Andrew Natale joined SJP Properties in 2014 and has over fourteen (14) years of construction experience across a variety of project disciplines. Andrew is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining SJP Properties, Andrew worked for a large commercial nationwide general contractor and completed a variety of interior fit-out, occupied renovation, expansion/remodel, ground-up construction and site development projects. Throughout his career Andrew has completed projects in multiple market sectors including office & headquarters, retail, government, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, gaming and food service. His role included regional project management for a national construction account with various renovation, ground-up and expansion/re-model projects throughout the Northeast. Since joining SJP Properties, Andrew has completed over 750,000 SF of tenant interior fit-out including 310,000SF for Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Following completion of Valeant’s construction, he began consulting services as Valeant’s construction manager for construction and development projects nationwide. His work has also included Newell Brands, Nice Systems, Linde North America, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Mazda, Qualcomm, Impax Laboratories, Kering Eyewear, iGate, ExecuSearch, Asurion and various building amenity upgrades throughout SJP’s building portfolio. Andrew’s responsibilities cover the entire project life cycle including conceptual estimating, budgeting, design review, pre-construction, scheduling, permitting, procurement, bidding, contracting, construction management, project controls, quality control, project close-out and turnover.

Roy Stillman worked in his family’s development business for approximately 15 years before starting his own firm, Stillman Development International, LLC. The firm’s mission is to design and build structures of superior architectural and artistic merit. In fulfilling that mission, Stillman Development International has worked with some of the world’s leading architectural firms, including two Pritzker Prize winning architects. Roy’s academic background was similarly channeled to benefit his aspiration of becoming a real estate developer. Having earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1985, Roy subsequently received his Juris Doctor from Duke University’s School of Law. While at Duke, Roy audited all of Duke’s Faqua School of Business real estate classes as a non-matriculated student, continuing to pursue his passion as a post-graduate student. After completing his studies at Duke in 1988, Roy passed the Bar exams for both the state of New York and Connecticut.

Jason brings a wide spectrum of experience to all efforts. His background in engineering and construction informs his ability to work collaboratively with consultants and contractors to determine the right design solutions in all phases of the project. Jason’s varied project expertise, including cultural, industrial, and educational buildings helps him to understand how to balance pragmatic needs and architectural style to create buildings that truly express a client’s vision. A LEED Accredited Professional, Jason brings his passion for environmental sustainability to every project and extends his interest beyond the firm as an educator in sustainable design principles.

As Co-Chief Investment Officer for Woodmont Properties, and Principal of Woodmont Value-Add Partners, Mr. Moore is responsible for Woodmont’s investment strategy, capital markets, value-add acquisition business, and investor relations. As a member of the firm’s executive and investment committees, he is also responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and initiatives. Prior to his present role, Mr. Moore served as President of Urby, a JV between Brookfield and Urby management. At Urby, Mr. Moore was responsible for the company’s investments and strategy. Before joining Urby, Mr. Moore was Chief Investment Officer of two Brookfield businesses, including its multifamily group and mixed-use development businesses. Having joined Brookfield in 2010 as its first dedicated multifamily hire, Mr. Moore and team led a range of transactions including Brookfield’s investment in Fairfield Residential, REIT privatizations including Associated Estates and Forest City, large Class B sunbelt apartment portfolios, the Upper Manhattan value-add housing portfolio, Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Landing development and many others. Taken together, he was involved in more than $30 billion of transactions while at Brookfield. Mr. Moore served on the Investment Committees and Board of Directors of Fairfield Residential and three value-add funds, and currently serves as an advisor to Ori Systems, a Khosla Ventures and Google VC portfolio company disrupting the housing industry. He has thirty years of real estate and corporate finance experience, an MBA in finance from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, a real estate degree from NYU and a B.A. from Muhlenberg College. He was on the Board of Advisors for NYU’s Furman Center for Housing and is currently a member of Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Council (ULI) as well as National Multi Housing Council (NMHC).

As Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at Denholtz, Mark leads the firm’s investment sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution strategies across its target markets. With a strong foundation in capital markets and commercial real estate investment, he plays a key role in identifying and securing assets that align with the firm's growth vision. Mark joined Denholtz in 2021 and brings nearly a decade of investment experience from his previous roles at JLL, HFF, and Cushman & Wakefield. At JLL and HFF, he served as Director in the capital markets group, managing complex real estate transactions and advising on acquisitions and financing across asset classes. Earlier in his career, Mark gained hands-on investment sales experience as an associate and analyst. Known for his market insight and deal execution capabilities, Mark combines financial acumen with strategic thinking to advance Denholtz's acquisition goals. His collaborative leadership style and transaction expertise have contributed to the expansion of the firm’s diversified portfolio. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communications from Rutgers University.

