Barry S. Rabner is President and CEO of Princeton HealthCare System, a nonprofit organization that includes University Medical Center of Princeton, Princeton House Behavioral Health, Princeton Rehabilitation Services, Princeton Home Care Services and Princeton Surgical Center. Princeton HealthCare System has 429 beds, 2,997 employees, 67 residents from Rutgers School of Medicine, 75 academic affiliations, and an active medical staff of 1080 physicians. The annual operating budget of PHCS is approximately $400 million. Under Mr. Rabner’s leadership, PHCS opened a new $1.2 billion, 171-acre healthcare campus that includes a $522.7 million replacement acute care hospital, a pediatric outpatient pavilion, a cogeneration plant, an education center, a fitness and wellness center, a medical office building, and a skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. A child day care center, an adult day care center, an assisted living facility, and an independent living community are under development.

As Principal and CEO, Michael oversees all aspects of Microdesk’s sales, marketing, consulting and software development operations. He has been instrumental in developing technology plans and implementation strategies for organizations and government agencies throughout the United States and Europe. A sought after thought leader within AECO, Michael has participated in numerous industry events and panel discussions presented by Autodesk, Bisnow, and BuiltWorlds. His published commentaries on technology, sustainability and urbanization appear in business and trade publications. His experience and knowledge of the industry has led to interviews on a major regional cable network and popular industry podcasts.

Paula Crowley is Chairman and a founder of Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm's Wilmington, DE, office.

Ms. Crowley spent eight years as Development Director with The Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland where she was responsible for the development of urban retail projects. Her career began at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City. As Chairman of Anchor Health Properties, Ms. Crowley brings a retail approach to navigating competitive healthcare markets.

Ms. Crowley received a BA from Middlebury College, a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

Daniel Rashin

Daniel L. Rashin is Co-President and Chief Executive Officer for the Rockefeller Group. Mr. Rashin leads the company’s strategy and business initiatives, with an emphasis on Development and Core Holdings in New York and nationally.

Prior to being named Co-President, Mr. Rashin was Executive Vice President, Urban Development and Regional Development Officer, New York Region for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, responsible for leading the company’s urban development projects across the country as well as development projects in New York City. Mr. Rashin has also been Senior Vice President, Investments, for the Rockefeller Group.

Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Rashin spent over 20 years at Hines Interests. His first 10 years at Hines were spent primarily in development with involvement in projects in New York City, Washington, D.C. and in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Rashin left Hines in 1994 and joined The Yarmouth Group, a subsidiary of the Australian real estate company, Lend Lease. During his time there he was CEO of Lend Lease’s Australian real estate investment management group and CEO of its European investment management group. He returned to Hines in 2001 and worked on National Office Partners, a Hines CalPERS joint venture. He later became its portfolio manager and was also the portfolio manager for the Hines CalPERS Green Development Fund.

Mr. Rashin is a graduate of Williams College where he earned a BA in Economics. He also holds a JD from Harvard Law School.

Richard Miller

Since 1998, Richard P. Miller has served as president and CEO of Virtua, a non-profit healthcare system offering a full continuum of primary, preventative, wellness, acute and long-term care Miller has led Virtua in innovative directions by creating a values-based culture defined by the "Star Initiative," adopting Six Sigma, and transforming a group of community-based hospitals into technologically advanced regional medical centers. In addition to an enterprise alliance with GE Healthcare, Virtua has formed clinical alliances with nationally renowned organizations such as Penn Medicine and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Miller has been recognized nationally with appointments to the Leadership Advisory Council of the Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare (CTH) and to the Governing Council of Healthcare Executives for the American Hospital Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as a trustee of the National Quality Forum.

Michael A. Noto serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services for Welltower. He is responsible for

ensuring that the operations, finance and leasing departments of Welltower’s Outpatient Medical portfolio

provide hospital clients and physician tenants with quality property management services, timely management

information, and a wide array of leasing services. Mr. Noto has been with the company since September 2001.

