Mitchell E. Rudin has served as chief executive officer of the Company since joining in June 2015. Mr. Rudin is a veteran real estate investment professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Rudin, along with his partner Michael DeMarco, is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rudin served as the president and chief executive officer of U.S. Commercial Operations at Brookfield Office Properties, where he was responsible for a portfolio in excess of 50 million square feet in eight major markets in the U.S. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer of the New York Tri-State Region for CBRE where he oversaw the business and operating functions within CBRE's largest region. Prior to that, he served as president of brokerage services for CBRE and oversaw its tenant and landlord brokerage operations for office, retail, and industrial leasing throughout the U.S.

His current professional affiliations include being a member of The Real Estate Roundtable, St. Francis Friends of the Poor Board; governor of Urban Land Institute; American Friends of the Israel Museum; NYC Police Foundation, American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC); and Police Athletic League. Mr. Rudin is recognized as a leader in philanthropy in the metropolitan region and has been honored by numerous organizations. Mr. Rudin has a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Franklin & Marshall College.

Eugene T. Paolino is a Partner in the Firm's Jersey City, NJ office and a member of the Land Use & Approvals, Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment, Corporate Law & Business Transactions, and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups as well as the Land Development, Education and Real Estate Industry Groups. A Jersey City native, Mr. Paolino has practiced law in New Jersey for more than four decades. He brings deep knowledge, experience and practical skills to his clients' real estate development, tax abatement, commercial, zoning, land use and redevelopment law matters. In addition, he has significant experience with municipal, county and state developer incentives as well as education and corporate law, with litigation experience in all these areas.

During his career, Mr. Paolino has worked on numerous projects, large and small, in Jersey City and throughout the State of New Jersey. He brings a broad spectrum of experience and expertise to the representation of each of his clients. Mr. Paolino serves as General Counsel to Saint Peter’s University. He was Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Jersey City and Special Environmental Counsel to the City of Hoboken. In addition to his robust commercial real estate law and development practice, Mr. Paolino has significant litigation experience, having argued complex contract disputes and corporate claims at every level in the trial and appellate courts.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital

Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s

leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey,

New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New

Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career,

he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land

sales.

Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman &

Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He

began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Deputy Mayor Marcos D. Vigil serves in Mayor Steven Fulop’s administration overseeing economic development and real estate, working closely with the Department of Housing, Economic Development and Commerce as well as the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. He is also a Commissioner of the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Vigil served four years as Deputy Secretary of State for New York in the administration of Governor Andrew Cuomo. Before joining public service, Mr. Vigil worked as an attorney for several law firms in New York City, representing domestic and international clients in complex civil litigation and advising on employment and business law matters. A graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Vigil received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. Altman is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with experience in identifying, buying and selling real estate. As a founder and Managing Member of KABR, he is instrumental in fundraising, structuring JV partnerships, sourcing and acquiring real property and debt. To date, Adam has participated in transactions totaling approximately four million square feet of commercial properties, as well as thousands of residential units, hotels and new development land with over 3000 units of entitlements. Prior to joining KABR, he focused on acquisition, development, management and disposition of real estate for a multi-billion dollar healthcare company.

Briana Wilkins is the project manager at SILVERMAN. She manages projects, from new acquisitions to those under construction. Briana has been directly involved in the completion of two urban infill mixed-use projects in Jersey City. 210 Ninth Street contains 25 residential apartments and the Scandinavian School of Jersey City. Charles & Co. is 165,000 square feet and includes apartments, offices, co-working space, retail, and parking. She is currently working on Hamilton Square South, 140,000 square feet of apartments, retail, and parking.

Briana graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University in 2012 with a degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Briana studied urban development, and she wrote her senior thesis on the public funding of sports stadiums.

