Christian Galanti serves Chief Operating Officer at B&D Holdings, where he oversees the firm's full operating platform while working alongside the investment and acquisitions team to streamline execution and portfolio management. He is also actively engaged with our institutional equity and debt partners on structuring, capital markets, and operational execution. Prior to B&D, Christian worked as a Managing Director at Emerald Creek Capital where he led the firm's opportunistic equity platform and was also involved in debt structuring and loan originations out of the firm's credit fund. Prior to joining Emerald Creek, Christian was a Partner and Principal at Paragon Outcomes Management. At Paragon, he was responsible for building the firm’s real estate platform, which successfully executed over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the capital structure, including $500 million of joint venture and preferred equity transactions in the multifamily, industrial, self-storage and office sectors.

Prior to Zenith, Max was a member of the Finance team for Blackstone Real Estate Partners, where he focused on portfolio management and asset valuations.

Eric Shalek

Eric is primarily responsible for maintaining strong capital markets relationships with Ridgecut Road’s investors and leverage providers, performing detailed due diligence on prospective new acquisitions, and executing the day-to-day operations of Ridgecut’s projects. Prior to co-founding Ridgecut Road, Eric was a member of the debt investments team at Brookfield Asset Management, a $219 billion AUM real estate fund manager. While at Brookfield, he was responsible for the underwriting, origination, and execution of more than 25 transactions with a total capitalization in excess of $2 billion across industrial, office, and multifamily real estate. Prior to Brookfield, Eric was a member of the development team at JDS Development Group and the capital markets team at Hodges Ward Elliott. Eric is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he was an enforcer for the Men’s Club Hockey Team before retiring after two and a half seasons and finding solace coupling his yoga practice with insufferable athletic endeavors.

Nick Dupuis is responsible for leading investments and business development for Realterm in the Northeast region of the United States. He has helped the firm invest over $3.5b in capital across more than 50 transactions during his time with the firm. Nick began his career working in valuation and advisory at the Altus Group. Nick holds a BA from the University of Vermont.

Jessica Lauerhass serves as a Senior Vice President and Regional Executive in

KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate Group. Jessica's responsibilities include advising

and structuring optimal capital solutions for Key’s Institutional Real Estate clients, which

span public and private REITs, REOCs, private equity sponsors, and family offices.

Jessica has a track record of delivering creative debt capital solutions, including the lead

left role in secured and unsecured multi-billion credit facilities, structurally subordinate

financings, interim bridge-to-permanent debt executions, subscription lines, and large-

scale M&A acquisition financing. These executions span a variety of commercial real

estate sectors, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, net-lease, hospitality, office,

and storage. In addition to client responsibilities, Jessica serves as the Team Lead for

the Institutional Real Estate Group’s Boston office.

Jessica joined Key in 2010 through Key National Bank’s rotational program, with

tenures through KeyBank’s Income Property Group, Healthcare Group, and Institutional

Real Estate Group. Jessica holds a dual-degree from The Ohio State University with

a Bachelor’s in Finance (Max M. Fisher College of Business) and Bachelor’s in French

Studies (College of Arts and Sciences). She was a 2018 graduate of the CREW

Leadership Certificate Program and is a member of the 2026/2027 Mortgage Bankers

Association Future Leaders Program.

Jason Lundy is a Managing Director in the New Jersey

office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and a member

of the Northeast Industrial Capital Markets platform. He

represents and advises both institutional and private

clients in the disposition and acquisition, or development

of industrial assets. His expertise includes warehouse,

manufacturing & distribution, shallow-bay & flex product,

outdoor storage, and ground-up development. He also

provides advisory services for equity placement

transactions within the industrial and development

sectors throughout the capital stack including joint

venture equity, preferred equity, and portfolio

recapitalizations.

Prior to moving into a production role at JLL Capital

Markets, Jason worked as an Associate in the New

Jersey office. His primary responsibilities included

preparing investment sales advisory packages for

complex real estate transactions, including research,

financing modeling, and composition of executive

summaries for assets throughout the New York Metro

Area.
