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2013, Mr. Domanico was a Senior Associate within the Financial Services Group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he focused on serving alternative investment clients.

Trisha Connolly Horowitz

Trisha Connolly Horowitz is a true trailblazer within the commercial real estate capital markets space. She has achieved many noteworthy accomplishments in her almost two decades in structured finance with a proven track record of delivering creative, tailored solutions across CRE investments totaling over $4B in transactions. She started her career at General Growth Properties and Brookfield experiencing her first GFC, which helped her grow into a leader within capital markets advisory as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Ackman Ziff and ultimately leading her to become the first female Chief Operations Officer of Capital Markets for Avison Young. Summer of 2024, Trisha took on the new role as Head of Real Estate at Catal Capital, a newly formed middle-market debt fund under the Catal Group family office where the family has a total of $2 billion AUM in U.S. real estate under Vista Property. Trisha provides the family office executive leadership in all capital markets related activities of the family office, such as facilitating closing on 494 units in Fulton Market in Chicago, sourcing the total capitalization for the project with an outside investor and construction loan. The family is currently exploring opportunities to act as Co-GP in S. Florida and leveraging the family's balance sheet through Trisha's relationships and providing diversification amongst the current business vehicles. Catal Group is expanding into S. Florida and Carolina's and eager to make investments in these markets.

Trisha was recently nominated to act as Co-Chair for CREFC Women's Network Speaker Committee. In addition to her numerous professional achievements, she also finds time to give back by mentoring young women within the commercial real estate industry and by sitting on boards of organizations like SheBuilds, the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, ULI IOPC Silver Council, Endometriosis Foundation, and the Marquette University Center for Real Estate, where she helped start the first undergrad investment program for students. The REAP program is a top program for undergrad students across the country and is a draw for the now top 10 business school at Marquette University.

During Covid, Trisha co-launched an executive women's leadership breakfast to find connection with other women which has taken off to a growing list of over 300 women and caps the attendee list to 45 women per breakfast to keep the content and connection intimate. In May 2025, Trisha co-hosted an inaugural executive retreat in the Hamptons for two days of mindful connection and networking.

Jack Conboy is a Partner with the law firm of Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf. He represents various financial institutions and real estate operators in connection with acquisitions, sales, financing and refinancing of commercial properties. He also counsels landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial space. In addition, Mr. Conboy has experience in representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, including condominiums, cooperative apartments, and single and multi-family homes. Jack has been nominated to The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in the category of Banking & Finance Law, and has also been named to Super Lawyers - New York Metro Rising Star. He earned a JD from St. John’s University School of Law and a BA from Bucknell University.
