John brings over 20 years of executive corporate real estate management expertise, with a strong track record of building successful strategies for clients in complex real estate environments. As the VP of Business Development at Shaw Industries, John works closely with strategic financial equity clients to develop long-term strategies that address capital renewal needs across intricate portfolios. His ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare and senior living real estate, combined with a focus on cost management, sustainability, and operational efficiency, ensures tailored solutions that meet both client objectives and market demands.

John’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at CBRE, where he gained global expertise across multiple industry sectors, Terwilliger Plaza as the VP Operations for 1,000+ resident community and skilled nursing facility, and Oregon Health Sciences University, where he managed over 3 million square feet of complex academic and research facilities and infrastructure. His diverse background also encompasses manufacturing, product development, and hospitality, all of which inform his unique approach to real estate strategy. This breadth of experience is built on the foundation of being a noncommissioned officer in the US Army as a decorated combat medic and trauma nurse deployed to multiple combat zones. This enables John to deliver creative, people-first solutions that drive lasting business results.

Beyond his professional achievements, John enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and traveling the globe with his wife, Dyann, savoring food and wine from around the world.

Andrew is the Vice President of Real Estate and Special Projects at Cooper. He is responsible for oversight of Cooper’s real estate including all transactions, strategy around suburban expansion, consolidation of existing facilities and all financing related to real estate. Andrew is also actively working with Cooper’s institutional partners, including Rowan University and Rutgers University, in planning an anchor based strategy to stabilize and redevelop Camden.

Prior to joining Cooper, Andrew worked as a consultant to a variety of healthcare and real estate firms. He has also held a variety of positions at Tishman Speyer Properties, a global real estate company; Brandywine Realty Trust, a Philadelphia based office REIT; and S. A. Miro, Inc., a Denver based engineering consulting firm.

Andrew received his BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, MEng in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew lives in Havertown with his wife Nelle and their four children.

Vincent Della Donna, AIA, is a healthcare consultant and a Past President of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health. Having spent much of his professional career as a client representative, he has the unique ability to understand healthcare clients’ needs. He is the founding principal of his Healthcare Architecture Planning consulting firm and as a leader of consulting services, and select projects, Vincent is an advocate for professional services that are deeply responsive to client needs. Mr. Della Donna has over three decades of experience, with a healthcare focus for more than twenty-five years. He strongly believes in giving back to the healthcare community and does so through volunteering as a board member and current President of The Foundation for Health Environments Research, as a board member for Ocean Health Initiatives and as a committee chair with the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health. He maintains active membership with the American Institute of Architects, the Academy of Architecture for Health, the American Hospital Association, and speaks nationally on healthcare topics.

Christopher Horch joined JB&B in 2002, now serves as an Associate Partner, and is part of the

leadership team for the firm’s growing Philadelphia practice. His current responsibilities include

project management, coordination, design, calculations, field observations and the preparation

of construction documents. He has led the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning

systems for varied market sectors nationwide and throughout the world, including university, life

science, commercial office, hospitality and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Horch has provided expertise for life science projects such as Penn Medicine’s 3600 Civic

Center Boulevard Overbuild (core and shell and lab fit-outs) as well as infrastructure upgrades

at The Curtis Center, both in Philadelphia. His work on major financial institutions includes

various sites for major financial clients in New York and New Jersey, and his developer building

and infrastructure experience includes One Vanderbilt, TWA Hotel at JFK International Airport

and 1212 Avenue of the Americas. He has also assisted JB&B with the construction of premier

research facilities, such as cyclotron projects at both NYU Langone Health and Memorial Sloan

Kettering in New York City. His experience in higher education includes the NYU Tandon

School of Engineering BioMedical Engineering and Chemical Biomolecular Engineering

Renovation, Barnard College’s Roy and Diana Vagelos Science Center, and John Jay College

of Criminal Justice, all in New York.

Mr. Horch earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh

University and is a licensed Professional Engineer; a LEED Accredited Professional; and a

Certified Energy Auditor. He is a member of ASHRAE, a member of the Young Professionals

Committee of the New York Building Congress, a member of the NYC Builds Bio+ Life Sciences

Committee, and a member of the New York City Mechanical Code Committee. Mr. Horch also

serves as an Expert Peer Review Committee member for the Council on Tall Buildings and

Urban Habitat (CTBUH).

Kimberly White is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience at Hilti, specializing in the healthcare and commercial facility markets. Over the course of her career, she has held key roles including Regional Manager, Fire Protection Specialist and Healthcare Business Develop, further deepening her leadership and technical expertise.

Her extensive knowledge of firestop systems and compliance has made her a trusted resource in the Healthcare built environment. Kimberly has led hundreds of firestop training sessions, conducted jobsite and facility walkthroughs, and participated in construction and maintenance meetings, helping ensure safety and regulatory adherence in healthcare facilities and construction.

Kimberly is actively engaged in industry organizations. She serves as a Board Member for HFMADV (Healthcare Facilities Management Association of the Delaware Valley) and contributes as a Committee Member for the AMFPGNY Golf Outing Committee, supporting networking and fundraising efforts within the healthcare facilities community.

Kimberly is also an Executive Board Member of Greater Than the Game, a New Jersey-based nonprofit that uses digital storytelling to inspire resilience and positivity by sharing real-life stories of athletes who’ve overcome adversity.

Outside of work, Kimberly is a passionate blues singer with The Incinerators Blues Band, bringing soulful energy to the stage. She’s also a dedicated CrossFit athlete, embracing strength and endurance both professionally and personally.