Mr. Noto spent 13 years as a banking executive with responsibilities including commercial and real estate

lending, credit administration, and the management and workout of tens of millions of dollars of real estate

assets. During his 17 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Noto was directly involved in the financing,

management, acquisition and disposition of millions of dollars of real estate.

Mr. Noto is a member of BOMA International and has participated on panel discussions at the Medical Office

Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conferences.

Mr. Noto received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and a law degree

from Pace University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida.

William J. (Bill) Colgan is one of the founding members and Managing Partner of Community Healthcare Associates, LLC (“CHA”), a full-service healthcare real estate development firm. Bill directs all business development, strategic planning, and financial operations of the firm. With its business plan focused on repurposing former healthcare facilities, CHA has successfully converted three (3) closed acute care hospitals into thriving medical malls. Prior to founding CHA, Bill co-founded Armanti Financial Services (“Armanti”), which became one of the region’s largest healthcare service providers until its sale in 2006. Armanti was an industry leader, managing the business offices for hospitals, healthcare systems and doctors across the country. Bill also developed one of New Jersey’s largest Management Service Organizations (MSOs), with over 70 locations.

In addition to healthcare real estate, Bill has also developed over $250 million of real estate assets across the Tri-State area. Bill’s most recently completed project, as one of the Township of Bloomfield’s designated redevelopers, is the transit-oriented, mixed-use redevelopment project boasting 60,000 square feet of retail space, 224 residential apartments and a 476 car structured parking deck.

Mr. Colgan received a BS from Rutgers, College of Engineering and is a member of the Advisory Board for Rutgers Business School, Center for Real Estate.

Bill Van Horn is Director, Project Management at Macro Consultants where clients rely on his 30 years of experience in local, national and international projects to manage the design and construction process toward meeting their specific needs. Over the course of his career, Bill has built a reputation as a leader among his peers for his expertise in successfully executing complex building Programs for multiple stakeholders. Acting as his clients’ advocate, Bill’s detail‐oriented focus allows him to excel at implementing projects both large and small, whether multi‐phase renovations or new construction. He is a strong proponent of using sustainable design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to his clients’ lasting benefit. They recognize his effective hands‐on management of people, schedules and budgets. With his concentration in healthcare, Bill was most recently with New York Presbyterian Hospital as a Project Manager for in‐house Design and Construction projects. There, he earned his clients’ respect for delivering projects that exceeded their expectations. Prior to New York Presbyterian, Bill held the position of Associate Vice President at Cannon Design, working on projects for NYU Medical Center, New York Hospital Queens, and South Nassau Communities Hospital. Since 1985, Bob has been a principal of Atkins Companies, serving as a Managing Partner overseeing all facets of the firm's operations. Areas of particular expertise extend to entitlement, development, financing, construction, and management functions for the numerous projects the company develops under various ownership entities. His experience has led to being invited to speak as a panelist at national healthcare/medical office conferences. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several years in marketing and advertising in New York City. Engaged in many civic and charitable activities, he served as a member of his local Board of Education, chairing its Buildings & Grounds and Negotiations committees. He also served as president of the high school booster club, was a member of the board of directors of his town's Little League, and continues to be involved in fundraising for many charitable organizations including The Valerie Fund and Homeless Solutions. In 2002, he and his brother Chick were honored by B'nai B'rith International with the Gold Medallion Award for outstanding community service. He is a cum laude graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Bush

Andrew is the Vice President of Real Estate and Special Projects at Cooper. He is responsible for oversight of Cooper’s real estate including all transactions, strategy around suburban expansion, consolidation of existing facilities and all financing related to real estate. Andrew is also actively working with Cooper’s institutional partners, including Rowan University and Rutgers University, in planning an anchor based strategy to stabilize and redevelop Camden.

Prior to joining Cooper, Andrew worked as a consultant to a variety of healthcare and real estate firms. He has also held a variety of positions at Tishman Speyer Properties, a global real estate company; Brandywine Realty Trust, a Philadelphia based office REIT; and S. A. Miro, Inc., a Denver based engineering consulting firm.

Andrew received his BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, MEng in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew lives in Havertown with his wife Nelle and their four children.