As Co-Founder, Managing Principal, and Investment Committee officer of Onyx Equities, LLC, Jonathan Schultz oversees the organization’s investor capital raising initiatives, strategic planning, portfolio management, and business development, as well as formulating overall investment strategy. In addition, Jonathan has shepherded the Receivership Services platform of Onyx Equities which, since its commencement, has fast become the largest of its kind in the tri-state area. Jonathan has been responsible for initiating and closing billions of dollars in leasing and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions during his career to date.

Prior to forming Onyx Equities, Jonathan was Founder and President of The Schultz Organization. The Schultz Organization and its affiliates provided commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to institutions, lenders, private owners, and tenants. The Schultz Organization provided third party clients with leasing and/or management services for over 200 commercial properties totaling over 15 million square feet in the tri-state area.

Jonathan is a member of the Metro NY chapter of YPO. He is a Founding Board Member of the “Award Of Courage” Foundation, raising significant funds for Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center, and is a past recipient of their Humanitarian Award. Jonathan has been recognized as one of the “Commercial Brokerage All-Stars,” by Real Estate New York, he was twice named one of “New Jersey’s Most Successful Business Executives under 40” by Business News New Jersey, one of the country’s “Hottest Real Estate Brokers” by Commercial Property News, and one of the “Power Players of the Next Generation” by Real Estate NJ

Jennifer Mazawey, a Partner in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office,

is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Law, Environmental Law, Construction Law & Litigation, Land Use & Approvals, and Education Law Practice Groups.

Ms. Mazawey practices in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and construction law. Ms. Mazawey is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Land Use Section, Environmental Section, Women in the Profession Section, and Renewable Energy, Cleantech and Climate Change Committee. She was named to the Board of Directors of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2011. Ms. Mazawey serves on the Women’s leadership Committee of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association; she is a Board member and Co-Director of Sponsorship for Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREW-NJ) and a member of the national CREW Network. She was previously a trustee of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.

Ms. Mazawey represents developers in all aspects of their development projects. She regularly appears before planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment. In addition, Ms. Mazawey assists clients with permit acquisition from agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Transportation. She also assists clients with the drafting of their various professional services and construction contracts and represents clients in construction-related disputes. Ms. Mazawey also provides counseling

and training on all aspects of the development process.

• Obtain land use approvals for big box retail developments.

• Manage land use approvals for public and private utility clients.

• Has successfully represented developers in obtaining state governmental permits from

the Departments of Environmental Protection and Transportation.

• Represent developers in Construction Board of Appeals matters.

• Negotiate professional services and construction contracts on behalf of owners of large scale development project.

• Served as general counsel to boards of education and charter school boards of trustees.

• Successfully handled education and special education matters before NJ State

Administrative Courts and the Commissioner of Education.

For over a decade, Ms. Mazawey has also practiced in the area of education law. She served as both general counsel and special labor counsel to boards of education and boards of trustees throughout the state of New Jersey. In that capacity, she has handled matters at the Public Employment Relations Commission, as well as the Office of Administrative Law and state and federal courts. Among other things, she has counseled clients on matters of board governance, labor relations, special education matters and school construction.

She has lectured for the Institute of Continuing Education (ICLE), the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Business and Industry Association and the New Jersey School Boards Association. In 2012, Ms. Mazawey was recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal as a New Leader of the Bar. From 2007 - 2013, Ms. Mazawey was recognized in New Jersey Monthly magazine by Super Lawyers as a New Jersey Rising Star in Education Law, Environmental Law, and Land Use Law. Ms. Mazawey has also been listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the area of Real Estate Law in 2015 and 2017 and was listed by NJBIZ as one of the 50 Best Woman in Business in 2016.

Ms. Mazawey is a co-author of “In the Election of 2002, the Voters of New Jersey Were the Winners,” for 27 Seton Hall Legislative Journal 77 in 2003.

She proudly serves as a member of the William Paterson University Foundation Board and the Greater Newark Holiday Fund Board.

She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1994. After law school, she served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christine L. Miniman, J.S.C.
