Ed Jaram joined King Street at the start of 2019 to manage project execution in New York and the surrounding markets, and has nearly 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate, both in the US and the UK. Before joining King Street, he ran the in-house construction company for a Manhattan-based developer performing both ground-up and renovation projects, delivering over 1,000,000 sq ft of construction in a three-year period. Before that, he worked for 10 years for Gardiner & Theobald – one of the largest independently-held construction consultancies in the world – and delivered projects with a total value of over $1bn in London, Los Angeles and New York, for clients including the WPP Advertising group, BioMed Realty, and The Dorchester Collection hotel company.

Matthew joined Onyx Equities in 2016. He oversees implementation and execution of asset level business plans for the retail and industrial segments of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Onyx, Matthew served as Vice President at The Goldstein Group for 8 years, where he facilitated over $78 million in lease transactions, and represented over one million square feet of commercial space throughout the metro-New York market.

Matthew graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. In addition, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and IOREBA.

Dr. Johnson is a passionate, hard-working, and disruptive leader that has focused his efforts solely on solving the big problems that our world faces by leading the development, translation and commercialization of paradigm-shifting technologies. Dr. Johnson is currently the President of the New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) where he oversees a team that is focused on accelerating the development of innovative technologies through leveraging the vast resources of NJIT. While a scientist by training, Dr. Johnson is a skilled commercial leader and has built and overseen every aspect of a company from technology licensing to GAAP and IFRS accounting. Dr. Johnson has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List as well as the NJBIZ Power 50 in Healthcare List and has received two patents in addition to multiple publications and federal/state grants.

Ben Dibling is Managing Director of the Penn Center for Innovation (PCI) at the University of Pennsylvania. Ben leads the PCI team in advancing discoveries and ideas resulting from Penn’s research towards new products, services, and/or businesses to provide benefits back to Penn, its inventors, and society. The PCI team actively facilitates a broad range of technology development connections between Penn and the commercial sector, including technology licenses, R&D alliances, sponsored research, and the formation of new ventures.

Prior to joining PCI and Penn in 2016, Ben was Senior Associate Director of Licensing at UCLA. Ben started his career in technology transfer in 2004 at UChicagoTech, the office of technology and intellectual property at the University of Chicago, and was Program Manager in Oncology at the time he moved to UCLA in 2011.

Ben holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine from the University of Leeds and a B.Med.Sc. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Birmingham. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP). Ben is a member of AUTM, LES and prior chair of the Board of Governors for CLP.