Since joining Atkins Companies in 2012, Cory has been involved with the development, investment, financing, and property management of the expanding portfolio of properties. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey. Cory earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in real estate and risk management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Business.

Albert Lord is an Director Development Finance with Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm’s Media, PA office.

As a key member of the investments and acquisitions team, Albert is intimately involved in deals through the investment lifecycle with responsibilities focused on souring, underwriting, financing,

valuing, and closing healthcare real estate acquisitions.

Albert has significant involvement in the healthcare real estate sector. To date, Albert has worked on more than $700 million of medical office and healthcare real estate transactions and has overseen the

publication of Anchor’s proprietary internal research database.

Mr. Lord graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University, with majors in Finance and Real

Estate.

Mr. Wolfe is the Co-Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff &

Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements.

Mr. Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and

Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory

investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes.

Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is

the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a

young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the

ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members.

Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated

Matthew Haines is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience across multiple building sectors. Over the course of his career, he has served in both operational and financial capacities, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex projects with precision.

As Associate Director at Cumming Group, Matt excels at building strong partnerships with clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring that project goals are not only met but frequently exceeded in terms of design, quality, schedule, and budget. His expertise spans value engineering, financial reporting, and risk analysis, and he is known for applying creative, innovative problem-solving to provide clients with strategic guidance.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.

Kelly is Assistant Vice President of Planning & Design for RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH), an academic health system partnering with communities to build and sustain a healthier New Jersey. A licensed Architect with over 27 years of experience, Kelly is passionate about Healthcare Design, so much so, she shifted to the owner’s side of the table in 2019 to join her long-term client team at RWJBH. Kelly values strategic, holistic planning and consensus-driven collaboration in the Design process, which, when combined effectively, can yield excellent outcomes for facilities and spaces that empower clinicians to offer outstanding, compassionate care that fosters a safe and welcome atmosphere for patients. Herself a patient with a complex disease, Kelly carries an empathetic, patient-forward attitude in her approach to Planning and Design and encourages colleagues and vendors to seek thoughtful, flexible solutions throughout Planning, Design and Construction of capital projects.

Kelly currently serves as Vice President of the North/Central New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). She holds certifications by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Kelly is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), its Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH), and the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). She is a Registered Architect in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Kelly earned a five-year professional, accredited Bachelor of Architecture, cum laude from Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University, in 1998.

Elizabeth Sullivan is a Principal and Co-Regional Leader of HOK’s Healthcare Practice in the Northeast Region, with a 20+ year career dedicated to healthcare planning, design, and construction. She has extensive experience across a range of building types — including academic medical centers, ambulatory care facilities, medical office buildings, laboratories, and multi-family residential developments.

Elizabeth’s career reflects a unique blend of owner-side insight and consulting expertise. Before joining HOK, she served as Associate Vice President of Architecture at Northwell Health and Director of Facilities and Real Estate Planning for Montefiore Health System, where she gained firsthand understanding of the client perspective. Earlier, she was Healthcare Practice Leader at NK Architects and an Associate Principal at Perkins Eastman, both in New York City.

She is also an Adjunct Professor at the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID), where she teaches The Business of Healthcare to graduate students in the Master of Professional Studies program in Healthcare Design. Elizabeth previously served as Co-Chair of the AIA New York Design for Health Committee (2018–2023) and was reappointed for the 2025-2027 term, and holds LEED GA and EDAC credentials.

Her leadership emphasizes collaborative engagement, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making — guiding multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive designs, actionable master plans, and innovative healthcare environments that advance care delivery and support the evolving needs of patients, providers, and communities.

Jonathan C. Hernandez has designed new construction work

as well as renovations and rehabilitations. He is the lead

partner of the GMS Hospitals and Healthcare initiative.

Jonathan’s projects include the infrastructure and facility

upgrades at Lenox Hill Hospital and MEETH on the Upper

East Side, a new Central Utility Plant and Mother Baby

Hospital Wing at Staten Island University Hospital and

repurposing of existing big box retail space into new

Medical Facilities. Recently completed projects include a

new orthopedic practice in Tarrytown New York, a new

Ambulatory Care Facility in Union Turnpike, Queens and a

new Orthopedic – PT Facility in Scarsdale NY.

Jonathan is the President of the Structural Engineers

Association of New York (SEAoNY) and is a past member of

the Board of Directors of the National Council of Structural

Engineers Associations (NCSEA). He is certified by the

Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB), and a

member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), CoreNet

Global, The Architectural League of New York, the American

Conor Devine is a project executive with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry. He is recognized for his results-oriented approach and ability to effectively resolve complex project challenges. Having been involved with multiple healthcare construction projects over the past decade with Skanska, Conor is currently a project executive on the nearly complete RWJBarnabas Health, Melchiorre Cancer Center in Livingston, NJ. In addition to his experience at RWJBH, Conor worked on the WMC Health, Westchester Medical Center, Ambulatory Care Pavilion in Valhalla, NY and the Garnet Health Medical Center, Physician Office Building and Cancer Center project in Middletown, NY.

Conor has also worked on several other projects across other market sectors including the award-winning St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine Reconstruction at World Trade Center, as well as the MetLife Stadium and Seating Modifications to meet the 2026 FIFA World Cup pitch requirements. He is skilled at understanding client's visions and translating them into action plans that deliver tangible results.
