Corey Welp is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of fifteenfortyseven

Critical Systems Realty ("1547"). Mr. Welp is responsible for defining and implementing

the firm's investment strategy, overseeing portfolio construction, financial modeling, risk

assessment, asset acquisition, and property monetization. He is also actively engaged

in securing debt and equity capital and maintaining investor relations. Under his

leadership, 1547 has successfully completed sixteen data center acquisitions across

eight U.S. states and Canada, deploying approximately $1.2 billion to acquire and

develop assets comprising approximately 1.95 million square feet and 219 Megawatts

of power. With his expertise, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to excellence,

Mr. Welp continues to lead his Dallas-based team in their commitment to building a

portfolio of world-class data center assets, driving the continued growth and success of

1547.

Prior to founding 1547, Mr. Welp established Oak Star Partners, a consulting firm that

specialized in supporting alternative investment management firms in structuring their

investment offerings and raising capital. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions

in both boutique and major investment management firms, such as Henderson Global,

AIM Investments, and Enterprise Capital Management, where he primarily worked in

investment sales. Through his extensive network, he secured over $4 billion for

investment opportunities across various asset classes, including technology and real

estate.

Mr. Welp graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ColoHouse, LLC, a

national provider of colocation, cloud, managed and bare metal services.

As CEO and Managing Partner in fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547), Todd is involved with running the operations of the business as well as business development and firm strategy. Mr. Raymond has a reputation of successfully building enterprise value, taking companies from start up to executing an exit strategy. Prior to joining 1547, Mr. Raymond served as CEO, President, COO, General Counsel, Controller and a Director of The Telx Group, Inc. during which time he guided the company through multiple financings, acquisitions, SEC registration and two sales to private equity firms. Prior to joining Telx, Mr. Raymond was a founder of Stratus Services Group, Inc., an engineering and staffing services company, and served as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. During his tenure, he guided Stratus through multiple private capital raises, the acquisition of over a dozen businesses, and in April 2000, the Initial Public Offering of the company’s stock on NASDAQ. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School of Union University and is completing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Finance Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to founding Turning Rock Partners, Ms. Arvedlund was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group where she spent eight years. Fortress Investment Group is a global investment firm. While at Fortress, Ms. Arvedlund was responsible for private equity and debt investments for the Fortress Partners Fund, a multi-strategy vehicle which invested across asset classes and capital structures. During her tenure at Fortress Partner Fund, Ms. Arvedlund served on the Investment Committee from 2010-2015 and allocated capital across the alternative landscape including hedged equity, private equity, real estate, distressed and other hard assets. Prior to joining Fortress, Ms. Arvedlund worked at Hall Capital Partners where she held roles in the portfolio management and research divisions. Hall Capital Partners is a privately held registered investment advisory firm. Prior to Hall Capital Partners, Ms. Arvedlund held a number of senior operating roles in several privately held businesses. Ms. Arvedlund received a BS with Honors from Vanderbilt University in Economics and an MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Regina is a sales and marketing professional in the field of critical energy infrastructure and energy efficiency. In her current position as Business Development Manager with Con Edison of New York, Inc., she is responsible for helping C&I customers meet their sustainability and efficiency goals by discovering energy savings within their facilities. Regina is the lead contact for government entities and assists in the processing of Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) for all federal agencies. Additionally,

Regina brings her expertise to clients with critical energy needs in data centers, and in leased and multi-tenant spaces. A large focus of her work in data centers involves encouraging customers to consider increased use of cooling and containment systems, reduction in servers, efficient use of lighting and sensors as well as other improvements or replacements involving Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) systems that can garner greater efficiencies and large dollar incentives for the ongoing management and maintenance of their data centers. Regina has been with the Con Edison family of companies for nearly 20 years. She began as an Account Executive with Con Edison Solutions in 2001, and had successive positions within sales, operations and management. While at Con Edison Solutions, Regina was responsible for the sale of electricity and gas to commercial customers. She demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit overseeing the successful launch of the Small Commercial Business, a niche unit that grew quickly with impressive annual revenues. Since joining Con Edison in 2014, Regina has been driving her customers toward greater sustainability and responsible use of their energy. Regina holds a BBA in Business Economics and Public Policy from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She is pursuing her MBA in Managerial Analytics and Marketing from Mercy College.

Sandeep recently was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Saint Gobain Construction

Products North America, had responsibility for shaping the Information Technology (IT) strategy and

leading the Construction Products IT organization. He was responsible for working closely with leaders

across Saint Gobain to ensure that IT accelerates innovation, lead and drive digital transformation,

delivers against key business performance goals and helps drive growth initiatives. He was also a

member of the Saint Gobain Corporate Foundation Inc. Committee.

Prior to joining Saint Gobain, Sandeep was Senior Director and IT Executive for Johnson and Johnson,

the largest healthcare products and drugs manufacturer globally. Prior to that, Sandeep was Global

Technology Director for Synthes, Medical Device Company. Before joining Synthes, he was Senior

Manager and Engagement Executive for Deloitte Consulting where he served many fortunes 500 and

Global companies across the world in various industry sectors; helping them transforming various

businesses functions and delivering key and strategic engagements.

Sandeep also participates in various nonprofit and charitable activities such as YearUp, Women

Leadership in Technology including key note speakers to chairs to many CIO Governing Bodies and

Frank McCann is a 30 year veteran of Verizon and Verizon Wireless, focusing on data center design, retrofits and greenfield builds. He has held several leadership roles within Verizon, most recently leading the Potomac Region’s Wireline Network Construction team. Frank also recently lead the Global Wireline Standards team, which encompassed all of Verizon Wireline’s network facilities worldwide.

Outside of his day job, Frank is on the Executive Board for Monmouth Council of Scouting America as well as Assistant Scoutmaster for his son’s troop. He lives at the beautiful Jersey Shore.

Brett is a mission critical Project Executive and Northeast group leader for the Advanced

Technology-Mission Critical Core Market group at DPR Construction, one of the top technical

builders and data center/telecom contractors in the United States.

His previous experience as Director of Engineering (overseeing the design of over 200 data

centers) gives him a unique understanding of the construction, renovation and commissioning of

complex data center projects. Brett is a valuable team player, technical lead, and trusted partner

with over 36 years of experience in power quality and mission critical facility design and

construction.

Brett has worked on data center projects for industry leaders such as Bank of America,

Bloomberg, Citicorp, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, HBO Latin America Group, Merck

and Company, QTS and TD Bank.

Mark Sander has over 25 years of industry experience in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products industries. Daniel Morreale is a Healthcare Technology Executive dedicated to improving quality and safety within
