John Ramous is the Partner in Nevada for Dermody Properties and is responsible for the company’s existing Nevada portfolio as well as new industrial speculative and build-to-suit projects and acquisitions throughout the state.

Mr. Ramous was previously Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Schnitzer Properties where he managed an industrial portfolio of more than 10 million square feet in southern Nevada. While with the company, he was responsible for the sourcing and oversight of all acquisition and development projects in southern Nevada as well as major leasing, capital, operating, budget and management decisions within the region.

A 30 + year real estate veteran, Mr. Ramous has also served as Portfolio Manager with First Industrial Realty Trust, Senior Real Estate Manager with Mutual Benefit Life Assurance Corporation and Senior Acquisition Associate at Prudential’s PGIM.

Mr. Ramous holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut. He is a recent Corporate Board Member of the NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a Past Chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Past President of its Henderson Development Association. He’s also an Executive Advisory Board member at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ Lee Business School. Ramous served as a North Las Vegas Mayor’s Financial Advisory Council member and was a member of Congressman Heck’s Economic Advisory Task Force.

John Orsak is a 23-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and serves as Executive Vice President. John and his team are responsible for Development, Acquisitions, Leasing, Property and Project Management across Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. John has been successful in developing over 13 million sq. ft. during his time at Lincoln Property Company. John also oversees the leasing and management efforts of a nearly 26 million sq. ft. portfolio of Class A office and industrial projects valued at over $2 billion.

Phillip Dunning is the Partner for the Southern Nevada office with Panattoni Development Company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been with Panattoni since 2021. Prior to being a Partner, Phillip served as a Senior Development Manger for the Southern Nevada office.

As a Local Partner he is responsible for identifying opportunities for development, underwriting the investment, achieving entitlements, managing the design and construction, leasing and disposition of assets.

Phillip started his development career working as a third party broker in Las Vegas and nationally. During his brokerage tenure he assisted in the development of a national fast food brand in Las Vegas which included ground up entitlements, construction and remodel of existing space. Prior to joining Panattoni, Phillip moved to a full time development role with a local firm, developing restaurants and multifamily projects.

Phillip earned his CCIM designation in 2011, he is a NAIOP of Southern Nevada Board Member and current Treasurer. He is active in the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter as a past member of the board of directors and past president. Phillip is a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs and golf committee.

Mr. Mattox is a Principal at MCA Realty and is responsible for directing the investment related activities including the acquisition, development and disposition of all investments, as well as oversight on the firms asset management. Mr. Mattox has over 33 years of broad based real estate experience and is a California licensed real estate broker.

Prior to MCA Realty, Mr. Mattox was the Principal Owner of Mattox Property Services, an opportunistic real estate investment and development company that identified and acquired underperforming assets. In this role, he managed all facets of the repositioning process, including acquisitions, financial underwriting, debt and equity capitalization and physical due diligence. Prior to the formation of Mattox Property Services, Mr. Mattox was employed by CBRE and during his tenure rose to the level of Senior Vice President, the highest office available to producers at the time of his departure. Mr. Mattox is married with a daughter, and lives in Laguna Niguel, California. In his spare time he enjoys golf, skiing, travel, sporting events and time with family.

A Las Vegas native and heir to a storied hospitality family, Lorenzo Doumani has spent a lifetime shaping the landscape of luxury hospitality, real estate development, and historic preservation. Beginning his career in the family’s iconic resort properties, he gained firsthand experience under the influence of industry visionaries including Jay Sarno and Steve Wynn.

Doumani earned his undergraduate business degree from USC and later received his MBA from UCLA. Combining formal business training with hands-on development experience, he has successfully designed, developed, and built several luxury estates in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, earning a reputation for blending timeless architecture with modern luxury. In 2000, Doumani founded Majestic Resorts, focusing on the acquisition, revitalization, and repositioning of landmark hospitality assets while overseeing significant real estate and resort transactions throughout the region. His career has been defined by a passion for preserving historic properties while creating forward-looking destinations that honor the rich heritage of the communities they serve.

