Andrew Natale joined SJP Properties in 2014 and has over fourteen (14) years of construction experience across a variety of project disciplines. Andrew is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Prior to joining SJP Properties, Andrew worked for a large commercial nationwide general contractor and completed a variety of interior fit-out, occupied renovation, expansion/remodel, ground-up construction and site development projects. Throughout his career Andrew has completed projects in multiple market sectors including office & headquarters, retail, government, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, gaming and food service. His role included regional project management for a national construction account with various renovation, ground-up and expansion/re-model projects throughout the Northeast.

Since joining SJP Properties, Andrew has completed over 750,000 SF of tenant interior fit-out including 310,000SF for Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Following completion of Valeant’s construction, he began consulting services as Valeant’s construction manager for construction and development projects nationwide. His work has also included Newell Brands, Nice Systems, Linde North America, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Mazda, Qualcomm, Impax Laboratories, Kering Eyewear, iGate, ExecuSearch, Asurion and various building amenity upgrades throughout SJP’s building portfolio.

Andrew’s responsibilities cover the entire project life cycle including conceptual estimating, budgeting, design review, pre-construction, scheduling, permitting, procurement, bidding, contracting, construction management, project controls, quality control, project close-out and turnover.

Anthony J. Pagnotta is a registered professional engineer in

New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

Anthony has over 39 years of experience in new

construction and renovation projects of all building types,

including commercial, residential, educational, and

institutional. Some of Anthony’s recent projects include the

complete renovation and expansion for Dress Barn

Headquarters, Mahwah, NJ, historic restoration and

renovation of two 1930’s Art Deco office buildings located

at 1180 Raymond Boulevard and 744 Broad Street, Newark,

NJ, and a restack of a 16-story 400,000 sf office building for

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield in Newark, NJ.

Anthony holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic

University in Brooklyn, NY and a BS in Civil Engineering from

Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Anthony is a member

of the Structural Engineers Association of New York

(SEAoNY).and the American Society of Civil Engineers

(ASCE).

Antonina has been a professional in the construction industry for over two decades, proactively reaching, identifying, and building relationships with clients, and growing existing and new markets for business opportunities. She is results-oriented, with a consistent track record of generating sales and cultivating relationships to expand business.

As Vice President of Business Development for JRM, she works closely with the firm’s leadership, marketing, accounts, and field disciplines to envision and implement strategies for growing the firm’s business, reaching top-line revenue goals, winning new projects, and building relationships in key markets. Antonina strategizes short-term and long-term business goals and creative contributions to sales/marketing proposals, presentations, and collateral materials. In addition, she works closely with JRM’s clients and project teams from project inception to closeout. Antonina can be found on-site reviewing her client’s project and ensuring a successful turnover. She has also been instrumental in expanding the firm’s use of tools such as win/loss debriefs, CRM data analysis, and other methods to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and track success metrics.

As a founder and Managing Member of KABR, he is instrumental in fundraising, structuring JV partnerships, sourcing and acquiring real property and debt. To date, Adam has participated in transactions totaling approximately four million square feet of commercial properties, as well as thousands of residential units, hotels and new development land with over 3000 units of entitlements. Prior to joining KABR, he focused on acquisition, development, management and disposition of real estate for a multi-billion dollar healthcare company.

A 20-year CBRE veteran, David Opper is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Since joining the firm, Mr. Opper has represented a wide range of Fortune 500 tenants, institutions and privately held companies in the leasing and disposition of real estate holdings, both in the Tri-State region and nationally. He currently leads a team of 15 professionals.

Mr. Opper largely serves global multimarket occupier clients, providing detailed strategies and “big picture” insights to increase operational efficiencies and enhance the performance of his client’s real estate portfolios. Mr. Opper has deep experience in Financial Services, Technology and the Life Sciences sectors. He is known for his many long-term client relationships, as well as his ability to creatively strategize on behalf of his clients—combining extraordinary interpersonal and analytical skills to gain customer confidence.

David Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe is the Co-Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff &

Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements.

Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe has been featured or quoted in a wide variety of local and national publications, including Forbes.com, GlobeSt.com, Marketwatch.com, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Law.com, Law360.com, The New York Law Journal, and Commerce Magazine.

Mr. Wolfe has a track record of obtaining significant assessment reductions on behalf

of his clients.

Examples of those assessment reductions include:

• Reduced hotel assessment from $188 million to $131million;

• Reduced multi-family assessment from $116 million to $67 million;

• Reduced office assessment from $115.5 million to $90million;

• Reduced supermarket anchored center from $66.9 million to $46 million;

• Reduced nursing home assessment from $36 million to $10.1million;

• Reduced big box retail assessment from $21.3 million to $13.4 million;

• Reduced office assessment from $27.8 million to $6.5million.

Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and

Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory

investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes.

Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is

the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a

young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the

ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members.

Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated

from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects.

Jeremy Neuer is a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Jeremy specializes in office investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Since 2017, he’s been involved in more than $2 billion of office sales.

Prior to JLL, Jeremy was co-lead of Capital Markets for CBRE NJ, focusing on office transactions. After an 18-year leasing career, he transitioned to Capital Markets in 2016 to leverage his unique experience with respect to the workplace–and how buildings need to change to meet the needs of modern occupiers. His success in leasing, on both the tenant and landlord side, gives him a distinct perspective to drive asset value and provide comprehensive advisory to owners and investors.

Alan has forty years of experience in serving private business owners in diverse industries including Real Estate, Retail Supermarkets, Manufacturing and Distribution and Professional Services. Alan's primary client focus is advising business owners and high net worth individuals on tax, succession, mergers/acquisitions, financial reporting and business strategy.

Alan started his career in Massachusetts and then joined SobelCo in 1987 where he spent the next thirty five years. In 2023, the SobelCo team joined CLA.
