As Chief Executive Officer and Principal, Tim Henkel provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for

nearly 520 Pennrose employees who support development and management activities in 17 states and

the District of Columbia. Tim assumed this role in 2025 to guide the company into thoughtful growth,

aligned with development and property management objectives and Pennrose’s mission of transforming

communities.

Tim began his career at Pennrose in 1999, became a principal in 2008, and was named President in

2022, a role in which he made significant contributions to the company's diversification and regional

expansion. In 2023, Tim was pivotal in the creation and launch of Contour Housing Partners, a housing

preservation firm focused on shaping the country’s housing landscape through strategic investments in

communities of need, including the acquisition and preservation of existing affordable housing.

Tim currently serves on the boards of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association and New Jersey

Apartment Association. He is an alumni board member of the William E. Simon School of Business and

serves on the board of Citizens Housing Planning Council in New York City. He previously served on the

boards of Penn Reach and Triple C Housing, two nonprofits dedicated to helping people with special

needs find homes and services. Tim is a frequent panelist and speaker at national and regional real

estate development and finance events.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of

Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University

of Rochester.

Mr. Alexander is a licensed landscape architect with over 15 years of experience leading teams from concept design through construction administration. He has a broad range of private and public sector experience including residential, institutional, and commercial design. His credentials and experience include project management, proposal development, preparation of programs, conceptual solutions, cost estimates and final design production including: contract drawings, custom details, specifications, bid documents, site inspections, shop drawing reviews, presentation, and expert testimony.

Bryan Oos is responsible for the acquisition of apartment development sites in the New York, Washington D.C. and Miami metropolitan areas. Bryan has been responsible for various aspects of the land acquisition, underwriting and approvals for 10 projects built or in the pipeline in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, totaling over 4,300 units.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2011, Bryan was a Vice President of Development at Michaels Development Company, where he worked on the redevelopment of public housing into mixed-income communities. Prior to Michaels, he was a Director of Development at Forest City Residential, where he worked on mixed-use redevelopment projects in the New York and Boston metropolitan areas with a focus on public and private financing structures.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital

Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s

leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey,

New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New

Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career,

he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land

sales.

Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman &

Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He

began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.