Andrew is the CEO of Dansker Capital Group, a national mortgage brokerage firm with offices in New York, Connecticut, South Carolina, and Florida. Andrew oversees a team of 30 that originates commercial mortgage debt for all asset types, with a specialization in retail and multifamily assets. The team’s work is primarily with bank and credit union loans; however, it has also extended to agency, CMBS, life company and bridge loans as the situation requires. The team has placed well over $2,000,000,000 in loans since its establishment as an independent company. Andrew is a published author with his commentary on the real estate lending market having been published in The Commercial Observer, Real Estate Weekly, and New York Real Estate Journal. Andrew has more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Dansker Capital Group, Andrew was a First Vice President of Finance at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation and a mortgage broker at Cooper-Horowitz Inc. He also served as the Managing Director of Matrix Realty Group, was a summer associate in the offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP and worked with Intervest National Bank in New York. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land sales. Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications, including Forbes.com, GlobeSt.com, Marketwatch.com, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Law.com, Law360.com, The New York Law Journal, and Commerce Magazine. Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf of his clients. Examples of those assessment reductions include: • Reduced hotel assessment from $188 million to $131million; • Reduced multi-family assessment from $116 million to $67 million; • Reduced office assessment from $115.5 million to $90million; • Reduced supermarket anchored center from $66.9 million to $46 million; • Reduced nursing home assessment from $36 million to $10.1million; • Reduced big box retail assessment from $21.3 million to $13.4 million; • Reduced office assessment from $27.8 million to $6.5million. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

Patrick Deyhle is a Partner in the New Brunswick, NJ office of Windels Marx. He concentrates his practice on financing transactions, including commercial real estate financing (acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage financing), and corporate financing. He earned a master's degree in Real Estate Investment & Development from New York University, where he has frequented as a guest lecturer and stand-in professor. Keenan Hughes is Vice President – Planning & Development of SJP Properties. Keenan collaborates closely with SJP’s executive team to identify new opportunities for growth, streamline development processes, and lead redevelopment plans while ensuring zoning compliance. With a focus on sustainability, innovation, and community engagement, Keenan plays a key role in shaping the future of SJP Properties and delivering value to its clients and stakeholders. Prior to joining SJP, Hughes was a principal of Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes LLC for 13 years and advised both government entities and private clients throughout the tri-state area on planning and zoning matters. He has appeared as an expert witness in Superior Court and before land use boards in over 150 municipalities. He currently serves as Chair of the Counselors of Real Estate Consulting Corps Committee and Vice Chair of the New Jersey chapter. Hughes holds an M.S. in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute and a B.A in History from Kenyon College. He is a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Chris J. Murphy is a partner at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate and development. A partner in the firm, Chris leads the Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment, and Tax Credits and Incentives practice groups. As the leader of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment practice, Chris has been involved in transformational development projects throughout New Jersey, and regularly represents some of the largest institutional developers in connection with obtaining approvals for industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and commercial projects before local, county, and state boards and agencies. San Chavan is a professional planner with 30 years of professional experience, which includes seven years of experience in architecture and more than 20 years in land use planning. She has expertise in all aspects of land use planning with profound knowledge of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, affordable housing, redevelopment statutes, and environmental regulations. Ms. Chavan has the ability to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet community needs. Prior to joining H2M, Ms. Chavan served as Director of Planning for the Township of Middletown.

Brian Lovett is a Partner and Team Leader of the Tax and Real Estate Services Teams at Withum. Brian has extensive experience serving the tax needs of both public companies and closely held businesses, including all aspects of tax compliance for partnerships and corporations. He advises clients with regard to the structure and tax consequences of new business ventures, and assists with restructuring existing businesses for increased tax efficiency. On the real estate side, Brian has prior Big 4 experience working closely with large, multinational real estate investment companies. He now works closely with real estate entrepreneurs on acquisition planning and entity structuring, property operation and development and wealth transfer/succession planning. Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, and a frequent speaker on technical tax topics for national webinars and various industry groups.

Brian Ker is the Founder and President of Snowball Developments, which was created to aggressively pursue value-add acquisitions with a near-term focus on Tri-State industrial real estate. In particular Snowball focuses on submarkets with expanding leasing momentum and either supply erosion or restrictions on new development. Snowball believes that location and land area trumps building functionality and its highest conviction thesis is to pursue under-utilized properties with a correspondingly low land acquisition basis. Snowball plans to invest in these properties to create additional revenue streams and seek entitlement expansion for future redevelopment potential. Since its initial acquisition in Summer 2021, Snowball Developments has acquired $85M in assets with a target AUM of $200M by Year-End 2023 and has raised over $30M in external capital from a wide range of investors, including multiple family offices and institutional owners/managers. A core business development strategy is to leverage partnerships and utilize technology to facilitate rapid growth from a lean team. Brian brings over 20 years of commercial real estate investment experience as a principal, strategic real estate advisor, capital markets specialist and government-incentives expert. Brian started his career with CBRE in Montreal Canada in 2003 and became a founding member of CBRE’s National Investment Team – Montreal. Brian led the division from 2011-2017 where he advised on over $4B of investment and leasing transactions across the main commercial sectors including office, industrial, retail and urban land. Despite tremendous success in brokerage, in 2017 Brian relocated to NYC, where he completed a Master of Real Estate Development (MsRED) at Columbia, focusing on public-private partnerships and transit-oriented development. James M. Maggio, Jr. is Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Real Estate Practice Group and is highly experienced in commercial real estate and related corporate transactions.
