Since 2001, Johnny K. Campbell has been president and CEO of Sundance Square, responsible for development, leasing, merchandising, and property management of Sundance Square’s portfolio of properties. Under his leadership, Sundance Square has continued to expand, improve, and achieve national prominence.

Prior to joining Sundance Square, Mr. Campbell worked with the Rouse Company of Columbia, Maryland, for 20 years. His urban mixed-use management responsibilities have included Harborplace and The Gallery on the inner harbor of Baltimore; Pioneer Place in Portland, Oregon; Westlake Center in Seattle; The Riverwalk in New Orleans; Tabor Center in Denver; and Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix.

He is currently chairman of the board of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., and is the immediate past chairman of the board of the Fort Worth Convention and Visitors Bureau and remains on that board. He also currently serves on the board of directors of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, Fort Worth Library Foundation, Aledo Independent School District, and North Texas Commission. He is actively involved in several projects related to transportation, the public market, and community efforts in Fort Worth.

Mr. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Houston.

Drew Kile is a Senior Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Mr. Kile is primarily responsible for the Dallas/Fort Worth markets for IPA Texas. Over the course of his thirteen years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated and overseen the closing of transactions valued at more than $3 Billion.

Mr. Kile joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in the Dallas Office in his first year. In 2006, he joined the company’s management team and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Through his leadership as Regional Manager of the Fort Worth office, the operations grew from five agents to more than twenty over its first two years, and in 2009, the Fort Worth office achieved the highest revenue growth of all 75 Marcus & Millichap offices in the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.

Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and he is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, the Dallas Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Kile, his wife Lynnette, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Lillian, reside in Fort Worth.

Stephen has been instrumental in the direction and growth of the organization, which has grown from 1 employee to our current employee base of over 100 professionals. He also chairs the company’s advisory committee.

Andy is a native of Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing. He began his career in commercial real estate with the Florida Commercial Development Association and then joined Grubb & Ellis of Florida as a commercial real estate salesman in the downtown Tampa market. In 1992, he joined the Tampa Downtown Partnership as its Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Andy served Shreveport, Louisiana’s Downtown Development Authority for six years as its Executive Director and while there was instrumental in relocating City Hall back to downtown, created a new public parking management program and authored the downtown strategic plan. Andy was Chairman of the United Way of NW Louisiana in 2001. Andy was also the President of Downtown Shreveport Unlimited and the Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation.

Andy joined Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (Texas) as President in 2003. DFWI is Fort Worth’s downtown advocacy organization and it manages the downtown planning process, two Public Improvement Districts, the downtown Tax Increment Finance District, two city parks, the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival and Parade of Lights. DFWI recently developed the JFK Tribute in Fort Worth and is currently working renovate and reopen Heritage Plaza. Andy is a past Chairman of the International Downtown Association, President of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and serves on the Board of the National Civic League.

Bill Burton serves as Executive Vice President, Marketing & Development for Hillwood, developer of AllianceTexas. As EVP, Bill is responsible for leading the vision and strategy of AllianceTexas by overseeing the development of office, industrial and retail as well as leasing and sales. Bill continues to play an active role with key stakeholders and clients—maintaining relationships that support the forward-thinking and innovative mission that drives the growth of AllianceTexas.

Bill joined Hillwood in January 1989 and has been directly involved with developing AllianceTexas from raw ranch land to a 27,000-acre, master-planned development. Bill’s expertise is centered on developing customer relationships that nurture long- term success. He has directed build-to suit and lease transactions totaling more than 53 million square feet with companies such as Amazon, AT&T Nokia, Bridgestone-Firestone, General Mills, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Volkswagen of America. In addition, he has managed portfolio sales in excess of 1 billion dollars and coordinated more than 1,800 acres of land sale transactions with companies such as Citigroup, Deloitte, Fidelity Investments, Intel, KRAFT Foods, and more.

Bill remains involved with and supports numerous professional and community development organizations. Beyond his professional affiliations, Bill supports several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, March for Babies, and the Christian Prayer Breakfast of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
