Why You Should Attend the Atlantic City State of the Market

Why This Matters

Atlantic City is no longer defined by a single industry. From major redevelopment projects and housing investment to infrastructure upgrades and regional connectivity, the city is entering a new phase of economic evolution. This event brings together the leaders shaping Atlantic City’s next chapter to examine where capital is flowing, how land use is shifting, and what long-term growth actually looks like across sectors.

We will explore how public and private stakeholders are repositioning the city for sustained investment, what development opportunities are emerging beyond traditional hospitality, and how demographic, workforce, and policy changes are influencing the market’s trajectory.

If you want to understand where Atlantic City is headed, not just where it has been, this is the conversation you need to be part of.

What You Will Learn

  • Where new capital is entering the Atlantic City market and which asset classes are gaining traction

  • How redevelopment and adaptive reuse are reshaping land use and urban form

  • The role of infrastructure, transportation, and regional connectivity in driving investment

  • How housing demand and demographic shifts are influencing development strategy

  • What public policy and incentives mean for long-term growth

  • Which districts and submarkets are positioned for the next wave of investment