Among his most notable preservation projects is the restoration and reimagining of the historic Park Hill Estate, originally built in 1923 by C.F. DeWitt, the developer credited with creating the original Hollywoodland sign. The estate stands today as a showcase of Old Hollywood glamour thoughtfully integrated with contemporary luxury and amenities.

From the legendary La Concha and El Morocco, to the iconic Tropicana, Golden Nugget, and the famed Peppermill restaurant, the Doumani family’s influence has been woven into the fabric of Las Vegas for generations. Today, Lorenzo continues that legacy through Majestic Resorts, combining a deep respect for history with an entrepreneurial vision for the future of luxury hospitality, real estate, and destination development.

Gary is a 30-year Las Vegas hospitality veteran with experience in large scale, integrated resorts. His experience includes direct supervision of hotel, casino and food & beverage operations, finance, compliance, marketing, player development, daylife/nightlife and entertainment. He has held senior executive leadership positions at MGM Resorts International and was also the property General Manager at Hard Rock Las Vegas for five years. In this role, he was responsible for an integrated resort that generated upwards of $220M in annual revenue with over 2,000 employees, 1,500 rooms and multiple entertainment venues and F&B operations.

Most recently, Gary joined JC Hospitality, the ownership group at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas ("VHLV"), as the COO. He managed operations and development and oversaw the rebranding efforts of VHLV. This included the design and construction groups that were responsible for the $300M renovation. At the completion of the project, his role expanded into overseeing the development efforts of JC Hospitality’s portfolio, sourcing investment opportunities, identifying concepts/strategic partners and negotiating contracts for new projects.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from UNLV.

Judy began working in hospitality after an internship with hotelier Andre Balazs. Prior to her position at Dream - Hyatt Hotels, she was Director of Design and Development at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood where she was responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and management opportunities as well as overseeing property renovations and new construction. She held the same position at the corporate office of Thompson Hotels (now Sixty Collective) in New York City from 2008-2011. She has also worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, assisting with asset sales, hotel valuations, development advisory and management selection. As a lecturer at NYU’s Real Estate Institute, Judy implemented its first hotel development overview course for its graduate program, where she is an alum. Judy holds a BS in architecture design from the University of Virginia and a MS in real estate development from New York University. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Candra is a Principal and Studio Director based in Gensler’s Las Vegas office, who is focused on design and business development. She brings over 16 years of experience to her role as a Hospitality Interiors Studio Director and Co-Hospitality Leader for Gensler’s Southwest region. NCIDQ certified and LEED accredited, her technical interiors skills match the breadth and depth of her creative expertise. She believes that integrated teams of diverse mindsets push the limits of design. Candra guides the growth of hospitality brands through comprehensive conceptual and design leadership, overseeing all aspects of project development.

Applying the latest trends in design and technology, Candra brings clients a fresh perspective to create new experiences for their guests through story-led design. Her primary passion is client relationships followed by design excellence, talent development, and advancing the design process with innovative efficiencies during the design process. Many of the relationships Candra has built during her time at Gensler include San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, MGM, Circa Resorts, Corner Bar Management, Marriott, and Fisher Brothers to name a few. Candra is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Architecture.

Heidi is the Executive Vice President of Engineered Tax Services (ETS) and operates the Ogden, Utah office. ETS is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and has 16 offices Nationally. ETS is a licensed Engineering firm focused on specialty tax services relating to federal tax incentives and strategies for Real Estate owners.

Heidi is a Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of tax and accounting experience in the Real Estate Finance, Development, Construction, and Commercial Property Areas. She is a consultant to business owners and investors to ensure tax efficiency, and optimization of federal, state and local incentives throughout the US. Her experience includes industry specific federal lobbying efforts in D.C., technical guidance on varying tax topics, and overseeing the marketing and sales efforts nationally.

Her projects range from small office buildings, restaurants, self-storage and rental homes to multi-million-dollar projects including the W Hotel in Manhattan, the Sea-Tac Marriott.
