Summary

Join the Bisnow team on September 24th as we unpack everything you need to know about capital markets, the lending and investment climate, who's buying and who's selling, how to land your next deal, and how to weather future unpredictable factors.

Our National Real Estate Finance Summit has historically been our most esteemed, high-level, and best attended event in the nation. We've been selective with speakers and content to make sure you walk away equipped with the latest and greatest. Meet and greet today's biggest commercial real estate owners and lenders who will advise us on opportunities and red flags in the near future.

In the lending world, banks and CMBS delinquency rates have reached an all-time low, but with the cycle nearing an end, there is concern about rising risk. It looks like lenders are still willing to roll the dice. On the equity side, investors are seeing an uptick in fund development. Angelo Gordon just closed a 2.75bn RE fund -- it's biggest to date. Belpointe just launched its first public opportunity zones REIT. The big question is: where is all this capital going?

Mark those calendars because as always, Bisnow promises plenty of networking opportunities to connect in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere in the Big Apple.

See you there!

For questions, recommendations, comments, or press inquires please email our National Event Producer, Juliette van Winden: juliette@bisnow.com.
