Linda J. Isaacson is Partner and Head of ESG & Impact at ACRE. She is responsible for leading the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, and ensuring that ongoing investment decisions, operational actions and overall business philosophy reflect its core principles and those of its investors, including environmental justice, economic equality, social initiatives, and transparency.

Isaacson also serves as Chair of ACRE’s Venture and Impact Capital vertical, working closely with the firm’s Founding Partners to form and manage investment vehicles focused on early-stage companies and technologies aimed at creating social impact and disruption related to the built environment, sustainable communities, climate tech, health tech and other emerging priorities.

Isaacson is a globally recognized strategic thinker, accelerator of change, and developer of high-impact organizational cultures, with a deep understanding of the environmental, societal, technological factors reshaping the built environment. Prior to ACRE, she was Senior Managing Director, Global Innovation + Technology for Ferguson Partners.

She currently serves as both an Americas Executive Board Member and a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and as a member of the board of Local Logic, CRETech as well board advisor and mentor to numerous other organizations and founders. Ms. Isaacson is Chair of Urban Land Institute’s Global Exchange Council; a member of PREA’s Innovation Affinity Group; WX, New York Women Executives in Real Estate; and Chief, a private network of the most influential senior women leaders in the United States.

A native of South Africa, she is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a master’s degree from Boston University.

Elena Alschuler is Head of Sustainability for LaSalle’s Americas region, and acts as a central leader for all of the sustainability and climate risk initiatives. She works closely with Portfolio Management, Acquisitions and Asset Management on goals and resources, property-level activities and reporting efforts. Prior to joining LaSalle, Elena led go-to-market strategy for a building technology startup. She also previously worked at the US Department of Energy in Washington, DC as a Building Technologies Project Manager, as well as the MIT Department of Urban Studies & Planning in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and HR&A Advisors in New York. She has a Bachelor's degree from Bard College, and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.

Sara Neff is a Partner and General Manager of Sustainability for Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation team.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of Sustainability, Lendlease Americas, where she provided leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region.

Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy was recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020. She is a LEED Fellow and holds a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Sarah King is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty, working to advance the sustainability performance of all new and existing buildings in the Kilroy portfolio. She leads the sustainability team and its efforts on operational & embodied carbon, energy efficiency, renewable energy, health & wellness, water use & waste reductions, and positive social impact.

Sarah has been working in the sustainability field for over 20 years. Prior to joining Kilroy, she held sustainability roles at Skanska USA Commercial Development and DuPont. She has also worked for several NGOs, including Climate Mayors and the Environmental Law Institute.

She earned a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business. Sarah holds LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and WELL AP credentials. She volunteers on the Net Impact Advisory Board at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and sits on the Advisory Board of the Carbon Leadership Forum. Sarah is an Aspen Institute Catto Fellow.

Karen Mahrous is a Senior Vice President and the Head of ESG for Clarion Partners. She is the Chair of the Firm’s ESG Committee. Karen oversees the ESG team and the Firm’s global ESG strategy, including Net Zero, resilience, efficiency, diversity and health and wellness initiatives. She works with many groups across the Firm to enhance and execute Clarion’s ESG strategy. Prior to joining Clarion, Karen was with CodeGreen Solutions as Director of ESG and Decarbonization Programs. In her time with CodeGreen she oversaw corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, green and wellness building certifications, stakeholder engagement, greenhouse gas accounting and other work for many real estate organizations. She is a member of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) North America Benchmark Committee, Urban Land Institute and Urban Green Council. She holds LEED AP and WELL AP accreditations. Karen holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego.

Becca Timms the Director of ESG at Jamestown. She leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program and the Jamestown Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Rushin worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a LEED AP O+M credential. Ms. Rushin is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and Community Farmers Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.

Christina Weber is Vice President of Strategic Growth and Client Solutions at Stok, a provider of

integrated sustainability and high-performance building services. In this role, she helps create and

implement strategies to ensure Stok achieves its impact goals globally, while remaining customer-

obsessed along the way. Christina has nearly two decades of business development experience,

including global account management for purpose-driven companies servicing the commercial real

estate and AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industries. She is a passionate advocate

for her clients—a portfolio that ranges from startups to Fortune 10 companies—advising on

meaningful solutions impacting their business and operations. Christina is a LEED Green Associate

and holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate in Workplace Strategy (MCR.w) designation from

CoreNet Global, where she is an active member of the Northern California Chapter and serves on

both the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB), CRE Awards and Sustainability committees.

Additionally, Christina spent eight years on the U.S. Green Building Council’s Market Leadership

Advisory Board. Christina has earned a Certificate of Executive Education for Sustainable Leadership

from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, her M.A. in International Affairs from The

Australian National University and her B.A. in International Business and Politics from Central

College.
